We spend a week in this beautiful house with the family... It's a great house, very spacious with an amazing garden and swimming pool! Its' a dream come true... Thank you so much Rika! We also order a massage at home that was very good!

Great place! Tranquil garden and within walking distance of the center. The villa is nice. When traveling with friends the privacy is limited.

C'est la 2ième fois que je séjourne à la villa, et c'était tout aussi magique. Cette maison est un pur enchantement, et il est sûr que si je reviens à Kep ce sera là. Elle est très élégante, confortable et a un charme fou. La terrasse en bois à l'étage nous a offert un moment de sérénité totale au coucher de soleil. On se sent merveilleusement bien dans cette maison, le jardin luxuriant sans aucun vis à vis participe à cette sensation. Il y a beaucoup d'espace car elle est très spacieuse, pourtant on se sent dans un cocon. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié d'avoir tout cet espace pour nous seuls, pas de piscine à partager ou de regards indiscrets du voisinage. Nous remercions encore Tai et son mari qui nous ont dorlotés. Le ménage pendant notre séjour était fait avec beaucoup d'application, et Len a pris en charge notre BBQ du diner.

This is a lovely place to stay. Quiet but not isolated. Plenty of space, an awesome stereo and lots of stuff for the kids to play with. No ants (!), the mosquitoes weren’t too bad, and the white house cat scares off all the local dogs. The open design is very cool, and the fans are brilliant. There was no need for aircon in January when I visited – I’m not sure what it would be like in April though. Communication was great, instructions simple. Don’t come here if you’re expecting Western conveniences, this is a more authentic and traditional way of living. 10/10 would come again.

A great quiet getaway with a beautiful pool. Owners live in a huge house on the other side of the pool. However, privacy was never an issue and they were a door knock away from any questions we had. A 10-min tuk tuk ride away from downtown. 4 great bedrooms with a large bathroom attached to each. 10-meter pool was great and we were using it every day after outings. Local breakfast served by the family was an extra surprise. Birthday cake for our 18-year-old was sweet. Highly recommend the place.

magnifique hôtel, très belles chambres, très belle piscine. un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville mais du coup très calme et des tuk tuk sont disponibles en permanence à l'hôtel. personnel très serviable. le restaurant est très bon.

What an amazing property Suy and Steve has. We enjoyed our stay and they made it extra special with all the amenities . The kids felt bad to leave the house. Very neatly maintained and has everything that’s needed . We had a barbeque night and thanks to Steve for letting us use that

房子装修有格调，住的很舒服，泳池超大，孩子们特别喜欢，性价比高

The villa was the perfect accommodation for our family stay! We are a big family and the house is well equipped for our needs. The pool was incredible and gave us the perfect way to cool off in the hot temperatures. The kitchen was industrial and not so fit for cooking, but we did not need to. Thim was very kind and accommodating - when we brought up a small issue we had, it was immediately taken care of! We felt that she was very considerate of us and our needs. Would definitely stay again

We had the most lovely one month stay in this beautiful Khmer tropical villa. Situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, it is only a 10-15 minutes to town via Grab /Passapp(Tuk tuk or car) which is easily available. The spacious villa is also very clean and neat as the housekeeper, Sochea does a great job. We especially like the open kitchen and dining, and we love to take a dip in the pool in the garden. Our stay is made complete by our wonderful and caring host, Franck who shared with us valuable tips about Ang Kor Wat and the gems of Siem Reap . We will return to Fairhaven villa again next year !

Cet endroit est d'une beauté! La villa correspondait exactement aux photos, tout y est vraiment superbe. Le jardin luxuriant. La piscine est très agréable...et fraîche! Et le plus au Cambodge, un lave vaisselle 🤩 !!!! Nous avons passé 3 jours merveilleux, encore merci !
