We booked a few days before our flight and we are super happy with our Airbnb. Ly friendly and easy to communicate with. The Airbnb was located in a perfect location by the river, close walking distance from attractions, and it was super comfy. The Airbnb is spacious, clean, and has AC - along with all the amenities you need. There’s a convenient family Khmer restaurant downstairs, ATM/ exchange, and TukTuk (ask for Lot, one of the tuktuk drivers if you run into him) right outside. Ly allowed us to extend our checkout for 2 hours since we had a later flight- Highly recommend!

Juan is such a nice a friendly host. I had an issue with my booking, he answered right away and done his best to help, I highly appreciated that. The apartment is between then the pictures, we loved the Japanese design and the attention to details. In the kitchen you have everything you need for cooking+ free water. The view from the window it's awesome, and we loved the infinity pool by the river. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Phnom Penh.

I was only come to pnom penh to stays at andy’s place, his place give you the experience as if you are someone who lives in a movie. The balcony is my favorite spot. However if you looking place where you can cook while stay it’s not really suite to what you are looking cause the kitchen is not working, but they have washing machine, so you don’t really have to worry about laundry and dirty clothes while you are traveling. Overall it has been nothing but to match my expectation, love it!

Had a great stay. The host was very welcoming and available for anything if needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.Downtown core is a short Tuk Tuk ride away . We also enjoyed the option of taking a local ferry that took us right to the centre of Phnom Penh. Will definitely return next year!

I think the place is perfect and the host is great and very responsive. I had a problem with the TV and they came and fixed it straight away. I also asked if the host could help with a water delivery which they helped with. I would recommend a table and chair on the balcony, I moved a chair from inside the house to the balcony as it’s a perfect sun trap. Outdoor pool isn’t so nice. Location is good, some nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It’s a nice peaceful spot away from all the chaos of pub street. Highly recommend

Da es am Anfang klare Anweisungen für den Check in gab klappte alles reibungslos. Auf Fragen wurde prompt geantwortet und kleine Unannehmlichkeiten wurden sofort beseitigt. Gern wieder

Kirsten und Tasha haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Die zwei haben uns direkt das Gefühl gegeben Zuhause zu sein und standen für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Man konnte direkt vor der Unterkunft schnorcheln. Die Aussicht und die Sonnenuntergänge dort waren traumhaft. Hannah hat den Ort noch schöner gemacht ❤️

L’hospitalité d’Esaro et son épouse est incroyable. On est accueillis avec beaucoup d’attention et on se sent bien de suite. La guesthouse est idéalement située à proximité immédiate de la batcave et du site tragique des killing caves. Esaro nous a amenés à proximité du site et nous avons pu rentrer à pieds. Le bungalow en bois que nous occupions est spacieux avec beaucoup de charme. Un séjour dans la batcave family guesthouse vaut vraiment le détour, c’est exactement ce que nous aimons en voyageant. J’allais oublier les repas absolument délicieux, les fruits frais …

Stayed for a month+ in July 2018 and onwards. The house and garden is amazing. Old World charm. From the large balcony (there are two) you have sea view to the one side, and jungle view to the other. The garden is large and green with palm, papaya, mango and avocado trees and a pond for fish. A short walk to the ocean, and a short drive to Kep beach & city and to the national park. Kampot is half an hour away in tuk-tuk.

very clean, large and feel very comfortable. the environment is very good. highly recommend for group of people who like nature and quietness from city.

Alles war wunderbar! Moody war äußerst freundlich und hilfreich. Er hat mich bei der Ankunft Willkommen geheißen und den Check-In begleitet. Ich durfte bereits früher anreisen. Das Apartment war perfekt, wenn man Ruhe von der Hektik in Phnom Penh und einen schönen Ort zum Abschalten braucht. 10 Minuten vom Night-Market. Alles sehr sauber, Bad geräumig und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Balkon war hübsch und schön, um dort den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Vielen Dank, Moody! Wenn ich kann, komme ich wieder :)

Exactly as pictures. Very clean when checked in. The rooms have good odor. The host is very responsive and helpful in guiding surrounding activities. 5/5

Really nice location for us and the dib club was opposite which we used alot
