The apartment was very tastefully remodeled and furnished. It made good use of a small space. The skylights in nearly every room made the whole place feel bright and airy. It was also immaculately clean. The one thing that guests need to be aware of are the steep stairs leading up to the 3rd floor apartment. As I read in another guest's review, and I concur, the stairs are a bit of a challenge to navigate for people in their 60s, especially with luggage or groceries. Unfortunately, in that area and in my price range, first floor apartments are much harder to find. Just something people need to be aware of. It worked out great for us for a 5-day stay, but I would make a different choice for a longer stay.

Visiting a large family for Thanksgiving can always be hectic but staying at Anna's and Milan's house provided that 'calm base camp' it is always nice to come home too. Since the T stops literally at the front door you really don't need a car. But if you do have one there is parking spot in the driveway so what more can you ask for in Boston in regards to transportation. The view is beautiful from the second floor apartment and I literally only had to go across the street to gather my most important collectible on each trip, native beach stones. there's no better place to stay in Winthrop

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

This was my second stay in one of Michael's places. Enjoyed both times and would definitely come back. It's starting to feel like my home away from home 😊

We had a great time in this apartment with my friends. It was very clean and well furnished. Moreover, the host was answering quickly to our questions. I would definetly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.

Walking in we were greeted with a fresh clean smell. The Airbnb was equipped with everything needed. We wanted to book again but the dates were already booked. We will be staying again, sometime in the near future. Alex was great in responding to any questions we had. Our visit was enhanced by staying at this place.

If you’re staying in Westford or nearby, I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood and the space is super cozy. We loved the balcony that overlooked the forest!

I booked this beautiful Swampscott home for my wife's 30th birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. The house, views, and location were incredible. My wife, family, and friends couldn't stop raving about the Air BnB selection and we had the best time. The cherry on top was an amazing local restaurant at the bottom of the hill which we enjoyed almost every night. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in this rental. Ryan was a great host and made everything easy!

I recently stayed at Peter's place, and it was exactly as described in the posting. The pictures were accurate, and I was pleased to find the space clean and well-maintained upon arrival. The location is fantastic, as I grew up in the area. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Highly recommend!

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in diesem wunderschönen und gemütlichen Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen, alles war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Das Haus steht in einer Einfamilienhausgegend und es war sehr ruhig. Der Garten hinterm Haus könnte ein bisschen Zuwendung gebrauchen, aber da das Wetter nicht danach war und wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften.

Barry’s home was perfect for my family of 5. My two boys (6 and 4) had so much fun playing board games and the basket ball hoop downstairs. Everything we could ever need was available. Perfect distance from Boston and Salem MA as well as Nashua NH. Hosts were responsive and allowed us to check in late which we appreciated.

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed at this incredible property while in town for a wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The home is impressively spacious, allowing everyone in our group to spread out and feel comfortable. The abundance of bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, even with a larger group. The design of the home is beautiful and well thought out, with high-quality furnishings and a cozy yet modern vibe. It was the perfect home base for such a special occasion, and we truly appreciated every detail. Great selection of places to eat in the area given the diverse community in Dorchester. Highly recommend this place.

This is a very clean comfortable house. The pictures and description is very accurate. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood but close to everything. I believe the drive to the airport is about 20 minutes unless you’re like us and avoid tolls (we like to take the back roads), then it’s about 30-40. The location was great to pretty much anywhere you’d like to go. The house is very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. I don’t do stairs so my hubby and I slept in a downstairs bedroom and my 17 year old used the master that was upstairs. My 21 year old took the other downstairs bedroom. We all slept great. Marissa is very quick to respond to any questions. The check in/out process is very smooth and she provided great resources. We absolutely recommend her and would happily stay in one of her properties if we ever get to visit the area again!

We absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for an overnight stay. Kaitlin was very helpful from the time we booked to the time we checked out. We will definitely stay again in the future!

This is always my favorite place to stay while visiting family in Medford. It’s convenient, very clean, and comfortable. Joe is a great host and he makes the process very easy.

Excellent location, spotless, responsive hosts, and best of all NO CHECKOUT RESPONSIBILITIES! Finally a place with a reasonable check-out time of NOON and we didn’t have to spend hours in the run-up to our departure doing anything more than chores that we would choose to do as considerate guests who value other people’s space, the hosts requested nothing more than we make sure the stove was off. Homapart was very responsive and even went the extra mile to return my mis-placed airpods. TEN STARS.

Great quiet place to stay perfect right out of hustle of city within walking distance to many great restaurants and plenty of stores! Place had everything we needed and didn’t have to drive to get anywhere we needed! Very thankful for the parking pass! Incredible responsive and Informative hosts!

I took my wife to Salem for her 40th birthday and Alex's place stood out when I was looking for a place to stay. Her room had all of the amenities we were looking for and was conveniently located in downtown Salem. Alex was very responsive and helped us find fun things to do during our trip. Highly recommended.

this was an amazing stay! the only drawbacks are walking up 3 floors (worth it!) and the scary climb to the rooftop but again, worth it and after one time it’s not scary. amazing views, amazing space, i will be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at Krishna's property for 4 nights. First of all, the house was squeaky clean when we got there. Instructions were made clear and the house was easy to find. It was very roomy with enough space to host our entire party. There are also enough utensils for a big group if you're interested in cooking. The complimentary tea and hot drink station is something we enjoyed too. The host was responsive and quickly answered all our questions, which was helpful. The entire neighborhood is calm and nice to be in as well. The outdoor deck area was very nice to hang out at even in the chilly Boston weather. If you're looking for a place for a relatively large group, this is it. All in all , we had a great stay and would do it again.
