Craig and Julia's place is the cleanest, best furnished and best equipped Airbnb I've stayed in! The living room and kitchen are really roomy and the bank of windows across the living room let in wonderful light and a lovely view across the water from the second floor. Quiet and comfortable, easy check-in and check-out, responsive hosts--would definitely stay again!

I would give 10 stars for the host if I could. I was lucky with all my AirBnB hosts, but David was exceptional - very fast communication, plenty of helpful suggestions, offered me himself to check in earlier and check out later then the standard time (as his circumstances allowed). The place itself is great - very clean, full of light, beautiful views, very quiet, private, short drive away from old Salem, stocked with everything you would need for morning coffee and cooking. Definitely great find! Thank you David!

This place was beautiful! Such a lovely, and comfortable stay. Checking in was easy, and quick. Parking on premises was amazing ! Theres a designated spot right by the door. There’s even free washer and drying unit along with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Catherine was very responsive which was another great experience. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable, and for the most part pretty quiet. There are other tenants that live upstairs but you only ever hear the occasional walking around. The house is on a pretty busy street so there was some noise of cars passing by, but that didn’t bother me at all. I found it quite relaxing. Overall a 10/10 on this place. I would loveee to stay here again, next time I come to visit my family in good ol bean town! Thank you Catherine !!!

Unit 33 was a lovely place for our family to stay over Christmas. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, in a convenient location with a beautiful ocean view. The communication from Susan was excellent, with very clear check in instructions. We felt our stay was a very good value.

Beautiful historic home, quiet but very close and easily walkable to main attractions, bathroom was extremely well stocked with useful amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Elly’s place was perfect for our family, (2 adults & 2 kids.) The location was fantastic! We walked around a ton & explored the harbor. The ferry being so close was ideal for our day trip to the aquarium. The clear instructions made check-in & check-out quite easy. Her apartment was very clean & spacious, surpassing our expectations. We would definitely recommend Elly’s place!

Beautiful home right on the water. Hot tub was amazing to watch sunset and take in the Boston skyline. Check In and check out was easy with clear instructions. Definitely would love to come back over the Summer or Fall.

Jenny was a wonderful host! Very proactive and responsive to questions. She made everything easy for us. Location was wonderful and place was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, safe, clean and beautiful single-family home. Impeccably clean. We loved the view of the Cove out back, especially in the winter time with the snow! Felt relaxing. Kitchen was beautiful and highly functional. Beds were comfortable. Family room was very cozy for activities or watching movies. HVAC worked properly and made the home comfortable. Laundry is in the basement and worked well. Neighbors were friendly. Ample parking for two vehicles. Boston got 4 inches of snow when we stayed and the snow removal person took care of steps and sidewalks and driveway completely in the morning. Star Market grocery is only 10 minutes away and has everything we needed. Home was well priced for our needs. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Boston area. Highly recommend!!!!

This place exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect for us. It was a spacious house with a desk we could work. It was lovely to look out to splendid harbor view! The host, Stephanie, was communicating with me to make sure we settled in well. She was accommodating us when she could. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back again.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

Love this house. I stayed in the winter when people were Ice Fishing on the pond but would love to come see this in the summer or fall. The house was well taken care of and very clean. Host responded with good recomendations and made check in and out very easy as well. This was a work trip for me so limited time at the house but when I was there I felt at home and it was quite relaxing ! I plan on returning !

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Boston, and I can't recommend it enough! The space was immaculate—everything was spotless and organized to perfection. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of effort into making sure guests feel at home. The decor was modern and cozy, creating a perfect environment to relax after exploring the city. Communication was seamless from start to finish. The host was very responsive and made sure all my questions were answered quickly, which made the whole experience stress-free. The location is ideal, too—close to everything you want to see in Boston, but still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Lovely area, deer walk up to the property. Super clean, such comfortable lodging. Easy to enter, no lugging furniture up steps (sometimes makes a big difference), just unload and roll inside. All the amenities you’ll need for a perfect stay. Great restaurants very close. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Comfortable, well appointed apartment. Easy walk to the fun experiences in Salem. Both bedrooms were quiet and peaceful and mattresses were comfortable. Highly recommend this to small families or friends traveling together.

Spiro was a great host, he was able to accommodate us pretty last minute and it turned out to be such an amazing place to stay. Perfect size for our small group of 4, and plenty close to be able to walk into town. Over just a great experience. Thank you again Spiro!
