Exquisite. Right in the heart of town. Across the street from the backyards of captains row at naval academy. Amongst many historic properties open to visitors. The bed was like a super high end hotel. We LOVED this house and Annapolis. Thank you!

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

We had a very enjoyable place in such a unique space -- right on the water with an amazing pier. The hosts made excellent recommendations.

Patty ‘s place was a wonderful retreat for a peaceful and relaxing weekend. The home is comfortably furnished with gorgeous decor. There were even fresh flowers! Appreciated the large sofa and the gigantic TV. Enjoyed the nature views throughout the many windows,, it was private and secluded. It was nice waking up to gentle bird song. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, the location is close to beaches and parks. Patty was easy to communicate with and responsive with any messages. It was a great stay, and if in the area again, would definitely return to this Airbnb.

This was a perfect spot for a short getaway from DC. Shawn was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

We stayed for New Years and it was on the water beautiful and convenient to the local things around. Would stay again!

We had an absolutely amazing trip thanks to Jess and Tom’s beautiful home. The location/views can’t be beat, everything was very clean in the house, and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. We’re already planning next year’s trip!

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

This home and views are just gorgeous! Outstanding host with too many thoughtful extras to count! Charming town with good restaurants, a few cute shops, and great boardwalk by the beach. I hope we get an opportunity to visit again!! You won’t regret booking this place!

This was our second stay at Beach Please and it was just as delightful as the first! The house was again squeaky clean, thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out. Grandparents appreciated the first floor master bedroom and kiddos loved the game room, and the crafts and puzzles upstairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and cozy, with beautiful views in every direction. The addition of the acoustic guitar for songs by the firepit was a major plus, as our ten year old is a music lover and almost brought her own. We had a great stay and would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Grab a week (or two) and don't think twice.

thanks so much for the lovely stay. I thought it was so sweet they reached out to ask if it was okay to do some light decorations for christmas. I appreciate the consideration and loved them. when I arrived at the home one of the smoke detectors was chirping and I offered to replace it if they could tell me where some batteries were. bill came over right away and took care of the chirping detector. I really appreciate that.

Our family's stay at Dana's Bayfront Beach house was absolutely lovely. The house was spacious and looked exactly like the photos with breathtaking views from every room. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise over the bay in the mornings and the moon rising over a sky full of stars at night. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were Osprey, Jellyfish, crabs, herons and gulls that we could watch from the pier. The kitchen was large and well appointed with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and we particularly loved the Ninja toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the AC and ceiling fans which kept us cool even during a very warm and humid week! Thanks Dana! We hope to come back again soon!

Another fantastic stay at our favorite place. Quiet when you need it, but easy enough to get to restaurants, shopping, etc. We always feel right at home. Beautiful location off the beaten path. We never miss a sunset!

This property is located in a safe area and only a two minute drive to the nearest grocery store. The neighbors were quiet and non-disruptive. The property was odor free and very clean aside from a few bugs in the basement but that is to be expected. The interior was true to its listed description. I enjoyed my stay.

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds

We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's place. She was a great host that gave us very specific instructions about settling into her home for the week and lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and was responsive during our stay!! We loved the Lewes' area so much - we are thinking of retiring there. Tara's home was full of everything we needed and more!! We had our older fur baby with us and he was extremely comfortable and the area was dog friendly. We appreciated our location and hospitality at Tara's home - we were close to everything we wanted to see and do!!

Chris was the best host I have ever had on Airbnb...and I have had alot of very nice hosts. He would always get back to me in MINUTES with whatever assistance I needed. The condo is a perfect location to get into Lewes in 5 minutes and Rehoboth in 10 minutes yet in a lovely very quiet location. The Village of 5 Points community has great conveniences - 1 great upscale restaurant, an amazing cafe, awesome bakery, grocery store, CVS and more...all within walking distance. The space itself is decorated lovely and there's a great porch with a full view of the community pond. All amenities are provided, kitchen is well stocked. A lovely experience all around!

It was a fun vacation at Jeannette’s place. We came with our adult son and his family including two boys 2 & 4. The place was very clean & modern and we all felt comfortable. Having the pool in the community made it a nice alternative and addition to the beach. I would definitely want to return for another beach vacation. Diane Philly, Pa

My husband and I and my parents had an amazing time visiting Lewes and staying at Mike's beautiful condo! We've stayed at a lot of airbnbs over the years and this is definitely our favorite! The condo was impeccably clean and the beds were super comfortable. It was very quiet and serene throughout our stay. There are so many thoughtful touches and everything you need to make morning coffee and a nice meal. We spent time on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous water view every day! The condo is close to everything, we had great breakfasts at Egg, The Station on Kings and Surf Bagel. And equally awesome dinners at Salt Air and Lewes Oyster House. Mike was an amazing host, very responsive and great recs and info on happenings in the area. Check-in and check-out were so easy with the detailed instructions and pictures for entering and exiting the community and condo. We look forward to staying again in the future! Highly recommend booking Mike's condo if it's available for your beach getaway!
