We enjoyed the cozy and charming touches. It was very clean and very comfortable and inviting. The extra touches like the snack basket and stocked coffee choices were nice.

Sharee’s place was a dream. We bought our dogs and infant son and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. There were clean towels and linens in every room, the kitchen was fully stocked (which was important to us because we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days), and bathrooms were spotless. Beds and all furniture were extremely comfortable and sturdy. We traveled to Ocean City and Rehobeth and both locations were really close. It was always nice to come back to a peaceful neighborhood and home. Neighbors were also really friendly, so that’s a plus! We’ll be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

We booked this as my father was in failing health. When he passed we asked for an extension and Kim graciously helped us out and we stayed through the funeral.

I could write a paragraph but I am going to keep it as short as possible for The Big Gray House. My family and I stayed there for our family get together. For some of us, it was our first Airbnb experience, for others it wasn’t. However, that does not take away from the fact that Kevin and Deb were welcoming. We were greeted with a warm welcome, snacks, a greeting card and an abundance of kindness. Kevin and Deb were both readily available and quickly responsive in case of any questions, needs and concerns. This experience was truly enjoyable. The house is a home. Kevin & Deb are truly one of a kind and genuinely great people. If we are ever in need of a place in MD again for a family vacation, we won’t hesitate to book! Thank you so much Kevin and Deb!

Christopher was very responsive and allowed early check in, which was hugely helpful to me! Home looked just like the photos and beds were fairly comfortable. House is within 10-15 mins of most Annapolis attractions and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and easy parking.

We enjoyed our stay at Lorraine's place. The house was very clean and cozy - the furnishings were very high quality. Very pretty decor and well-maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful. Access to the lighthouse is closed until May. The beach area is a quick and easy walk. At sunset, there were many deer in the neighborhood. It's a good location to bring a pup for walks and swimming, although it was too cold for us to swim. It's a good beach area for young children. Our young daughters enjoyed shark tooth and sea glass hunting on the beach. Calvert Cliffs State Park is a short drive from the property.

Thank you Diana for your flexibility and wonderful stay. The home is spotless, and we especially loved the sunroom. Loved all of the touches that made it feel like home, like the USB ports for easy electronic charging and the coffee station (even had creamers!). Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect apartment in the heart of historic Berlin. Had everything we needed for a stress free stay. Sonny is a great host. Can’t wait to book again!

We had a great weekend stay! We were in Frederica for an event at DE Turf Sports Complex, and Elaine’s place is <10min drive from there, so very convenient. We needed the sofa bed, and when we arrived the sofa bed was already made into a bed - we appreciated that. The place is also dog friendly. We realized that we did not bring enough poop bags for our dog, but luckily Elaine’s place had extra poop bags prepared. Overall we had a good experience!

Our visit to Annapolis was splendid. The area and location were great. Everything being walking distance from the place was very convenient. There were plenty of great restaurants and good eats! Our host, Matt, provided a more than excellent airbnb to stay in along with great recommendations for things to do around us. My boyfriend and I highly recommend anyone to rent this spot for your trip to the great town of Annapolis!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during the GFNY cycling event in Cambridge, MD. The property was spotless and located just about a mile from the event site, which made getting to and from the race incredibly easy. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to the water provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding before and after the event. The two-bedroom unit was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Jason was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out to fit our event schedule, which was a huge help. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, whether for an event or just to enjoy a quiet getaway. We’ll definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful place, felt very at home. They were very friendly and gave us our privacy given they live in the house next to the bnb. Their restaurant has some really good food (filet mignon mac and cheese was to die for) and good cheap drinks, and the discount for staying at their place was a plus. Would definitely recommend and would stay again or at any of their other listings.

The apartment was nice and clean. Perfect for a short weekend in the area. We had no issues, would stay there again.

Wonderful host—I felt right at home. Had conversation prior to arrival and felt like I knew her very well before arriving. The view was spectacular I could have just sat on the patio and watched the woods and water all day. Was there for a school reunion so I had other activities that I had scheduled. This was by far, the best Air B&B experience I have had. Fantastic host, comfortable, and stunning scenery. I am going to try and revisit soon.

Our family had a perfect stay in Eastport. This spot is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood within a block of one of a maritime museum and a beautiful and accessible dock, and a great restaurant/bar around the corner. Annapolis is a short walk away. This location is perfect.

We loved our stay here! The place was super walkable and area surrounded it was so cute. The place itself was really nice and clean, we especially loved the balcony! Will definitely be coming back!

Our visit is always wonderful not only for the lovely setting and convenience of being in town, but for the gracious hospitality. Not only are Chris and Kate welcoming and attend to any needs, their staff at the Oxford Market are also marvelous folks. The cottage is a great fit for my elderly parents as it is all on one floor. The location is perfect as you can walk to many delightful places. My Dad enjoyed getting the newspaper and homemade muffins each morning. Just perfect! Thank you! Katie Dodds

thank you for letting us stay here , we had such a amazing time here. we had a lovely visit with our grandparents and experienced lots of new things, like our sons first ferry ride and the naval museum. we would definitely love to come back again sometime, such a beautiful and wonderful stay thank you again so much for letting us stay.

Host gave an accurate description. Also, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in to condo. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds! Would highly recommend if you're visiting the Annapolis area.
