Another fantastic stay at Trudi's farmhouse. We like to use this house as our first option due to the size of every room and how comfortable it is for all of us who stay. We look forward to future stays.

Gorgeous views.  Convenient location. And spotless!   Phil’s place is simply fantastic.  The waterfront home looks out to the Opotoru River estuary, which is an intertidal/coast plain estuary. There is an abundance of birdlife to observe. There is a pleasant walking trail along the bay, accessible from the backyard. My daughter and I were lucky to have a clear night with a new moon.  Even with some ambient light, we could see the Milky Way and the Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) with naked eyes from the comfort of lounge chairs on the deck.  To describe it a starry night would be an understatement. The place located conveniently between Raglan and the surfing spot at Ngarunui Beach. This is a new house in a new development.  It’s a thoughtfully designed, comfortable home with simple but beautiful spaces facilitating indoor/outdoor living.  The host was very accommodating, prompt, and clear in communication.

We had a fabulous stay! The home is well appointed with tranquil views and gardens. It is approx. 10 minutes from Raglan's village. So you can pop and enjoy local cafes and explore the shops. It also is close to Bridal Falls which was stunning! Or you can go a bit further an explore the stunning beaches! We hope to stay again as it worked so well for us as a family. Brendan's house is always spotless and very well equipped. As a work group from Auckland, we use this house on a regular basis and will continue to do so as it is by far the best Air B&B we've had in Hamilton. Thank you Brendan for the superb upkeep of this property.

The house was simply perfect in all respects. The location, amenities, facilities; the whole experience was seamless and an absolute pleasure for all. I would definitely stay again and I thank Rebecca for a lovely time. :-)

Perfect choice for the three of us and able to also accommodate my two grandsons for sleepovers. Nice backyard and deck for sitting out. In-house dryer very useful for the swim towels. Very fast wireless internet.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Diane's beautiful home. The location is excellent – walking distance to Waikato University, grocery stores, and warehouse shopping, which made everything so convenient. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, perfect for families. The house itself is immaculate and spacious, with plenty of room for our kids to play both indoors and outdoors. The surrounding trees created a lovely, natural atmosphere that we all enjoyed. Diane was an exceptional host – incredibly helpful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions. We felt right at home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone visiting Hamilton, especially families.

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

My partner and I travelled to Cambridge and we’re glad that Nadine hosted us for a night. She’s very accomodating and friendly. The place was very warm and super clean. Hiccup (her puppy) surely brightened up the trip as well. I would gladly recommend the place for anyone who’s travelling to Cambridge.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Kaaren's place. We felt very welcome, the space was really nice and the setting is great. We had our three teenage children with us and we all fit in no problem. We enjoyed the pool and it was a handy base for visiting family in Hamilton and Cambridge is nearby too for good cafe and restaurant options. Pats with Kaaren's friendly shaggy dog was a bonus too.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

Carol-Ann was a wonderful host to me and my partner. The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and super cool house. We felt very welcome there and made great friends with her cat. There is also a nice view of the hills from the house, Maungatautari etc. Very close to cambridge, and all its cafes, and Carol-Ann prepared us breakfast every morning with her home made bread. Thank you Carol-Ann for a wonderful stay!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Thank you Laura.

We had a huge week looking after a school group while staying at Jacqui's place and the only negative was that we could not spend more time at her place around the pool or enjoying the incredible grounds
