Unfortunately, my stay was less than 24 hours as I was in the area for a friends event but the accommodation was good and had everything I needed. It was clean and well equipped. Sandra was a friendly and responsive host. The village is very pretty with a very inviting looking pub! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great location if you're wanting to be in the heart of Cambridge. I will say the location is right near a pub so if you're looking for peace and quiet, the weekend is not the time to go. But if you don't mind a bit of noise, the room 14 we stayed in was lovely, had a great kitchen and bathroom - would be good for duo or couple looking for a fun weekend in Cambridge.

I have absolutely loved staying here, if you want a peaceful break with lovely hosts in a stunning space this it it. If you are heading this way this is the one to book. loved it, thank you xx

Stayed here for 8 weeks while on placement. Great location, close to hospital park and ride. The room was perfect and had everything I needed. It was private and there was plenty of room. Would happily stay again.

We had a very busy schedule and ended up only staying at Maria’s annex to sleep in. It was perfectly adequate for our needs and would have been pleasant enough had we been there in the daytime as the annex has reasonable privacy and its patio backs onto a large garden which is a bit of a sun trap. Maria was very happy to accommodate any requests and would have made up an additional bed for us if we had asked her. (we found the double bed a little small for us as we are of a more “ sturdy” build ! But we managed just fine .) We also enjoyed meeting Mika , Maria’s cat, who was very friendly and liked hanging out with us! We would choose Maria’s annex again.

Marias place is within a short driving distance to the centre of Cambridge, plenty of outdoor space in the garden to relax in after a day out. Maria was very responsive and helpful with all queries

Lovely faultless experience. Spotlessly clean, comfortable furniture. Big TV, well equipped kitchen. Loaf of bread, milk, butter and jams provided and even a box of After Eights. Sadly I had brought everything as I didn’t expect these to be provided but a lovely touch. Off street parking in a quiet sleepy village. Can highly recommend.

Beautiful little studio with an amazing skylight making it feel private with the added sunlight. Super peaceful and quiet and the host was super lovely and helpful.

Beautiful apartment which has been recently refurbished (i think!) to a very high standard. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings enable us to have a carefree stay and we hope to use this place as a base for future visits to the region as the position was perfect for us

This is a stylish, lovely, quiet year round retreat with so many thoughtful extras. Delightfully decorated for our Xmas visit to family, so we felt very much at home. Deb was a great host, extremely helpful and quick to respond to last minute queries. We would not hesitate to recommend her place and look forward to a return visit in the coming year.

I work locally but travel extensively and I was looking for a relaxing and well equipped place to stay. The barn did not disappoint and Sophie was a great help. I would recommend the accommodation for either a short or a longer term option. A lovely quiet location and in the summer an abundance of walks to be explored. Thank you Sophie, I will see you again.

Lovely space, really well thought out, comfortable and clean. Great location, just a short drive from central Cambridge. Fiona’s communication is fab; very quick to respond, friendly and happy to help. Really enjoyed our visit, would stay again, and recommend to anyone visiting Cambridge.

We’ve just returned from a couple of nights stay in Cambridge in Harriet’s beautiful apartment, which is stylishly decorated, well equipped, comfortable and homely. It was perfect for two. Within an easy and pleasant 20 mins walk into the city centre, both day or night for shopping and eating out. Harriet is a super host and left lots of helpful info, was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions on everything (including how to operate the tv, much appreciated). I will surely re-book when we visit Cambridge again and highly recommend staying here.

Claire's place is beautiful - really thoughtfully designed, very well equipped kitchen and spacious bedroom & bathroom. The surroundings are wonderful, lovely walks to be had and the firepit was a great addition to one of our evenings. The wildlife is fantastic, we saw plenty of muntjac and birds of prey. Would highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely come back.

We had weekend tickets for the Glenn Miller Twinwood Festival and we stayed at Dolly which was an easy drive in our 1937 MG TA which we were able to securely park off road over night. Dolly is a lovely little cottage, fully equipped and modern but still characterful. The check in and out were easy and the hosts provided lots of information in advance and at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was lovely and warm. We enjoyed our stay.

A peaceful location in the center of Histon. My 2nd stay at Beck’s place; a warm, friendly home from home. She is always available if you have questions or need assistance.

I stayed in the flat for a month in November while doing research. The location is excellent: a quiet street, 5 minutes’ walk from central Cambridge, 15 minutes from the university library, and a 20-minute bus to the train station. The flat is on two levels, accessed via a private courtyard. Level one has the salon, kitchen, and bathroom; upstairs is the bedroom with two single beds, meaning a downstairs walk to the bathroom. The kitchen includes a washer/dryer, great for long stays. The landlord, Reuven, lives nearby and is very responsive, although after the first day I had no cause to be in contact with him regarding the flat. The flat feels homey, though the carpet, furniture, and some cookware could use some deep cleaning. During a cold November, the heating worked excellently—better than my own flat! I found the price very reasonable and had a lovely stay.

The annexe was an amazing stay. Extremely peaceful and cosy! Oliver was extremely helpful and responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay possible! I would love to return to The Annexe and most definitely recommend it to anyone that likes a peaceful get away like I did. Thank you Oliver and family for the unforgettable experience.
