We had a great time staying here. It is the perfect distance between the airport and the outer banks. It is a cozy little place to retreat to after a long day. Would love to stay again!

Perfect for our group!

Better accommodations can not be found, nor could the host be more considerate and responsive. If I needed anything, they responded immediately and supplied a permanent solution. They were kind, considerate, attentive, yet unobtrusive. All my needs were met faster than I could express them, some even before I arrived. There are three sets of French doors looking out to the riverfront; sunrise is on the right, and sunset is just over your shoulder on the left, so the colors are spectacular both times. The neighborhood is delightfully quiet with many joggers, walkers, parents with strollers, dog walkers (there is a leash law), and bikers. Safety is excellent, no question. The three resident dogs are well-behaved and friendly to other dogs and people. I stayed two months with great pleasure.

Peaceful and beautiful scenery.

we were in Moyock for a funeral and this location was what we needed. The view from the deck was pretty.. Bring drinkable water. Happy to have the dog run. place was clean and well stocked. Great place to sit in the dock and fish and crab and drink a few beers.

Only got to spend a night here, but wished I had a bit longer! The view of the river is beautiful. Inside is neat, clean, and comfortable. Definitely felt like we had complete privacy despite it being attached to the main home. Matthew was easy to communicate with and a very accommodating host. Would absolutely recommend.

Sheila’s place was awesome for our crew of 4 to stay. There was plenty of room and comfortable for all. The views and river out back make this location beautiful and peaceful.

To say this was a great stay is truly an understatement! I loved every bit of our little getaway at Roberta’s property. Upon entering the home you can look out and see the lake, which was a huge plus for us. The home was clean, cozy, and had up to date appliances which my boyfriend and I loved since our favorite thing to do together is cook. Roberta was very friendly and was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during my stay. I absolutely hated that we had to leave! Such a peaceful atmosphere, we will definitely be booking again!

Easy Breeze is a wonderful place to stay. Alex has made sure that even the smallest detail has been taken to make your stay exactly what you are looking for. This is our 2nd visit and while we were there, we booked our next vacation for a week in October! It's perfect if you want peace, quiet, fishing, kayaking, and many other water sports. What a beautiful place to stay. Theresa took a chance on renting to us young people and boy am I glad she did. what peaceful mornings watching the sunrise on the dock. Was a lovely place to have our dog. the kitchen was all setup for making wonderful dinners. A town and beach only 30 minutes away gave us plenty to do. Our 6 month old puppy loved the beach... I am so grateful to our host. This space is 1000% worth the money. The host makes it even better handling everything with grace and class.

The is a very charming place. The scenic views are breathtaking. The accommodations are second to none and the price is nice. Frank is a great host and promptly answered all our questions. We will make this our go-to air bnb whenever we are in town.

Charming house on the water in an equally charming town. We came because we had a family event in Elizabeth City, But would be a wonderful longer stay for family. Hope to come back. Linda was very helpful.

From beginning to end this cottage is off the charts. Cute, unique, functiinal, confortable, well organized, thoroughly supplied and the location is private and beautiful.
