River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Maureen‘s house. It’s on a nice quiet street in a good part of town and close to Elizabeth city and things you may want to do there. Love the big backyard for my dogs. Beds were super comfortable. I felt right at home and will definitely come back whenever I’m in the area.

It is a comfortable house, it is located in a very convenient place, the house has everything you need to have a good stay. The communication with the host is good. Thank you so much!

You can tell Aaron has put a lot of work into redoing this property. All of the facilities worked perfectly, and we never had an issue with the property during our 36 days stay. The back yard is peaceful! Aaron was always responsive and helped us with all of our questions that came up!

Michelle’s cottage was clean and convenient. It was right on the sound with beautiful views and a private dock. The neighborhood was very quiet. Michelle was helpful and responsive and we look forward to staying there again in the future!

The home was beautiful. Felt like a home. Perfect place for my family and I.

We enjoyed how close to downtown EC the house was. We felt right at home. The house was clean. It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Kristin was great with communication. There was a chirping smoke detector when we arrived and Kristin got it taken care of quickly. We enjoyed Hoppin John's restaurant, Totally Thai, and Kraken Coffee House. Enjoyed walking downtown, on the trails the Dismal Swamp State Park, and at Fun Junction. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Brook's cottage was a "change of pace" to visiting the OBX. I wanted a "view" and a "slower pace" location, but OBX. She has kept the historical greatness of the cottage for the location.

Gia is a spectacular host! Excellent communication, very kind & personable. You can’t beat the views, perfect for both sunrise & sunsets! Cool to see the bigger boats come through the waterway. Ideal spot for my sweet dog Roxxy & I, highly recommend, secluded nice peaceful location!

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

Rick & Trish were very responsive, even initiating contact with me prior to my stay. They gave clear instructions & helpful advice while regularly checking in on me to assure that my needs were met. The place was very neat & clean with more than enough room for me. They also had other accommodations like toiletries just in case you forgot to pack. I was relieved to find that there was an iron & ironing board as I forgot to pack mine. The provided snacks were very refreshing & convenient. I especially loved the provided coffee selection as most Air BnBs I've been to haven't provided as much. The neighborhood was peaceful & safe with low traffic & I was within 15 minutes of every location that I needed to get to. The hosts respected my privacy & weren't intrusive at all. I would suggest to only use the streetside parking if you have a car that sits really low to the ground like my HHR. Will book again when in the area!

We had a wonderful stay in Elizabeth City! It really made our vacation to have such a spectacular base. The condo was amazing- it looked like the pictures, was spacious and had a wonderful view! Downtown was in close proximity- making it so convenient to eat and shop at local places!
