Gia is a spectacular host! Excellent communication, very kind & personable. You can’t beat the views, perfect for both sunrise & sunsets! Cool to see the bigger boats come through the waterway. Ideal spot for my sweet dog Roxxy & I, highly recommend, secluded nice peaceful location!

My wife and I are kayaking the ICW and needed a place near the water to wait out a storm. Gia’s place is PERFECTLY located! We landed right in front of the apartment and it was easy to pull the boat out with the little boat ramp. Also, it is just across the water from the famous restaurant at Coinjock marina that everyone had been telling us about. Gia have lots of great instructions on how to enter, though the local recommendations were over the top (I think this is encouraged by AirBnB, though). Her responses were immediate, which helped us quickly decide to book with her because she is so proactive. The apartment is just as described, and had everything we needed for our two night stay. We liked having the little balcony with a view of the water. That is a nice feature!! The building itself is in need of some maintenance, though that won’t affect your stay. It seems as if a bunch of improvement work is underway at the premises, meaning this place will be even more amazing soon!

A great fit for the us and the activity we hosted in area.

My brother and I were Ambassadors for the BASSMASTER event there this past weekend. We were so fortunate to not have to drive to the venue every day. It was less than a block walk to me with our anglers. The Only negative was my inability to open the lockbox properly. But Dana got right on the phone and made sure I knew how to open it. Her recommendations for things to do for the wives while we were on the water was very helpful. Sagos downstairs was superb!!! I highly recommend the shrimp and grits. Sister n law had chicken Alfredo and said it was the best she had ever had.

If you are headed to Elizabeth City, you have to stay at Harbour Place! It is immaculate, stylish, and walkable to everything in downtown. Michael is an exceptionally hospitable host. It was quiet and private as well. Slept like a dream. And he really has thought of everything. This Air BNB is top tier! Highly recommend.

We had a great time staying here. It is the perfect distance between the airport and the outer banks. It is a cozy little place to retreat to after a long day. Would love to stay again!

Holly's place was wonderful! Check in was as easy as it gets. When we first walked in there was a very thoughtfully put together welcome basket, with all kinds of goodies and all the ingredients you need to make s'mores. Which the kids absolutely loved. The house is very clean and comfortable. With plenty of room for a family of 6. The kitchen had everything you need. The bathrooms are fully stocked. And the fire pit and backyard is just great! Very peaceful. Holly is a very thoughtful and responsive host. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We would love to stay again if ever in town.

River Shore had room for the two of us to spread out a little and enjoy the river view. The geese flying overhead and the red birds chirping in the yard gave us many pleasurable moments did walking along the entryway road. Very enjoyable stay.

We have stayed in a lot of AirB&B’s and VRBO’s over the years and we have never been in a home that had so much potential to be a superb destination!!!! The home is in a beautiful location and is very comfortable. This is going to be an amazing place to stay!!!! I hope that we will be able to go back someday. Thank You for opening Your Home to Us

Second time staying at one of Kristin’s properties in three weeks. Will stay with Kristin again in the future!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The surrounding views were so beautiful and relaxing. Our 2 dogs enjoyed sniffing around the yards and exploring. Dog treats, bowls, and beds were provided which was a nice touch. We spent the days exploring Edenton and Elizabeth City, and we had cozy movie nights with their smart tv. Restaurants are at least 20 minutes away which wasn’t too bad. There’s a convenience store 5 minutes up the road that also does pizza orders. We tried it one night, and it was super good! We thought this was awesome because the house was in a pretty secluded but peaceful area. Thanks for a great weekend! Definitely made memories here to last a lifetime with my family and fur babies.

Brook's cottage was a "change of pace" to visiting the OBX. I wanted a "view" and a "slower pace" location, but OBX. She has kept the historical greatness of the cottage for the location.

Amanda was extremely helpful and very kind. My fiancé and I had a great time there and honestly would go again if ever needed!
