great spot in town for doing things around the convention hall, fun restaurants within a block, which was clutch. parking off site was not bad at all, any issues with location were out of the manager's control but nothing worth writing on. the room itself is super cozy, the heating unit is up high so send your cold blooded friends to the loft. both beds on offer were very comfy as is the couch. the kitchenette was well stocked and easy to use. even had a plus of good neighbors.

The host was very accommodating and quick with response time. They last minute accommodated us with a later check out. The place was cozy and clean! Would definitely recommend.

This place lived up to our expectations—the location was fantastic, building amenities were spot on (excellent gym!), the kitchen was well stocked of you like to cook, it was easy to get our car in and out, and the pictures are a good representation of the place. Having a washer and dryer was super handy too.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described and was very comfortable and modern feeling. Having access to the amenities on site were great. We had a few questions and needs throughout our stay which were responded to and handled promptly. We ended up extending our stay since we needed to and we're very comfortable. If we are in need of a long term rental again, we'll definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful studio in a quiet area. My wife and I stayed there while she did a rotation Jefferson Torresdale hospital. We were very comfortable and had zero problems. The space is cozy and very modern.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was looking for a place to work from home fir the day and this stay met all of my expectations.

Lovely apartment feel. Easy to access, it had everything we needed for a nice single night stay. Clean, simple, comfortable bed. While not located in center city, an easy 10 minute walk to city hall. Easy thumbs up.

The communication was excellent! I appreciated it as I had a few questions. The place was clean and spacious. The building was quiet and the few neighbors I saw were friendly. It’s a great apartment that felt like home. I highly recommemded this place!!!

My family had another wonderful vacation at Jane’s house. She’s a great host. The house is very clean and had everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great. The best is the backyard and heated pool. We spent most of our time there outside in the wonderful backyard. It’s close to sesame place, please touch museum and the Franklin institute. If you have young kids, it’s a great location. We plan on going back for sure!

This place was very comfortable for me and my big family the only set back was parking

after attending the flower festival at the convention center, it was really nice to come back to a space where my friends and I could relax and sleep comfortably. bedrooms were spacious, living area was large and the outdoor space was an added bonus! would def stay at Arena place again when in the Philly area.

My group had an amazing time staying at Truman's Airbnb. He was a fantastic host—responsive, flexible, and incredibly accommodating. The place was stocked with many thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was perfect for groups, offering plenty of parking and ample space. Honestly, Truman was the best host we've ever had!

This is a real home with interesting art, games, books, and misc. everywhere. Children would be very well entertained. There are plenty of sheets, towels, and beach chairs and equipment. It is not clear from the listing, but the unit has a washer and a dryer. We did not cook while we were there, but the kitchen seemed well equipped for preparing meals. The unit has two living spaces with couches and chairs in each. The house has carpeting throughout and has not been renovated , and the furnishings are not new, but it was comfortable and homey and not sterile or stripped down in any way. There are several floors, so a lot of stair climbing which posed no problem for us but would for someone who had difficulty with a couple of flights of stairs. There were balconies with tables and a large deck on top of the unit for barbecues, etc. There are 2 1/2 baths, but there is also an outdoor shower with hot water that was available if we had needed it. The location is fantastic. One short block to the beach, a short walk to Lucy the elephant, and a 10 minute walk to wonderful restaurants. Ozzie's in Longport was a great find for breakfast. Steve's and Cookie's excellent for dinner and drinks but people reserve months ahead. We were able to get same day reservations. Sophia was very good and Ventura's Offshore Cafe was great for lunch. My son is a vegetarian and he located Enlightened, a casual cafe in Ventnor that had a variety of vegan and vegetarian options for lunch. Margate and Longport are beautiful and we enjoyed taking morning walks in these quiet towns to look at the houses and lovely landscaping, flowers everywhere. Robin was a responsive and terrific host. She was always available, although we did not need to contact her during our stay because of the detailed instructions she supplied before we got there.
