I’m a Philadelphia native now living in Orlando , i brought my friend for his birthday because he has never been and always asks me to take him. Long story short Jason was the best host EVER! House was beautiful and amazing! Great location, surrounded by many new restaurants and the night life scenery . I could not have asked for a better host! I must say he made my return home stay AMAZING! I would definitely recommend and look for Jason’s services again! A 12 out of 10! Thanks Jason for making this a great experience for my friend!

Our employees enjoyed their stay while working in the area. They were happy with the accommodations and area.

House is just as described inside, very clean and entertaining. The beds are comfortable, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Nice private, gated patio with comfy furniture. The location isn’t for everyone, and it is not ideal for kids or pets - trash and broken glass everywhere outside of the property, the entire neighborhood, out of the owners control but still deserves to be mentioned. Host was very responsive and helpful.

This is a great place to stay while visiting Philadelphia. Luke is super responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and very clean.

We had a great stay here and Angela was very easy to communicate with. Great places to visit such as The Franklin Institute and The Please Touch Museum for a kids were super short drives away.

Perfect location for our family. Right across the street from where I went to grade school many, many years ago, and close to my family that still lives in the area.

The house was exactly as described and pictured, and very comfortable. Stocked with every thing you’d need for a stay, tons of towels, kitchen items, and toiletries. Great proximity for visiting our family nearby. Stacey was also super responsive and proactive, though we didn’t need anything during our stay.

We loved this Airbnb and added to a perfect weekend. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly. Neighbors were very welcoming. The house was very comfortable, exceptionally cute and exactly as described. Would definitely recommend as a nice get away! And check out downtown Pittman, so cute with many great restaurant and entertainment options.

Nicely updated apartment. Unlike a lot of other listings in the area they have a TV in every room which is a big deal for most families. The furniture is very comfortable and well kept, beautifully upgraded bathroom and kitchen. Easy parking in the neighborhood throughout the day however after 5 you may have to walk a block or 2. The street is wide enough for you to double park while loading/unloading your vehicle. It is a second floor walk up unit and the steps are very steep, don’t miss a step like I did and go sliding down into the door 🤦🏾‍♂️. I would definitely consider staying here any time I am in the area. The host was also very accommodating and had impeccable communication no matter what time it was.

Great place to stay in Philly if you want to be in Fishtown. The Airbnb hosts were very friendly and responsive. They even allowed us to store our luggage for several hours so we could enjoy our final day in the city. Amazing food and cafes within walking distance. My only note is that this is in the ground floor and shares a wall with the next home, so if you will are a light sleeper, you can hear people talking and driving on the street and some noises from next door. Otherwise great stay, very clean, hot water for the shower, heating/cooling unit that worked

Apartment looks exactly as it is posted! It is in the middle of everything so it is super easy to explore Fishtown. Parking lot that is suggested is very easy to find and use. The mattress is super comfy as well! The only thing is that it is directly next to the train so if you are a light sleeper beware! The train is so loud despite ear plugs and a sound machine. But overall a great place to stay!

The aesthetic of Eli’s place is sooooo cute. I loved hanging out in the Airbnb, it felt so cozy. The walls are a little thin and on Saturday night the neighbors were a little rowdy but nothing crazy. For the price and the location I would recommend this place to anyone visiting and needing a cute place to sleep and utilize the kitchen.

wonderful apartment for our group of 4! had more amenities provided than typical airbnbs, host is very responsive and friendly providing clear instructions on how to get inside. parking was easy to manage and free which was a plus.

Excellent home close to the beach with lots near by, perfect for our little getaway, the only thing I was unprepared for was how cold it can get in New Jersey but there were plenty of blankets provided to keep warm and the place was overall everything we needed!

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)
