A lovely and cozy cottage in the countryside! Beautiful location, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The check-in was smooth, and everything was just as described. Perfect for a getaway—highly recommend!

This place is way better than the photos give it justice, and the fireplace at the property is on of the best I’ve ever seen in my life, and its something I really value in an air bnb. The place has so much character, and the grounds are quite simply stunning, incredibly tranquil, a top quality jacuzzi, which is away from view of the property and very private! It’s one of the most value for money places I’ve ever been on Airbnb and Sally is a gem of a person too, funny, smart, informative and there if you need her! I will 100% be recommending this place to people and I will definitely return. 10/10 👌🏻

Fabulous cottage in a very quiet part of Kent, this was the ideal location for my son’s 30th birthday weekend. Gluten free brownies and wine to welcome us, and Fran added some little touches for his birthday. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. The Greyhound pub also made us extremely welcome and there were added touches for his birthday there as well. The hot tub is a brilliant addition and was well used over our weekend stay. We would highly recommend this cottage, Fran was the perfect host and the whole experience was brilliant.

Wonderful accommodation, in a beautiful location right next to the river , great for birdwatching. There are lovely walks right from the gate, and good pubs in Sarratt. Sarah and Jon are great hosts and had the hot tub ready for arrival. Thanks for a great stay.

Tanya was an amazing host, the scones she baked were incredile. The cottage was clean and well equiped even for our 1 year old. The hot tub and swimming pool were clean and great fun.

Alison was a friendly and lovely host. She offered picking me and my friend from the train station when we first arrived and also offered to give us a lift to certain places. It felt like she was our mother in a way that she took care and looked out for us. The communication between us was good, Alison had given me her number in case we needed anything. Alison had set up the treehouse for us so we could watch the sunset which was so beautiful and we had the hammocks out which was relaxing. I would 100% recommend, there’s a lovely Village called Cranbrook where the people are very polite and welcoming. We visited a restaurant named Jumeira which had the most tasty Indian food I have tasted. Overall was an extremely enjoyable experience in the countryside, I would definitely want to visit again!

Extremely clean and cosy! Had all the necessities needed for a nice weekend. The hot tub was great! The location is good too, as you are only a 10 minute drive into the town centre. The only thing we could fault - the matresses were a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing cottage, we got exactly what we came for, a perfect English countryside experience. The environment is probably the absolute best, the house is surrounded by walking paths, fields, forests, horses and other animals - it is truly beautiful. You need a car to move around, but by that multiple sights to visit are nearby, we particularly liked Henley-on-Thames. The outdoors and indoors of the house are also reflecting the vibe, the atmosphere is very much as shown on the photos. The kitchen is perfectly functional, the rooms' size and arrangement are perfect for 3 people, and the mattrasse in the bedroom is exceptionally comfy. A great plus that the house is also properly insulated and warm, which is a rarity! We had a fantastic time at Carina's (many thanks for the helpfulness as well!) and fullheartedly recommend this place.

Effie’s place is an amazing place to stay. It’s really sensitively and nicely furnished inside, with really comfy bedding and pillows and lovely linen sheets. Each room is charming and the house overall is beautiful. The view of the garden is also really peaceful and secluded. Fire wood is given, for cosy nights by the fire and the layout is conducive to quality time with a group.

We had the pleasure of staying at Lieven & Lydia’s for a hen weekend and we couldn’t have asked for more. The location was perfect and the cottages were beautiful. I received a welcome email prior to the stay which included so much information which I found so reassuring prior to the stay. Accessing the property was smooth and the cottages were spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend the cottages and the hosts - perfect in every way ☺️

We loved our stay here. It’s a really lovely lodge with a really well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside seating area. Lots of walks and country pubs surrounding. Everything you could want for a countryside getaway.

The cottage was beautifully clean and comfortable. Has everything you could need for a weekend away. We really appreciated the milk and orange juice and other basics. It felt very welcoming and kind. It was the perfect base for a weekend of dog walking.

Overall we had a pleasant stay! The accurate photos, cleanliness, comfort, and thoughtful welcome package (including dog treats!) all made a positive impression. The only tiny difficulty we had was seeing the small turning of the main road in the car in darkness, although there is a sign it was very tricky to see, in the daylight and on foot was not a problem. We would book again without hesitation.

Just home from a fantastic couple of days, insisting her. The cottage was perfect for us, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped for all our needs. Really peaceful and homely. On arrival gifts was a lovely touch as well as fresh flowers displayed. Thoroughly recommend staying here. The bonus was the pub was staggering distance with a great restaurant. Jackie was very helpful throughout.

We had a lovely couple of nights in the cottage. A great location in a beautiful village. Had everything we needed. We did find parking a little tricky as it seemed to be a busy weekend in the village. Cottage had everything we needed and very comfy beds and attention to detail. Would be happy to return.

We had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. We booked as we had tickets for the Rugby and the location was perfect, it was a nice easier walk to the stadium. There is also a great pub a couple of doors down, where we managed to watch the other two six nations games. The host was very responsive to all our questions and gave clear check-in instructions. Overall we had a great stay, great weekend and would use again if available.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison située dans un cadre calme mais néanmoins proche de lignes de bus et de métro permettant de rejoindre le centre de Londres. Emplacement très pratique pour les studios Harry Potter car logement situé sur la ligne qui amène à Watford Junction. Maison confortable et agréable, décorée avec goût, idéale pour un sejour en famille car très bien équipée pour les enfants. Alexis est un hôte très sympathique qui s'est montré disponible et réactif lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons. Petite pensée pour Cookie le chat qui nous manque déjà !

A charming house with a location that can’t be beat. Close to restaurants, trains, nature and a garden that had just started to bloom. Excellent stay. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely cottage in one of my favourite parts of London. We loved walking across the Heath, or up to the VIllage for a gourmet pub Lunch or simply enjoying a ride on the C2 into Camden for the best ice-cream in the world. For families with older kids exploring London this is a great place to stay. After a long, hot days in London it was so nice to come back to the quiet streets and views of Highgate.

A lovely home away from home in a quaint location. Ed’s house is historic but with lovely modern upgrades, off a quiet path, and around the corner from a cute shopping area. This was the perfect spot for our family of three and Ed was very accommodating with check in and check out, highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

We were working locally and this was the ideal location. The house felt very homely which was lovely considering we were away from home for so long. The garden was a small slice of peace in a busy city and I’d love to see what it was like like during summer months. Really hope we get to stay again!

A really nice property, well maintained and immaculately clean throughout. Neil greeted us at the property to give us the keys & was warm, polite and personable without staying for too long - he let us get on with our evening. The bed I slept in was very comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with lots of wardrobe space. Basics like tea, coffee, sugar etc were all provided which was a nice touch. Neil left a food / welcome hamper for us with some bread, butter, beers, wine and other drinks which was a really nice touch and totally unexpected - definitely went above and beyond expectation with that! We were in Walton-on-Thames to attend a music festival nearby so the property was in a perfect location for us as it was only about 15 minutes in a taxi each way. I’d definitely recommend the house and Neil as a host and would happily stay here again - thanks for a great weekend!

Petite maison pleine de charme située dans une rue calme et typique de Londres. Localisation du bien appréciable lorsque l'on voyage avec un bébé. Harley est très avenant et accueillant. Il nous a donné beaucoup d'informations concernant la localisation de la maison, le trajet et les commodités. La maison était propre et le lit très confortable.
