Joseph was very communicative throughout the entire process with questions, and helped us very quickly. This place was perfect for a small group, and it is very centrally located near many things to do, and places to eat. The pool was an amazing plus, and the check in/ check out was a breeze.

Everything was perfect with Jung's home. Location was quiet, check in was easy and the place was spotless. The only minor complaint I had was there were no regular sized washcloths, only regular towels and hand towels. Even with that minor inconvenience I still rate the entire experience 5 stars. If I ever come to Phoenix again alone I will be staying at this spot.

Alex place was a real treat. It was in a great location, clean and the location was quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants. We attended a Phoenix Suns game and it was within walking distance. Don’t think twice about booking it is well worth it.

Enjoyed staying there, Good host. Airbnb is very close to airport and closest all restaurants and happening places.

This was a nice place for a couple’s getaway. Enjoyed having a king bed - I always look for this when choosing a place to stay. What also beats staying at a hotel is that you have access to your own private patio - a definite bonus. There were 2 TVs but we were unable to access anything to watch. I specifically bought a travel hair dryer for the trip because it wasn’t listed as an amenity, but found 2 in the bathroom upon arrival. There was a coffee pot, but, no coffee. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It was also a huge perk to have a washer and dryer in unit. Another nice surprise was the large soaking tub. However, the water pressure was lacking - by no fault of the owner. Overall, this was the perfect place for our stay and Jay was a great host who I was able to communicate with even prior to booking and he answered my questions sufficiently.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

We stayed at this beautiful home and had the best family time. We brought our 16 year old twins and active 83yo mother-in-law. There was plenty to do for all ages. The backyard is even more gorgeous than the photos with a large pool, diving board, corn-hole game, BBQ grill, nice outdoor table,Fire-pit, and TV’s to watch March Madness. We stayed in mid-March so the orange trees had a ton of ripe oranges falling off and perfect to eat. When outside the orange trees gave the pool area a pleasant aroma of a Spa. Plenty of room inside and privacy. We used the kitchen a lot bc my MIL was there. It had all the cookware and dishes to make a nice dinner. The bedrooms were private and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very good. The house is on a corner so very private and very quiet. It is a 5-10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and all the restaurants and action. We had a few questions and Mike was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again for sure!

The house was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. It's convenient to the highway and easy to get to many different attractions in the area. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to the Phoenix area. We didn't use the pool because it was too chilly, but it looked like a great area for relaxing outside.

We felt right at home when we walked in the door. Beautiful quiet and very clean. My dogs loved the back yard. Took my dog for a walk around the neighborhood every morning. She loved it.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Fountain Hills. Pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the Mountians that could be seen driving near the home. Tammy's place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved using the pool and hot tub after a morning of hiking.

Rubel is an amazing host, easy to talk to and quick to respond. The house is well equipped and extremely comfortable. The quiet backyard is a great place to wake up in the morning while watching ducks, geese, fish and turtles in the pond. The location is perfect, close to eating and shopping. My family and I had a great time and highly recommend this home.

Hidden gem close to bars, restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean and the check in/check out process was very easy. I will absolutely stay here again!

I went for a week for Spring Training. The location was perfect for the games that I wanted to watch. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Pool was great for relaxing after returning from ballgames. Condo was perfect for me

Everything was as described and pictures. Place was great for us to relax after busy days and was centrally located with lots of food options nearby

Great place to stay!! Very clean and secure. Lots of stuff in the kitchen to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot showers. We didn’t do any activities on the property but there is a lot to do if we had more time. Had to communicate some with the owners and they were prompt and very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!!

Would definitely recommend booking this place! The complex felt safe, the location was within 10-30 minutes to everything we wanted to do, the pool areas were clean and close to the home, the home had everything we needed for cooking meals, it was clean and parking was a breeze. Peter was an excellent communicator. I did stay with two young children and the place was perfect for them as well. I’d stay again for sure!! Thank you for a great stay!

Edith’s place is always clean and quiet. We have stayed multiple times and it has been a wonderful stay each time. Located close to shops and restaurants, this is the perfect location.
