Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

Absolutely stunning location - the bothy is situated right next to the coastal path!

We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

Daryl's place is amazing, just as pictured and described. Very modern with everything you need. The garden was also a great size and very secure for our dog who enjoyed the freedom of being able to go in and out as he pleased. Darly was a great host, responded quickly to any queries and was very accommodating and flexible as we were there to be close to my mum why she was in derriford hospital. Would love to stay here again under better circumstances one day! Thank you!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

We loved our stay in Siobhan’s cosy annexe. It was bright, spacious and perfectly equipped for a holiday by the sea. We really appreciated the easy access to the local amenities and the sea. Can't wait to came back again!

The view is just incredible. Made us feel very relaxed. There is everything in the studio for your comfort. The bathroom and kitchen were immaculate. The balcony is such a massive bonus. Even though the weather was very variable we never got fed up the view. There are plenty of places to eat close by. The Indian restaurant next door was really good. Lots of takeaways and the Great western a few doors down offer a basic menu including breakfast. The beaches are gorgeous. So glad we found this little gem of a place to stay. Great self contained unit. Spotlessly clean and perfect for a short stay. Very easy to walk to the beaches and town. Parking for larger vehicles tricky but manageable. Caroline was very kind in arranging the booking at late notice.

A great apartment/maisonette in a good location - near enough to town but away from the busy centre. Inside is even better than in the photos! Very peaceful with a sea view. Clean and had everything we needed - good hot shower. Very easy check in and private parking which was great. A lovely bakery and fish and chips within a few hundred yards. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Fistral beach its a stunning place to visit and jo's place is a lovely addition. Its really easy to find with instructions provided and you get to experience the view of the beach as you arrive. Its spotlessly clean, modern interior with everything you need for a lovely break away. This place is perfect for any time of year in or out. I will definitely be returning ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

My son and I had the most perfect few days at Kathy and Jeffs apartment.. great location..thoroughly enjoyed the cliff top walks ,lots of lovely restaurants all within walking distance...The apartment was just lovely and really lived up to our expectations...we will definitely return..thank you Kathy and Jeff :))

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place in a beautiful location and lovely to get away for a few days and enjoy the fantastic apartment and the views i could sit and watch for hours.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
