Federico è un host veramente cordiale e disponibile. La casa è nuova e ben arredata, con letti comodi e una poltrona relax. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ripeteremo senz’altro l’esperienza ☺️

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Barbara, bella,ben ristrutturata, ottimo design. La posizione è eccellente, a 5 minuti dalla Fontana maggiore e dalle principali località di interesse artistico e culturale. Barbara è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. la consiglio vivamente a tutti

ho soggiornato solamente una notte presso l'alloggio di Valentina, sua mamma Manuela ci ha accolto con estrema gentilezza , ci ha spiegato tutto . consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento estremamente comodo e pulizia impeccabile. ho soggiornato con mio marito e tre bimbi molto piccoli, di cui uno neonato e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

SIamo stati 2 notti per motivi lavorativi, Mauro è stato gentilissimo e molto professionale. Abbiamo avuto un problema e lui, non essendo assolutamente obbligato, ce lo ha risolto. Se potessi darei 10 stelle ! Andrea

I had an amazing stay at this lovely flat with breathtaking views of Sirolo and Numana. Christian’s parents were incredibly welcoming and made the experience even more enjoyable. The flat was perfect, and the location was stunning. I would definitely return and highly recommend it!

We had a great holiday! Hosts Kristy and James are always willing to help and want the best for you. It's a lovely quiet place where you can enjoy their great pool surrounded by beautiful landscape. Mogliano City is very close and so pittoresque and clean... not big but the real Italy lover will be very happy. What i like a lot about the location is that you can explore "The Marken" with your car very good. Max 1hour 15 minutes to arrive with your car in the somehow bigger cities (Ascoli Piceno, Fermo, Grottamare, Portonovo and excellent Macerata in 20 minutes...) Typical small cities more than enough in the neigbourhood, we loved it! You have the mare e monti, the sea and the mountains... monte sibillini is a great spot as well to go out for a walk! The appartments are clean with muskito-nets present so that's a nice add-on. Kitchen, bathroom,... we were happy with all present stuff and had the feeling that Kirsty and James were there in case something was needed. Thx!!

Come a casa. Appartamento grande, pulito ed organizzato. Centralissimo e non distante dal mare. Host cordiale e disponibile.

The property is located in a beautiful setting, with wonderful views across the Umbrian countryside. Despite being a short drive from Umbertide, it feels rural and is a great place to relax in nature. The host’s directions meant it was easy to find. The house benefits from a fabulously large pool - which we enjoyed every day (despite the changeable Autumnal weather!). The master bedroom was large with a luxurious bathroom (great bathtub views across the valley!). The property was clean and the kitchen well equipped for cooking. We found the property ideally located for exploring Umbria, with lots of hiking close by and easy access to many beautiful towns and villages. A lovely stay and would highly recommend! Many thanks.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Sono stata in questo bellisimo appartamento per natale con la mia famiglia,siamo stati benissimo. L appartamento era caldo e fornito anche di legna per il camino. Era tutto pulito e c era tutto il necessario per u soggiorno confortevole. Il fuori anche se non l abbiamo sfruttato visto il freddo è molto bello. Sicuramente in primavera torneremo.

Daniele’s place was amazing and exactly as described. My family (2 adults & 7yr old) picked his location because we wanted to relax at the end of our 2 week trip in Italy. I can’t say enough good things about his place: beautiful & relaxing views (one living room wall is entirely glass facing a luscious green landscape), comfortable furniture, lots of outdoor garden sitting spaces to enjoy, all the basic necessities including a washing machine and dish washer with soap/detergent provided, very clean, comfortable linens, hosts/cohosts were responsive and lovely people who answered all our questions and offered recommendations. My daughter enjoyed exploring the gardens. The hosts set up a comfy cot for her in the study but we moved the mattress to the bedroom floor next to us. We made simple dinners and heated up food in the oven. One day we ordered pizza delivered to us. We had a car but don’t recommend driving inside Perugia. There’s a bus stop nearby that only charges 2 Euros.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. We slept great in her cozy, comfortable bedroom. As in her pictures, there are a lot of steps if that is a concern for you. We would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Claudia!

La casa era fantastica, pulita, spaziosa con un giardino e un tavolo fuori per poter pranzare anche all aperto. Consigliatissimo!!!

Sono certo che questo è il miglior appartamento in cui siamo stati tramite Airbnb. Marco + Michele sono padroni di casa fantastici. Consiglio vivamente per chi ha un'auto e vuole un'esperienza confortevole e lussuosa a un ottimo prezzo. Anche a breve distanza in auto dalla mini metropolitana Pian di Massiano con parcheggio gratuito in modo che il centro storico sia di facile accesso.

To były wyjątkowe cztery dni w Ankonie. Bardzo komfortowy apartament, niezwykle czysty i fantastycznie wyposażony. Na miejscu zastaliśmy dosłownie wszystko do idealnego wypoczynku. Właścicielka zadbała o nas jak o własną rodzinę! Zawsze pomocna, profesjonalna i komunikatywna! Z wielką przyjemnością kiedyś wrócimy... Wojtek i Adam.

Christina’s place is a great base for exploring Perugia and Christina was very responsive to our requests and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby but it’s not a noisy area at all.

Great location and great hosts! Would definitely go back.

Stefano is wonderfully kind. His place looks better in person with extra pillows, blankets, and everything we needed. The location is perfectly situated in the middle of Assisi with the most beautiful staircase entry. Tourists kept photographing it. There’s a market close by and Stefano gave us some recommendations to do while we were in town. Check out his art gallery while you are there. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful stay at Luana's place. She is a very responsive, courteous, and caring host. I had originally booked a hotel on the Basillica side of town but changed last minute to Luana's place which is located on the other end of Assisi. And I would do it again. The place is perfectly located on a quiet street within walking distance to almost everything to see in Assisi. Also located very close to one of the bus stop so your walk is mere minutes with your luggage.
