This is the second time we have stayed in this home. When we found out our basketball tournament was in State College again, the kids requested we book the same place as last time. It’s the perfect spot for our kids and their friends!

We stayed 2 nights in the Getaway! It was cute and very easy to access. The little tiki bar by the creek & fireplace is a fun little hangout!

Simply stated, Folded Hills Lodge is a very special property. The main house and guest house are situated in a beautiful and private setting within the magnificent Pennsylvania Wilds. The property features wonderfully maintained grounds including hardscaped foot paths, a spacious fire pit, rambling brooks, and beautiful trails. In addition, the property includes two ponds and direct access to Kettle Creek. The houses are extremely well appointed and furnished; the bedrooms were plentiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchen was remarkable with its industrial size refrigerator, ovens, and stove tops. We especially enjoyed the extra-long dining room table, wonderful library, and cozy front porches. Beyond the property, we were very pleased with the support and communications that we received from Grant and team. Prior to checking in, we were provided a wonderfully comprehensive overview of the property with helpful information travel tips and recommendations.

Lynsey’s place was perfect! I booked it for myself and my bridesmaids to stay/get ready in for my wedding weekend at The Roost Event Center. It was the perfect set up, wonderful for pictures and overall just a really nice place to stay.

2nd stay for our group here and IG will not be the last. It fits our needs perfectly thc for a pleasant but wet trout opening weekend

We felt right at home. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of wild life to see around. We came during end of November, but this place would be also be awesome to stay at during the summer with the lake, to ride bikes or go for a walk. Would definitely recommend this house and host to a friend or family!!

This was one of the most thoughtfully beautiful airbnbs. It was so clean and decorated for the holiday and made me feel like I was at home immediately. I stayed here with my family for a weekend and we barely wanted to leave the house. It was a super cozy with games, a huge comfy couch, and everything you could possibly need to cook a nice family meal. Thank you Robin for such a great stay!

I loved this place! My aunt and I were looking for a nice place to stay in PA near the elk and this place was perfect! The apartment was immaculate, so well decorated, comfortable and someplace we didn’t ever want to leave! The location is within walking of so many restaurants and a short drive to view the elk and many other small towns. And Kevin was very responsive and even checked in during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything! I would 100% stay in this place again!

A great stay in a unique space. It's obvious they put a lot into the planning, design, and decoration of the space. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't spend a ton of time there but loved the space and the overlook on the lake. We couldn't make it to the restaurant but it seemed like a great place. There's room for improvement with some small details... A few are having extra blankets in the living area, upgrading the utensils, more towels available, a broom/vacuum available, and making the instructions for check-in more clear with better signage. Overall we had a nice stay here!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the unique, creative, and downright fun decor. It was clear that the hosts put a lot of thought and personality into making the space special. We felt instantly at home. Beyond the amazing aesthetic, the apartment was incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we needed and more, which really added to the cozy and homey vibe. It made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The location was also a huge plus! It was perfectly situated for easy access to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back!

We live in NC & go to Smethport to visit family. We usually stay in Bradford at a hotel but decided to try an Air bnb this time. Was great. Felt like we were right at home. Would definitely recommend.

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. R. Marie was very quick to respond to our questions and with the heat management of the unit. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Just the place and location alone would get 5 stars but when you add that massage chair and Sauna? An absolute game changer. That massage chair got kinks out of my back that my chiropractor couldn’t! Amazing! Will be back any time I am out this way.

No words can convey the uniqueness of Lynn Hall, nor can they adequately describe the impeccable restoration, design and furnishings in the apartment. If you have any interest in mid-century modern architecture and decor, you will find yourself speechless here. Further, anything you could think of that you might need, Rick & Adam have anticipated and provided for. Should you have questions during your stay they are responsive and friendly. When you book this place, you really ought to allow yourself plenty of time to be in the space, to notice the endless thoughtful details, to absorb the history, to marvel at the restoration work Rick & Adam have undertaken. Lynn Hall, and the three airbnb’s it contains are utter gems. I cannot fathom why they are not sold out for the next 10 years.
