We’ve stayed at one of Lynette’s properties on multiple occasions now and she’s a fabulous host!

Wonderful location and the best view! Cabin was very cozy and the decks + hot tub views were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook meals. Host was very proactive about home updates and responded quickly to questions!

We had a very nice weekend at the cabin. The pictures don’t do it justice . It was very clean and perfect for a relaxing stay. We will definitely be coming back.

The location is beautiful. Especially if you’re a skier there is a resort right down the street. Plenty of snow to play in outside. Tons of room with the spacious four bedrooms. Nice having washer dryer and a full kitchen available. The hot tub and suana is an added bonus.

Nice house with a great room and 2 bedrooms, just the right size for a family. It was ideal for a skiing trip to Northstar for me and my 2 children. The hot tub was nice and clean and felt great after a day of skiing. There is a nice gas fireplace that was both cheery and warmed up the room and helped dry out our snow pants. The location is great for getting to both Northstar and downtown Kings Beach - note that you do have to get over a pass to get to Northstar, so in the winter bring your chains or AWD car in case of weather. It feels professionally run - the hosts were proactive about communication and quickly responsive. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Jon and Joanne were great hosts. I love all of the natural that comes in through the windows and love the all of the trees that surround the house!

8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) stayed at The Wild Trout Cabin and we all loved it! The home looked much better in person than the pictures. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would ever need on a 4 night stay. The home was peaceful and had a beautiful backdrop of the trees from the great room. All of the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the home was very warm and inviting. Hot tub and game room was a huge bonus. We all loved our stay and the memories we made at The Wild Trout Cabin!!

House was comfortable for two families and had everything we needed. The kids liked the downstairs games. The location was convenient for groceries, restaurants and skiing. We would stay here again.

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

Glen’s cabin was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were plenty of towels, linens, pillows, etc. The cabin is very easy to find and close to shops, restaurants and ski resorts. We had a great time!

Samantha was a wonderful host and check in was super easy. The cabin was definitely more rustic than what we are use to. The stairs going to the loft gave me a bit of anxiety. Our 5 year old did manage it well hah. I was pretty cool to feel transported to a different time. The location was great. If you decide to chill in the front yard, you are on display for all to see. We had a good time.

Ham’s is our favorite place to stay near Kirkwood!

We were very pleased with our stay here. The hosts were very responsive and checked in on us. The backyard is huge and we enjoyed building snowmen there . It was a quick 13 min drive to the Heavenly slopes, super easy to get there.

Annalisa has created a truly welcoming space in Tahoe City. We immediately felt at home and familiar with the locale. The creature comforts afforded by Annalisa's property made our stay all the more seamless. Only minutes from downtown Tahoe City, with access to sprawling walking trails, Lake Tahoe, and numerous outdoor activies, our days were full with enriching experiences that we will remember for ever. Thank you, Annalisa!

Perfect place for our toddler and our dog. Very cozy and they have everything we need. It is close to grocery/stores, which makes it very convenient. We had a great stay. I would recommend this place. Thanks to the lovely hosts.

Great place! Truly dog friendly. Cozy and warm little cabin. Very clean! Comfortable bed and pillows and nice bed linen. Definetely coming back!

The Cozy Cabin was absolutely magical! One of my favorite AirBnb’s so far. Really grateful to have been able to stay here with my wife for her birthday. It’s tucked right in the foothills near to the river and is just so beautiful but also only 10-15 minutes away from Nevada City, which is a super cute little town. The hosts were great and helpful and we just loved the place, definitely hope to come back and recommend to everyone 10/10!

We had the most amazing time in Renee’s beautiful cottage with the best view and location. Clear instructions and very responsive to all my queries.

We just stayed at a wonderful cabin in the woods overlooking Lake Tahoe. The cabin had two single rooms with queen beds upstairs that were so comfortable and clean. The downstairs had a great kitchen with lots of room to cook and great appliances. It had a nice dining area and table to sit and eat your food. The tv was awesome lots of apps to watch tons of current movies and series. Loved that so much. Everything was clean and easy to use. I would definitely stay at the enchanted family owned amazing cabin. James

Steve and Angel were amazing hosts! We stayed at their place for a ski trip at Heavenly, and the location couldn’t have been better—right in the ski village, within walking distance of restaurants. The house had everything we needed, including a fantastic hot tub. Steve and Angel were incredibly accommodating, always responsive, and happy to answer any questions about the area or their home. Highly recommend!

Davud Is very kind, and responsive. The cabin I was home away from home. Very comfortable very clean. We enjoyed it. We will be back next year

Our family of 5 had a great stay! This cabin is closer than staying in Arnold, to Bear Valley. We drove up to the resort 2 days in a row, and came back and enjoyed the cabin. Lori was particularly responsive with anything that came up and questions we had. I especially loved the easy to switch on and off fireplace, and the plastic plates/cups for the kids. Thanks again! We will be back!

We spent a wonderful long weekend at Mark’s cabin. It’s very clearly a family home and not just a cookie cutter Airbnb (and I mean that in the best way). It was very comfortable for our family of 3 (+1 dog) and the kitchen had everything we needed. Mark was an attentive and communicative host who answered all of our questions quickly. The back deck looks out onto tall trees and the mountains and it was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return next year!
