My husband and I enjoyed our stay at at Casa Pasido. Jennifer and Tommy were very nice work with. The studio is located on the second floor of a three story building. The complex is located in the middle of the jungle with lots of birds and wildlife. It takes approximately 5 minutes to get to the beach via a couple stairs and a groomed path. We walked to West Bay numerous times (30 min walk along the beach) and took the water taxi to West End for $5 per person. There are 2-3 nice restaurants and a beach bar all within walking distance. If you are planning on cooking a lot of your meals at home, be sure to stop at Eldon's grocery and pick up essentials for the week ie.. spices, foil and a couple storage containers. Basic cooking supplies are provided . The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner and two fans kept the studio nice and cool. Bring bug spray for the beach.

Husky Hideaway Apartments are a wonderful place to stay!! Caroline was extremely helpful before and during our stay with helping us organize activities and a driver. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and it was a GREAT location; close enough to walk into town for diving, shopping, and restaurants, but just far enough away that it was very quiet from the “main strip” hustle. We would definitely stay here again! We are not “resort people” and this was perfect and homey and allowed us to really have a comfortable place to come home to after diving and exploring!

Jeramy and his property managers were punctual and accurate. The property manager was extremely helpful with any concerns we may have had. Instructions were clear, and made it extremely easy for us during check-in or with any issues. When the gas for the stove ran out, the property manager was quick to resolve our issue. He also gave us some great recommendations with local delivery options. The only think I'd like to add was the dishwasher needs to be serviced. We hand-washed all the dishes. We also had an ant issue the first two days, but after we found the Raid, that was no longer a concern.

This place is the perfect place to understand the local vibe of Roatan.Walk to the boat taxis ..good mix of local and expats in the neighborhood.Provided bicycles if you don’t have a car to get to all amenities within 2 km .We loved the dog that protects the property also .Hes a beautiful boy.Elwin is a very sweet man aiming to please his guests .A local Gem

Another review said the vibe was better in person and they were 100% correct! The vibes are great The house is really well kept and functional. AC kept the bedroom nice and cool for sleeping. I found opening the porch doors and living room windows with the fans on kept that area at a reasonable temperature. Housekeeping was done every day and lots of towels were provided (no beach towels though). They have shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion in the bathroom. The porch was EVERYTHING! I laid in the hammock every night and read. The breeze out there was lovely. One day it stormed all day and it was nice to lay in the hammock reading and listening to the sound of the storm. The location is right in the middle of west end and yet the bedroom is quiet! I always travel with earplugs, in case, but only one night I could slightly hear some bass from a near by club, and even then I didn’t need my ear plugs. The also arranged an airport transfer for $30 each way.

First of all the staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. If we needed something that they didn't have they went and got it. The room was amazing with top amenities. Everything was state of the art down to the top toilets (which we appreciated). The surroundings were so calm and peaceful, you could get lost in the quiet. The dogs were pure entertainment! Loved they took my family fishing. I would highly recommend if your looking for peace and quiet!

Very nice place- Short walk to the beach There is a lady that is there to help with the cleaning but unless you tell her to come inside and do some light cleaning, she will sit outside and wait. This was a bit odd but everything else was great.

We love the house so much, in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood, it is so clean, beautiful and spacious, plenty of towels, the only thing is the dryer doesn't work, I texted the host, she sent someone to check it, then no more response after that. We had to hang all the towels and clothes everywhere like a laundry room.

This place is absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular. Romona (the property manager) is great. She showed us how everything works and gave us good info on things to do around town. We will definitely be back. Thanks Bill for everything!!

We enjoyed our stay here and found Sandy Bay to be the perfect location for us. We rented a car and explored a lot of the island and didn’t spend a ton of time at the home except to cook breakfast and in the evenings. The location of the house is the real highlight. The private dock makes accessing spooky channel easier. We appreciated the communication by the hosts and their local recommendations.

Having stayed 5 dif places between Roatan and Belize - this house was our favorite. The cleanest, and no bugs in the house at all! The kayak and paddle boards were great fun , reef is right out front. Able to kayak through mangroves , the deck over the water was our favorite place to hang out - coffee up there in the am, and amazing sunsets at night. Brian the groundskeeper/ maintenance guy was there must days , very kind and helpful, brought us bait for fishing , cocanut bread for eating, and just a real nice helpful guy - would absolutely stay here again . Hosts were super responsive , full of suggestions for outings etc- did I say how clean and bug free the house was??👍👍

The home is even more stunning in person than in the photos. The master bedroom is spacious and gorgeous, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The downstairs bedrooms are a bit darker, but our kids didn’t mind at all—they absolutely loved their space. One of the highlights of our trip was being able to snorkel right off the front of the house, which was an amazing experience. We also booked a snorkeling trip with Joe, who picked us up right from the house by boat and took us to swim with nurse sharks—an unforgettable adventure! The road leading to the house is unpaved, but we had no trouble getting there in a small SUV—just take it slow. The airport is about 30 minutes away, and Eldon’s grocery store is a convenient 15-minute drive. Dave, the property manager, was always nearby and super helpful whenever we needed anything.

Great location on the island for peace and quiet. the place was great with everything you need. well kept and neat. palmetto bay is a great place with a dive shop, restaurant, pool. the only other place that is walkable is Roatan brewery which has both great beer and food. the cove restaurant on site also has great food. you won't go hungry between the two. you'll need a car if you want to explore the island or have Stephanie recommend a driver. there are excursions available and you join a dive and snorkel. already planning the next trip!

Absolutely stunning view of Ocean, beach. Steps from pool at resort. Home spacious and everything you would need to cook prep meals. 10-15 minute drive from stores to buy groceries. Best to buy on your way there as once your there you dont want to leave, only sit and relax. Restaurant in small resort open from about lunch time untill 8pm for food and drink. Will stay open later than 8 for drinks if need be. Pool can swim in at night if wanting your own time with bo other guests. Lots of places to walk through secure community. Quite peaceful. Gardens, wildlife and views from higher up areas stunning. In house laundry and dryer if needed. Ocean very warm, shallow. Great to go out in kayaks past the shallows to swim or snorkel. Or walk down beach past dock and around point for better beach swimming. Thank you Diana for sharing ypur wonderful home. Thank you Carolyn for being on hand and giving us space to enjoy.

The house is on an island, so that made it unique right away. The island was very clean and the reef was easy to access for scuba diving and snorkeling. Theres only 1 restaurant on the island, but it was in a beautiful location and served delicious food. The house had 2 kayaks which we used daily to explore the area. The boattaxis can get a bit expensive, if you're using them multiple times a day. The location was beautiful, quiet and safe. Theres nothing going on at night, so if you want bars and restaurants, this isn't the place for you. We stayed in West End before Oakridge amd we preferred Oakridge bc of the are being less populated with tourists. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying at the house. The view from the deck never gets old. Francisco was excellent to deal with. He meets you at the house to go over everything there. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This beautiful house was just the escape we needed - private, quiet, great neighbors, and a never ending supply of things to do! We had issues with hot water and the vehicle, but Vanessa was extremely responsive and was able to get both issues resolved. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Vanessa!

This place is heaven… the house is so spacious and beautiful. Big rooms and bathrooms. The gardens are beautiful. The location is perfect, directly on the beach. It is better to have a car. I regret to not have stay longer. I hope i can come again at this same house. Highly recommended

This house was AMAZING!! The perfect quiet location, incredibly clean, and felt very safe. The house was well stocked with all the amenities, had excellent AC and was meticulously maintained, we would absolutely stay again!

This cabin was perfect for our needs. It is not luxurious by any means, but was clean and was in an awesome location. We essentially had a private beach and dock with the other guests. On most days, we could take a short walk to a beach for swimming. The location was also within walking distance to the Circle K for convenience as well as to catch a taxi to the West End and West Beach. The cabin itself was great. We had more than enough space for the three of us that stayed there, as well as the guests that came to visit. There were all the essentials that you needed to get started for the week. An extra plus were the beach towels that we didn't have to pack. If we needed anything, both Carla and the property help could assist us. My husband also enjoyed having the outdoor BBQ. We loved it for what we needed it for and would recommend it for someone looking to get away from the craziness at the big beaches.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained. The host was incredibly hospitable and made sure everything I needed was available without ever being intrusive. I really appreciated the balance of feeling totally at home while still having complete privacy. All household items and amenities were readily accessible, and everything worked seamlessly throughout my stay. I will not spoil complementary treats on this review though. Our stay at Casa Caribe was great! The view is absolutely breathtaking. 180°+ view of the ocean. It is truly indescribable. the grounds are beautifully done and well-tended with tons of tropical plants and flowers. It was super easy to kayak out to the mangroves and to the reef for snorkeling which was a wonderful experience! The hospitality is top notch too. Chris was super communicative and gave wonderful suggestions for places to visit. He even made reservations for us to make it easier. Banuel is the caretaker and he is so wonderful. He is there for absolutely anything you need at all and he is truly happy to serve guests. He also has great knowledge of the island and tells great stories! They truly take all the stress out of the vacation by having everything you could want or need. And they are willing to get for you anything they may not have. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was beautiful, restful, relaxing, and fun! If you are going to Roatan, this is the place to stay!

Villa Verde was a wonderful base for our multigenerational family of 8. We enjoyed the view, the pier, and it was easy getting around (with our own vehicle) to other places. The wifi was strong, TV big and bright for family movies. We used the two outdoor areas and the grill. The reef is a little far but timing with the tide, and using life jackets made it a wonderful regular place to swim to. Blue Island Divers nearby was great and easy to regularly dive at. We used the Sundancer pool regularly, and the day passes for the Mayan Princess was a great escape and way to access West Bay. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we used the grill a few times. In all, can't recommend another place in Roatan and Sandy Bay more!
