Camp de Morvedre : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Super Aufenthalt, super Lage, alles eigentlich wie beschrieben. Ruben als Gastgeber sowie seine Wohnung kann ich gerne weiterempfehlen. Die direkte Strandlage ist super praktisch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man Vorort eigentlich kein Auto benötigt. Einen Tiefgaragenplatz (die Einfahrt ist etwas eng, aber dies war auch in der Beschreibung bereits vorab kommuniziert bzw. bekannt) gibt es auch und ist in der Hochsaison sicherlicher sehr nützlich. Séjour parfait, dans un appartement idéalement situé, au pied du paseo, avec une vue imprenable, l’accès à la plage en un clin d’œil, et l’agréable son des vagues du matin au soir! Le parking à l’intérieur de la résidence est un plus (bien que la disponibilité soit « au petit bonheur la chance »), l’emplacement de l’appartement permettant de pouvoir tout faire à pieds. Laurean et sa compagne ont été aux petits soins, bienveillants et réactifs, dans un appartement propre, confort et avec toutes les nécessités à disposition. Nous y reviendrons, c’est certain!

Great getaway from the city. Amazing hosts who picked us up and dropped us at the train station. Peaceful apartment with a lovely balcony and enough room for two of us to work for a couple of weeks.

A hospitalidade dos anfitriões foi impecável. Ele é bem atencioso e rápido para responder os questionamentos. A única observação se forem para esta região vá de automóvel próprio pois é muito afastado.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed. We were welcomed by Rob, and Rob and Teresa went out of their way to enable us early entry. The flat is beyond spotless, everything was extremely comfortable and homey so tastefully done. The fridge was stocked with butter, water, milk, just very thoughtful, there is coffee and shower gel washing machine liquid, the list is endless and quite honestly the best stocked apartment I have ever stayed in. There is a full sized bathroom and kitchen with a lovely living space with the bed positioned off the living room. There is plenty of storage and hangers 😂. The position of the flat on Las Fuentes beach - promenade is perfect you can hear the waves crashing on the beach at night and the flat is in a beautiful peaceful gated community. Do NOT hesitate to book this apartment we stayed for a week and I could have stayed longer. I will definitely return.

El apartamento es chiquitito pero más que suficiente para mí pareja y yo, incluso se podría alojar alguien más, ya que tiene sofá cama. La terraza es bastante grande por lo que en verano se tiene que estar genial y estás al lado de la playa. Tanto Encarnación como su hermana fueron encantadoras y nos dejaron naranjas como detalle, que estaban buenísimas. Repetiremos seguro pero está vez en verano con mejor tiempo.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Airbnb ist schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Vermietern war sehr nett und gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. Alles was man braucht, befindet sich in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, ruhig und in der Nähe vom Strand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. ☺️☺️

La casa ha cumplido con nuestras expectativas. Estaba muy limpia y disponía de todo para pasar unos días de descanso. La playa está literalmente al lado y se llega en 3 minutos andando, aunque si no te apetece bajar al mar también te puedes bañar en la piscina. Hay que seguir varias instrucciones al llegar y al salir, pero los propietarios te detallan y explican todo muy bien. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente. Hemos disfrutado de un fin de semana con amigos estupendo!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Der Garagenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch! Die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. Sobald wir Hilfe benötigten oder Fragen hatten, wurde uns schnell und zuvorkommend von Bernardo und Carolina geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es gibt einen direkten Bus 112 in die Stadt Valencia, welcher auch häufig fährt. Ein Consum ist in der Nähe 10-20 min zu Fuss erreichbar. Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto ab ca. 5-10 min besuchbar. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und hat alle wichtigsten Sachen vorhanden, welche man gänig braucht.

Myself, my husband and 2 children (2 and 5) had a great family trip to Valencia with Nuria’s place being the perfect base. We visited the Bioparc, oceanographic, science museum, Gulliver’s park, old town and used the tourist bus! Not forgetting the beach every day! The accommodation was all that we needed for our quiet evenings as we were out the rest of the time. We all slept upstairs which was fine but older children/adults probably would prefer the proper bed downstairs rather than the sofa bed in the hallway.

Nous venons de passer une semaine de rêve en famille dans la magnifique maison de Carlos et Cristina ! Tout nous a plu : tout d’abord l’endroit très protégé et privilégié des Playetas, le quartier calme et résidentiel à quelques minutes de la plage, le ravissant jardin soigné par des professionnels, la très jolie décoration et la propreté irréprochable de la maison, le confort de la literie et des salles de bains modernes et la grande terrasse idéale pour des apéritifs, des dîners et des jeux animés ! Au moment de partir, nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer nos hôtes, des personnes absolument charmantes, chaleureuses et accueillantes, que nous remercions et recommandons vivement.

Rosana est une hôte superbe : accueillante, serviable, flexible et de très bon conseil tout au long de notre séjour. Sa maison est un vrai paradis, avec un accès direct à la plage. De belles oranges et une bouteille de vin blanc nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison était impeccable, avec une agréable odeur de linge propre. Ce fut un pur bonheur de faire sa rencontre. Je recommande fortement !

Tolle Wohnung in TOP Lage. Nur ein paar Minuten zum Meer, Geschäfte und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Markthalle ist nicht weit und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Alles war sauber und hervorragend eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely location for the beach and harbour area with a short metro ride or Uber for the centre of Valencia. Lots of small, local bars to eat and drink nearby, recommend the Artisan restaurant almost next door and the coffee hatch in the street behind the house.

Het appartement bevindt zich dichtbij zee. De binnenstad is goed bereikbaar met de bus en met de fiets. Het appartement is groot met 3 goede slaapkamers, 2 wc's, 2 douches, grote woonkamer, een mooi balkon met de ochtendzon. het was ook brandschoon. de hal van het gebouw is ook heel netjes. We konden gebruik maken van allerlei handige zaken in huis, zeep, voldoende handdoeken, brood, koffie: heel fijn! er is een vaatwasser en een wasmachine. we hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Segundo año en el apartamento de Claudio y encantados!!! Todo lo encontramos igual o mejor, muy buena zona, piscina insuperable, playa cerca y apartamento limpio y con todo lo necesario y con Mady como siempre súper servicial y un encanto, nos seguiremos viendo!!

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Lidia fue estupenda. El recinto donde está ubicado es muy tranquilo y la piscina genial (se puede estar en ella hasta las doce de la noche). Lidia ha sido muy buena anfitriona y resuelve con prontitud cualquier duda que te pueda surgir. Por poner un pero, falta menaje en la cocina. Es un tema que han comentado otros usuarios. Pero en general es una estancia muy recomendable para descansar pero cerca de la playa y del centro del pueblo.

El apartamento es exactamente igual a cómo se describe y se ve en las fotos. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido ágil y resolvió rápidamente un problema que tuvimos a la hora de poner en marcha la calefacción. Se agradece que deje café, azúcar, papel de cocina, jabón de lavadora y lavavajillas, etc. También nos facilitó todos los artículos para el bebé. La única pega ha sido que la ventana de la segunda habitación no ajustaba bien y por la noche se oía mucho el ruido del viento (pero se lo comunicamos y estoy segura de que lo resolverán para los próximos inquilinos).

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]

Comfortable and nice apartment. Games and books for kids. Everything you will need in the kitchen. Underground parking. Through our stay it was extremely windy outside and there were drafts in the apartment. But with air conditioning everything was fine!
