This was exceptional. We have rented many places and this was the best. Views of the ocean were incredible and could be easily enjoyed from the living and dining rooms and the porch. The furniture was comfortable and the space was sparkling clean. There was incredible storage space and hooks to meet all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to enjoy fresh fish without going out for every meal and the food stand outside on the street was convenient.

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

These were amazing days in an outstanding place. The house is e exactly as described and the location is perfect if you want to sit and relax looking the sunset. Couldn’t be more appropriate to what we were looking for. House was very clean and had everything we need.

Christopher is a great host, was very responsive and helpful. this place is marvelous! you literally walk into the ocean from your patio. unbeatable views and sound of the ocean.

The hosts we quick to respond to all communications, suggested local wheelchair accessible I for Action and had a ramp at the back door when we arrived (even though it was only o e step and we would have been fine it was a very thoughtful touch) his place was perfect for our family while we were I. Town for my daughters wedding. Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for three weeks. It was wonderful. The place was neat and cozy. Walkable to restaurants, stores, museums, and, thrilling to this midwesterner, about a 90 second walk to the beach. Felt totally safe walking around at night. Communication with Rachel was great, and Pete who managed the property responded immediately and was full of helpful suggestions, from where to order pizza to where to get my car fixed. Really enjoyed my stay, and would love to return some day!

This place is fantastic! The location is perfect. The space has been maximized so there’s a lot of room for hanging out and resting.Plenty of room for our family of 10. The view from the upstairs balcony is so beautiful and fun to watch the beachgoers and surfers. The property is less than a 10 minute walk to the pier. Great location for a fun family beach getaway! And Jayme was the best host! We were able to check in early and late. Her communication was perfect. Highly recommend this gem!

Our multigenerational family of six enjoyed our stay at Dan’s Oceanside home, and we will definitely stay here again. If you value privacy, safety, and comfort, you will love Dan’s place for you and your family. We are a no pet, no smoking, no alcohol drinking, no shoes indoors, environmentally conscious family and Dan’s clean, comfortable, safe, and relaxing home was the perfect find. If you enjoy cooking like we do, the kitchen is well equipped with excellent quality cookware and appliances. The house does not have central AC but there are ceiling fans, which we used, and portable fans (which we didn’t need to use) as the house gets a nice breeze throughout. If you are sensitive to sound, you can definitely hear some minimal noise from nearby highway and trains, but nothing we couldn’t tolerate. Hot tub operation is remotely controlled and requires contact with Dan to be heated. House manual with information/rules to make sure everyone has a pleasant stay, is respectful of property

Our second stay here and we will certainly be back. It’s a great place and we felt right at home! Location cannot be beat - near the beach and the village.

This place is very clean and well maintained. They have thought of everything you need - Kleenex, pool and beach toys, lighting in the backyard, comfy beds, shampoo/conditioner, a well-stocked kitchen, ziploc bags, a wagon for going to the beach, charging station, detergent, bathroom supplies, large washer/dryer, and more. The beds are comfortable and the air works well. They have great blinds/blackout curtains and nice noise machines in each bedroom. We didn’t notice the train at night either. The dipping pool in the backyard is definitely more useable in warm weather. The outdoor shower is useful for rinsing off sand from toys, sandals, and feet. We had a great stay and were very comfortable. This is a *great* AirBnB. No complaints!

This property was perfect for our stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. Both inside and out were the perfect set up for 4 nights in Del Mar. The hot tub/pool combo (with pool heat added) was perfect for the weather in March. We hiked Torrey Pines and spent time on Del Mar beach during the day and at the restaurants at night. The fire pit outside was a nice touch for the evening chill. The couch on the main floor is super comfortable. All of the beds were comfy as well! We would definitely stay here again!

All I can say is that Cynthia is a great host, and a decent human being. It's a nice house it doesn't bother me that it's HOA but I got complaints from my partner about that. HOA doesn't bother me, it wasn't like we were going to have a wild party. Cynthia's house is everything that you could expect on a vacation, and the mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on air. You might have to travel a bit to eateries and fun but it's peaceful and homie when you return to Cynthia's home unfortunately it was cold so we did not go swimming but I have absolutely no complaints. I said she's a decent human being because I lost something and she was willing to ship it back to me. A blessing to have people like her in this world.

I had such a wonderful time at the house! It was serene and incredibly spacious. The backyard was so relaxing, and I couldn't get enough of the pool and hot tub. Being less than 10 minutes away from Legoland was super convenient. I'm already looking forward to coming back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location and view were top notch! They had many “extras” that made it so much more convenient (multiple types of charging cords, pet dishes, beach towels, extra toiletries). The instructions were very clear as well. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time. The beach is private and had its own beach access. Parking was a breeze, home has its own assigned spots. Home was beautiful, spotless and stocked with everything that was needed for our stay. You couldn’t beat the view, you are literally right on the sand. Chris was always responsive and gave clear instructions for our stay. Home is close to San Clemente which has plenty of restaurants and shopping. We can’t wait to stay at this location again!!

We loved the home and felt very safe and comfortable. The sunsets are great and it was nice watching surfers from the house. Denise was very responsive also because we wanted to drop our luggage off as we were headed to Legoland.

This beach house is everything and more. You won’t want to leave! We came out to celebrate my birthday and just relax for the holiday with local family. We had a great time. It was a bit chilly so we didn’t get to use the backyard as much as we would’ve liked but sitting in the living room with the door open and listening to the waves was priceless. Heather was so friendly and easy to communicate with. We had everything we needed. Dolphin and surfer watching every day and we even saw a whale. We will definitely be back!!! One tip: try to have a compact car so you can park in the driveway spot. Although, we never had trouble with street parking. My hiccup was the street sweep is early am and I was scared to get a ticket! Easy to work around though and well worth it for the location.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The host was super responsive and provided clear instructions throughout. The home was beautiful, well-kept, and just a short walk to the beach. My wife and family loved the location and all the thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

This staycation was perfect for our family. We were looking for something close due to health issues and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It felt like we were in Baja, Mexico, with the Palapa down on the sandy area. Place was spotless and roomy. We all agreed it will definitely be rented again.

We absolutely adored the tiki cottage! It's everything you need for a beach getaway. The back yard, with high walls and tons of foliage, gives you unmatched privacy—perfect for the hot tub. We also loved using the grill. Highly recommended!

The location is awesome. It’s two minutes walking distance from the famous life guard tower 9 that sits next to the beach. It’s also about 5 minutes walking distance from the Better Buzz Coffee. The inside is very spacious and very beautiful. The terrace comes with a table and fireplace to cook s’mores in. The ocean view from the terrace. And the garage parking space is amazing. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10.
