Great spot to stay!

Excellent location. Easy to reach and enjoyed offer to pick fruit, which was plentiful and tasty.

We had an incredible stay at Daniel's place! The house was clean and well stocked. There is no microwave but we were able to make do with the majority of our groceries. The house sits high up on the hill overlooking the ocean and makes for stunning sunset watching. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and sitting by both fire pits. A special touch was the hummingbird feeder by the pool that had us admiring the beautiful tiny visitors all weekend. I do want to mention that the tenant downstairs is very nice and quiet, however you will see him often as he comes and goes/does laundry and his patio is only divided from the pool area by a slatted wooden wall. We weren't bothered, just thought it should be mentioned. Things I would like to see: - a dresser in place of the book shelf in the second bedroom. We lived out of our suitcase. Not a big deal for a weekend but longer stay visitors might enjoy storage for their clothes -updated bed frames. The beds creak at every slight movement

Lots of fun for our family! Quick 15-20 min drive to Legoland, the kids ran inside and instantly loved all the Lego features in the house (super inviting for them to play in the bunk bed room with legos available). The huge bean bags were also a hit with the kids (they even open up to become like a bed which made for a fun sleepover in the family room one night). Hot tub was an added bonus! It was too cold for us to use the pool during our stay but I could imagine that being awesome during the warmer months. You can tell the hosts want to make you feel comfortable, everything you need is available for you.. clean house, very comfortable beds, close to restaurants/stores. The host is very responsive and sent clear, easy instructions for check in and check out. Definitely recommend!

It was rather enjoyable to stay here! Spacious and very modernized. Though it was during the winter and we couldn’t use the pool, we made good use of the hot tub, game room, pool table, and the guest room.

Lisa’s place is absolutely perfect! We came here for an anniversary trip and it was absolutely perfect for my man and I. It’s such a nice neighborhood and there is so much to do all around you. We will definitely want to come back and stay again. Such a terrific host too, super organized and gave us everything we needed to know before we even knew we needed it! The backyard is just as perfect as the pictures and the inside of the house is the perfect size for two.

We had a great stay for our small family Christmas. The place was absolutely stunning and peaceful. We enjoyed our time and loved the great communication from the hosts. Highly recommend.

This is a well maintained clean house with a gorgeous outdoor patio and peaceful views. We appreciated the different outdoor spaces where family members could relax in the shade, play tennis, cool off in the pool or cook dinner on the grill. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located about 20 minutes from many beautiful surfing beaches and parks. We loved morning beach trips, and the outdoor shower was perfect for easy clean up. Although the owners live on site in the other half of this large residence, we only saw them when we happened to leave the driveway at the same time. Overall a very calm & peaceful place for a San Diego trip.

This home was perfect for our intergenerational family gathering. There was space (and enough bathrooms) to accommodate all of us without being in each other's way but also being able to gather in our larger family group when needed. The location with views of the mountains was relaxing and reenergizing for the holiday with family members coming from all over. Although there were various spaces throughout the house, the kitchen area was a definite gathering space and accommodated well for people to be together and doing different things: cooking and preparing a meal, sitting and chatting, working on a laptop, reading in the family room not too far away. I appreciated the communication prior, throughout, and after our stay.

You enter the house, a little uncertain. From the outside, a little underwhelming. You pass through the cosy living room, still a little underwhelming. And THEN, WOW. The pool area, the tennis court, the Vista to the west, the mountains...spectacular, breathtaking, everything as advertised and more. Back in the house, you find a very well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable bedrooms, a unique "guesthouse" for the Seniors (in our case), and above all...everything in working order. Absolutely no issues! Bravo to our great landlord, who was a super communicator. Overall: our family of 12, across 3 generations, found wonderful places to be together as well as to disperse. A great time was had by all in this Vista Villa wonder!

This stay was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and great communication from our host and property manager, they both ensured everything was perfect. The home itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches that made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The outdoor surroundings were just as breathtaking—peaceful, serene, and the perfect retreat from the hustle of daily life. Whether enjoying a quiet morning with coffee or unwinding in the evening, every moment felt like a getaway. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a truly beautiful and rejuvenating escape!

Life is about making wonderful memories for yourself and others. And Vita Bella certainly did that for us and our families. Sue and Dennis were terrific throughout our stay and were very accommodating to our requests. The property was outstanding from the house itself to the backyard oasis to the front porch sunsets. Absolutely stunning.

They were very willing to accommodate me as I travel for work and my check in and check out times vary from the normal check in times. Amazing pace. Great host.

Sheila’s beautiful villa was absolutely what we needed after a long exhausting day with two toddlers at Legoland. We had stayed at a residence before here so we knew the layout and amenities more or less. It’s exactly what we expected and more. The beautiful pools (with a baby friendly pool), the kids club, the beautiful views, the delicious on-site restaurants, complimentary fruit-infused water, the adorable stuffed animal seals for the kids, and more. We loved that the kids could stay in the living room. Sheila had provided two cribs that were already set up prior to our arrival. The check-in was super smooth! We communicated for days before our arrival and we felt really happy with everything!!! We loved the amenities and after Legoland, we needed a bit of luxury and rest for ourselves. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Our family and friends had a fantastic time over the New Year holiday at The Villa in Fallbrook, hosted by Simon and Jodi. It was so nice to see a welcome ceramic plate with my name by the entry door. A well equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable furnishings, and a breathtaking views to top it all off. We booked this Airbnb because of its pristine beauty, size, peaceful location, and lots of wonderful amenities which did not let us down. The house was used as the primary gathering place for hosting all our family members who traveled from Boston, and Oklahoma to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday, and the house was loved by all. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone, and we are looking forward to returning here in the near future.
