I'll guide you through each step, providing insights into ingredient selection, proportions, techniques, and the proper use of tools. Together, we'll craft traditional Tagliatelle, with a special focus on our signature 'Ravioli' filled with homemade ricotta, sourced straight from our farm.
Next, we'll whip up a sauce using fresh, organic vegetables harvested from our fields. Once the pasta and ravioli are prepared, we'll turn our attention to crafting the classic Italian dessert, 'Tiramisù', following the cherished recipe passed down from my great-grandmother.
Finally, we'll savor our creations, indulging in a delightful meal featuring handmade tagliatelle paired with a glass of our organic wine, followed by the exquisite tiramisù. And to round off the experience, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy our homemade limoncello, all complemented by our own organic extra virgin olive oil.
