The location was walking distance of some great places to eat and surrounded by beautiful historic architecture! David was timely with his communication and greeted my husband and I when we arrived and gave us recommendations for food and activities in town. Michael made sure the guest areas were tip top shape and coffee was made in the morning and was also very friendly and helpful for my husband and I. With all the care it felt like we were staying in a fancy hotel, only with beautiful historic views and rooms. This was my husband and I's first b and b experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Cincinnati. The only downside to our visit was that we didn't stay longer. 😄

Actually, everything is perfect. Couldn’t ask for anything better was easy to find in communication with the host was thorough. Five stars for sure.

Almost gave Tim four stars for accuracy because his place was better than he described it. It felt equipped not just to stay but to live in. The location is extremely walkable but also easy to get in and out of with your car to get to a Reds game or into the Cincinnati. There’s the occasional train sounds but if you’re staying in a city, it’s totally expected and infrequent.

Our family stayed at the lovely Farm Home during the Biblical Feast of Unleavened Bread. It was a cozy and peaceful getaway for visiting the Ark Encounter, Cincinnati Zoo and Newport area. Thank you for welcoming us and we felt like we were at home. We can’t wait to comeback Lord willing. God bless and peace in Jesus name!

Cute place! It is so nice to stay in an airbnb with actual charm. The plplain Jane houses are so boring, this place is fun. The home is filled with all the things you would find in your own home, good reading material and music:) Plus CLEAN! The area is great. Take a walk through the park and visit the coffee shop!

Charlottes place was perfect for our month long stay. It has a homey feel which was perfect because we have a dog and a little baby. She has tons of cooking stuff and it’s on a quiet street in the middle of a fun and populated area. There is street parking and it always seems like there is a spot available. With our work schedule we leave in the weee hours of the morning and I felt very safe walking outside to my truck, which was a big relief. Our dog LOVED the tiny fenced yard which was a really nice surprise. She sunned herself on the side porch. Charlottes is walking distance from so many restaurants which was a nice change of pace for us. The king sized bed is very comfortable and the rooms are big with high ceilings, felt like home while we were there and it was a great deal!

Julie is an incredible host! Her AirBnb is beautiful and cozy. Great area with walkable restaurants and shops. Julie went above and beyond to provide extra snacks and super convenient baby items. Can’t recommend this place enough. :)

My stay at Fati's was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is also spacious. Fati is a great Airbnb host, with timely communication. Very highly recommend.

This is a great place. I never felt totally unsafe, but there are a lot of homeless people hanging around the area. Also parking is $22/night and if you leave you will pay extra, so I wish there could be some sort of price/day with coming and going options. The apartment is amazing and comfortable. Some people complained about the beds, we found both beds to be comfortable.

I enjoyed her place, have booked more than once. I will definitely recommend her place to family and friends.

Cute and quaint small space. We were in town for my partners football scrimmage, this place was close and reasonably priced. You will have to climb a few flights of stairs so be mindful if you’re packing a lot and the stairway is narrow. Once you make it inside it’s the perfect tiny space that feels humongous! The hosts literally thought of just about everything one would need for their stay. They even had a step stool (my lady is short lol so I teased her about that). The bed!!!!! Superrrrr comfy and the star of the air bnb. I loved the decor touches as well. We are already planning a summer day back in cincy! Thanks for hosting us and being so prompt with any issues during our stay.

Highly recommend! Just an hour from the Ark, and got to tour their farm, pet their horse, amazing breakfast, and beautiful scenery. Look no further.

Sherry was very responsive prior to and during my stay. Private room and space was clean and exactly as described! The location was perfect for driving in and out of downtown Cincinnati.

Sherry's place was just as it was described. Very friendly hosts and willing to accommodate if needed. All of the rules are listed on the rental and also throughout the house. I would definitely recommend and stay again if the need arose. My only issue was the parking. As in all of the area, parking is crazy. Although this happened only once, it still happened. One of the neighbors parked in front of the house causing me to park on the side street up the hill. When I went out to get in my vehicle, the neighbor that I was parked next to their house was outside with the dog. (Not a nice dog) The dog came close to getting away and charging me but the owner was able to keep hold. Unfortunately, the neighbor was not nice and told me I could not park there and that if they seen my vehicle in the area again, there would be trouble. That was not a comforting feeling to think that my vehicle or myself would be in jeopardy or danger. I was only there a couple more days and no incidents occurre

Jill’s place is a dream! Thanks for taking care of our little family, even in an early-Spring storm night we felt so safe and protected! It was an amazing second time and we highly recommend it for spending a great time in a cozy and relaxing space!
