The listing was great! Spacious, cozy, clean. Not much to critiques there. I think the only thing we didn't expect was everything pertaining to the entrance into the building. It can seem sort of sketch, especially if you check in at night since the entrance is in this sort of side alleyway and lockbox out on the ground in the alley. When you walk into the building you're met with stairs going up and down and the stairs going down looks dark. Like I said the suite itself is great, but you kind of have to look past the general entrance experience. Overall, nice spot, Can't go wrong with the actual suite.

Loved my stay! The yard was so cute and the inside was beautifully decorated. Very cozy. I will definitely stay again! Location is truly unbeatable. Loved it so much!!

Incredible stay for a wedding weekend in Mt. Adams. We could walk to the venue and the local bars; it was such a great little escape. Plus, Allison was able to accommodate a late checkout on Sunday, which let us relax on our last day with late flights. I highly recommend this spot, especially with access to a parking spot.

Chet responded to my messages in 5 to 10 minutes every time, he was very helpful. He even allowed me to call him and ask him questions about something other than the Airbnb, I really appreciated his local knowledge. His place is centrally located within easy walking or driving distance to just about everything in the area . Parking was never an issue Highly recommend his place. Dayton has a nice small town feel to it. People are very friendly.

Edward's place is exactly as described in the photos. It is very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The list of instructions provided at check-in were spot on. We did not encounter any problems. All of the amenities are there for you. The bottle of wine and chocolates provided is a nice touch. Also like that the parking lot is gated and well-lit. Although we did not get to try any of the local recommendations, Edward provides a very thorough binder- separated into Cincinnati neighborhoods- with many nice options to choose from. If you are looking for a convenient location to Downtown Cincinnati, this is it! It only took us a few minutes to get Downtown. We won't be looking any further than Edward's place on our next trip to Cincinnati!

I had the most perfect stay here while getting ready for my wedding ceremony. The space is absolutely beautiful, with amazing natural light that made for the best photos. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get ready comfortably, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting. It was incredibly cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending a couple of days here. It truly made our wedding weekend even more special!

My wife and I ended our 34 Year Anniversary Rd. trip at Edward‘s place. We were definitely not disappointed. Incredible condominium, on the fifth floor. We had a penthouse unit and everything was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone especially a couple wanting to just sit down and have coffee in the morning and enjoy an incredible view. Also, while laying in the bed, you can see downtown Cincinnati from your view in the master bedroom. An amazing location thank you so much, Edward. Claude and Rosa Bevier

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca a todos los lugares turísticos. La vista desde el balcón es muy linda se puede ver el río y disfrutar del amanecer. Caminando se puede llegar a cafés y bares muy agradables. También puedes llegar caminando a la iglesia Inmaculada que tiene un mirador desde donde se ve el centro de la ciudad, es una vista linda tanto de día como de noche. El departamento está muy bien decorado y tiene todas las comodidades para una estadía corta o larga.

What a beautiful spot for our overnight girls trip! The space was gorgeous, perfect for some pre-dinner group pictures! Our plans were in Covington, which was a very short uber ride away. We easily found street parking. Overall a very comfortable stay!

Great apartment, very close to Eden Park. Would walk my dog daily in the park. Small fenced yard private to this apartment only - was a nice surprise.

Chris and Chris’s place was perfect! It was in a great location close to the heritage bank center where I went to a concert. They were quickly responsive whenever I need something. Had a great time!

We rented The Red Whale property in Mt Adams Cincinnati, Ohio and it exceeded our expectations. We came from Florida for a family wedding and the unit we were in had a wonderful beach vibe and was tastefully decorated. It was the perfect location for us to get into the city and the bars and restaurants in the neighborhood were easy to walk to. We definitely would stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay! The apartment is just as pictured. It’s walking distance from several places to eat. The beds were so comfortable and we enjoyed the amazing decor. Wonderful, responsive hosts! Thank you for everything:)

Most important to me when using Airbnb is that the previous reviews match my experience and they were in this case. The hosts were accessible and responded to any communication promptly….which is paramount to me when using this service. The place was clean and as described…..another important factor. This has been one of the best locations I have stayed in recently, there is sooo much to do and within walking distance including amazing coffee shops, bars, restaurants, convenient stores, and fun boutique shops. Everyone in the group also felt safe walking around the area, even at night. We enjoyed all the space and having a bathroom in every single bedroom. Chris and Chris were very responsive and proactive, overall a special, unique stay in Cinci!

This place was cute as a button. Smelled fantastic when we walked in too. Great value. Would totally stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

Shannon’s home was very clean and tidy and smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. Shannon gave us a list of places to eat and things to do before we checked in and also had a list provided at the home. Shannon had great response time and was professional and friendly. If you come to Cincinnati I would recommend booking her home 10/10!!
