Penthouse Style Condo with City View

* Charge your vehicle at the newly added electric vehicle charger for the use of our guests. * Embrace the customized luxury of this professionally appointed apartment. The residence features a vast open-plan layout main space, an eclectic array of boutique furnishings, room length windows, a cozy fireplace, and expansive vistas. This contemporary condo is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and the decor. The condo is near everything yet is located in a beautiful park like setting. The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with newer built in stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The 2 full baths are luxurious - utilizing granite tops, ceramic tile and high end fixtures. The kitchen/dining/living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 2 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. There is a rooftop deck that is wonderful - access is via the elevator to the 5th floor - turn right off the elevator and take the stairs through the first door on the right (one flight). Access to the secured building is by keypad. A well appointed lobby welcomes you where an elevator awaits to take you to your 5th floor condo. I am available anytime from 7:00AM - 10:00PM for anything at all. I am available anytime after those hours above for emergencies. This area of Walnut Hills is adjacent to beautiful Eden Park and offers great proximity to downtown, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are also many scenic areas overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. The METRO bus stop is located one block from the condo. The RED BIKE bike renting kiosk is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. Uber rides are about $3.00 to OTR and about $4.00 to Downtown and the sports stadiums. Please note that there is a binder that we have assembled that we have left on top of the desk in the condo. This binder showcases all of our recommended restaurants and sites - organized by neighborhood. Also - there is easy access to Eden Park if you walk to the public stairway just in front of the Beethoven Condos (the blue historic building on the corner of Sinton and Morris located across the street) There is a "Red Bike" kiosk for affordable bike rentals located at the bottom of the public stairs mentioned above.

Keep it simple at our peaceful and modest Almost 140 year old centrally-located home! Less then 5 miles from Downtown OTR , Stadiums, both Concert Venues Riverbend Riverfront Live and most of the city is 10 minutes by car! We love our home, Private Deck and Yard and hope you will too! UDF ICE CREAM, Starbucks, Brewery, River Access, Restaurants, flea market, gas stations, Beautiful Parks, Nature & Bike trails, Golf Courses all within walking distance and everything else a very short drive away!

Being a quiet neighborhood, noise complaints in mount adams are taken very seriously! If you are looking for a place to party with friends this is NOT the place for you. Noise after dark must be kept at a minimum.

The Panama House

The Panama House is a completely restored 125 year old Industrial farm house. We are located in California, Ohio w/ plenty of space for your family. 15-20 min WALK to Coney Island, Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, Belterra Casino/Race Track. 7 miles to Downtown Cincinnati. The entire house has all new updates and furnishings. 1/2 acre of yard space. *Summer 2023 note: outdoor pergola is down due to storm damage for the safety of our guests. Will be replacing soon!
