We enjoyed the stay, as Floridians were not quite used to mountain driving so it took a bit longer to get to and from than we had thought

This was our second time staying at Jaime’s place, and we loved it just as much, if not more, than the first time! It was the perfect location for boating during the day and riding in the evening. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Our group had a fabulous time at the lake home. Jerry was an excellent host who gave us clear instructions on getting to the house and checked in with us during our stay. My kids were thrilled with all the fun activities in the downstairs space and wanted to be on the lake with the canoe and pedal boat as much as possible (despite the cold temps). Bedrooms were comfortable, and we loved cooking in the spacious kitchen. Easy drive to different hiking trails and into Knoxville. We hope to return in the warmer months to be able to utilize the amazing outdoor kitchen.

The house was spectacular, location was ideal for us as we were riding royal blue and tackett. the house has all amenities including a washer and dryer which was nice. The only complaint we had was the instructions state you must take your trash with you, and offer a free place to drop it about 5 miles away. The problem is they are not open every day and just so happened to not be open the day we checked out. We ended up having to transport trash 10 hours back home with us. All and all property was great and we would stay again, just would be more prepared for the trash situation.

We absolutely loved this house. Perfect for large families. Lots of great spaces inside and outside. I have never seen as many dishes as this place has!! You definitely won't run out. The beds were comfortable (and I don't say that often). We annually go to an Airbnb with the whole family on Thanksgiving. Everyone agreed, this place was one of their favorites. The owners are nice and very quick to reply to any questions. We all had a great time!!

Mary Beth was wonderful to work with. She accommodated our last minute reservation for us due to weather driving us farther south. The place was beautiful, secure and safe. We will definitely be back!

Very quiet neighborhood to have a lake get away. Enjoyed sitting in the back porch and watching my son and husband play in the creek.

a short visit to Knoxville for the Big Ears festival! walkable location to downtown and a nearby coffeeshop the next morning. sarah's place is clean, uniquely decorated and has a very comfortable bed!

Timothy's place was amazing! It was very clean, cute, and private. It was in a great location as well. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it!!

We had a wonderful long weekend at Beverly’s. The studio is just like the photos. It was plenty of space for the two of us. She was a very friendly and attentive host. I would definitely recommend the space to anyone looking to take a trip to Knoxville!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was very affordable and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

This was an absolutely perfect spot for me and my husband. We live in a small house, so this felt right at home for us. Very well appointed. Extra little things to make us feel welcome. Muffin mix laid out on the stove with a muffin pan, all I had to do is heat up the oven, and add water to the mix, and voila, muffins.. Popcorn, and hot cocoa mix on the counter. Nice king size bed. Very nice space I would book this space again. Thanks

I left a five star review, because the host was very accommodating and understanding of a situation that was out of his control. We had a homeless man hanging around the entrance when we went to check in and made the ladies staying in the unit alone not comfortable. The building has no trespassing signs and this is just something you risk being in the city. The host was very accommodating and understanding and took care of us.

This was the perfect place! Only ten minute walk to the Market Square area with lots of restaurants and live music. Very comfortable and clean AirBnB with everything we needed. Very accurately described, great communication, easy to find and get in, clear check-out instructions, plenty of easy parking. Will stay here again!

Mike was a great host! Appreciate his responsiveness. The location was perfect for walks to campus, downtown etc. Bonus was onsite parking. We would love to stay again when we come back to visit our UT student. Great place to say.

This condo was very clean and everything in it was well-thought out. It was nice to be able to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

The location had amazing views of the mountains and the surrounding area making it relaxing and peaceful. Sitting on the deck with coffee and listening to the distant rooster, turkeys in a nearby field, cattle on a nearby hill and the spring sounds of various birds couldn’t be beat. The unit was away from the congested areas yet fairly close to restaurants, shopping and activities. It is a quiet neighborhood - conducive to restful and uninterrupted sleep. The unit was clean and well supplied and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding and blankets. Carol was very responsive to communication and provided nice restaurant suggestions. We would definitely recommend this rental! One thing to note is that the driveway and entrance is on an incline that may be a challenge for people with mobility issues.

Very clean and nice space. Just as the pictures showed. The communication with Victoria was top notch and she was always very helpful!!! Loved the extra touches like the Christmas tree and decorated for Christmas. Was an amazing place to stay and definitely would stay here again.
