Fantastic location with a stunning view and constant sounds of the ocean. Very comfortable property with everything that was needed for a great stay. Having the supermarket so close ( 1 minute walk ) was a bonus. Would certainly come back again without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Это просто невероятная квартира ! Я очень рада что мы остановились здесь . Отличное расположение , рядом все необходимое , большой супермаркет, оборудованные супер чистый пляж в нескольких шагах . Очень добрая и гостеприимная хозяйка квартиры . Я рекомендую именно это жилье для незабываемого отдыха!

We had a wonderful stay at Tiago's place. The location could not be better. Just steps away from the beautiful beach where we walked every day. We did not rent a car. Taxis are available, bus stop next to the development, easy walk along the beach to town. We found many great restaurants we could walk to or take a taxi, and some provided pick and drop-off for free. The house itself, is comfortable, spacious and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. You will have to supply spices, but oil, salt and sugar are provided. There is a big grocery store in town with everything you need. Tiago is quick to respond to any questions. We stayed for a month and hope to come again next year.

A perfect villa to stay while visiting family in the area - we felt very much at home, and loved the location. Very peaceful - and a very comfortable house.

Das Appartement liegt ideal am langen Sandstrand und man blickt aufs Meer, ansonsten ist man eher abseits. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zusammengewürfelt, insbesondere in der Küchenausstattung spärlich, da wäre hilfreich, wenn man wüsste, was da ist, z. B. zwei gleiche Weingläser findet man nicht. Wir waren zu zweit da, dann ist es ideal, mehr wäre eng, Sitzgelegenheiten, Ausstattung, wenn man zu viert wäre, wäre eher knapp. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, zuvorkommend, erleichterte den Check-In und war flexibel im Check-Out!

Rakastimme asua täällä. Vietimme miltei 2 kuukautta kohteessa. Asunto tarjoaa kaiken mitä lomakodiltasi odotat. Keittiössä valmistat omat herkut jotka löytyvät vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päästä supermarketista. Olet lähellä kaikkea mutta silti tarpeeksi kulman takana että voit nauttia rauhasta ja hiljaisuudesta. Duarten kanssa kommunikointi toimi moitteettomasti ja sen lisäksi että hän oli avulias niin jäi tunne että hän on tosi kiva 🤗 Suosittelemme kohdetta kaikille jotka haluavat lomalta mutkattomuutta. Erityiskiitos vielä siivojalle. Hän oli niin ihana ja piti meistä huolta. Tämä arvostelu on kirjoitettu suomeksi joten toivon sen kääntyvän hyvin myös muille kielille. Suuri kiitos! 10/10

Absolutely fantastic place to stay while in Porto Santo. A five minute walk to the beach and views from the house are amazing. Plenty to towels and a well equipped house with everything we needed. We were a family of 5, including two children and a mother in-law… so the two floors works out perfectly. Francisco was an outstanding host who communicated timely and clearly. Any questions we had were answered in minutes! We will absolutely stay there again !!!

Ottima sistemazione, parcheggio privato, giardino curato e recintato su tutto il perimetro della casa. Pulizia e confort dell'alloggio al di sopra della media, in posizione molto tranquilla e a distanza di ca. 15/20 minuti a piedi (a seconda dell'andatura) dal centro comm.le Zarco e dalla spiaggia "Pedras Pretas". A circa 300 mt. c'è un ottimo ristorante e nelle immediate vicinanze di questo un piccolo emporio per eventuali immediate necessità. Nelle vicinanze c'è pure un'ottima pizzeria. Per chi non disponesse di mezzo proprio rendo noto che con una passeggiata di ca. 30 minuti si può raggiungere il centro e che l'eventuale ritorno con carichi si effettuata ad un modesto costo di € 5,75.= Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
