Campobasso : locations de villas de vacances

We kozen voor dit huis vanwege de ligging, voor de dagtochten die we wilden maken. 5 minuten vanaf de snelweg, grote supermarkt direct om de hoek en ruime woning met privé parkeerplek op het terrein. Contact was perfect, Carolina reageerde snel, inchecken was eenvoudig met een sleutelbox. Uitgebreide keuken waar we elke avond goed konden koken. Een echte aanrader als je de omgeving (van Terracina tot Paestum en alles wat er tussen ligt aan mooie paleizen, opgravingen, Romeinse monumenten, klooster, stranden, steden, etc.) wilt verkennen.

Il soggiorno a Villa Elena è stato senza dubbio fantastico poiché la casa è ancor più bella di come sembrava nelle foto. Tutto era in ordine e pulito. È ben fornita di tutto ed è adatta ad un soggiorno di 10 persone. Avendo i riscaldamenti con due caldaie separate per i piani, la casa rimane calda e si può gestire quale piano riscaldare. Ha una bellissima terrazza e un salone con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Inoltre il proprietario e l’assistente sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili Inoltre a qualsiasi domanda entrambi sono stati reperibili con una veloce risposta. Lo spazio nelle camere è giusto e ogni persona aveva il necessario per stanze e bagni (2 pubblici e 2 privati). Il paese vicino (Cusano Mutri) è molto bello, e tutte le persone incontrate sono state calorose e molto amichevoli. Per concludere: vacanza senza dubbio bellissima, consigliata assolutamente.

Casa molto adatta ai gruppi di amici. gli ambienti in comune sono ben organizzati e ti permettono di passare del tempo insieme. La casa è ben attrezzata, ovviamente si parla di una villetta e si può trovare un po' di umidità, ma l'ambiente è molto caldo e accogliente. Consigliato, sicuramente torneremo.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa villetta immersa nel verde, un vero angolo di pace per staccare dalla routine. Fin da subito, l’host si è dimostrata disponibile e attenta, garantendoci un soggiorno sereno. La casa ha superato le aspettative: spaziosa, accogliente e arredata con gusto, con ambienti puliti e ben organizzati, dotati di ogni comfort. La posizione è ideale, immersa nella natura ma ben collegata, con le piste da sci raggiungibili in circa un’ora. Dopo una giornata sulla neve, volevamo guardare la finale di Sanremo, ma il comfort del divano e il calore dell’ambiente ci hanno conquistati… e ci siamo addormentati! Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che ripeteremo sicuramente!

Ottima esperienza, la casa si trova in un posto tranquillo a pochi km da Castel di Sangro. Appartamento spazioso con ampia zona giorno al piano terra e camere confortevoli al primo piano! A disposizione tutto ciò che serve per soggiornare! Signora Marisa molto disponibile e flessibile per check-in e check-out!

Siamo stati accolti il 24 dicembre da una bellissima nevicata . Il casale nel suo splendore ci ha coccolati per un natale anomalo ma tra i più belli della vita. Un dolce caminetto per ascoltarsi. E una neve tutta da vivere. Splendido posto e sia Enrico xhe Biagio soni sempre stati a disposizione . Da tornarci sicuramente magari in primavera !

L’alloggio messo a disposizione dalla signora Fernanda è sempre una garanzia. È la seconda volta che alloggiamo da lei al ritorno dalle vacanze. Super disponibilissima, gentilissima e premurosa! We had a wonderful time, it was the perfect getaway. Something for everyone, swimming, tennis, a nature lovers’ paradise & peaceful. The house is a great layout, so many lovely areas to sit outside. I fell in love with the kitchen and the dining room is a wonderful space. Lina was truly special, friendly and more than helpful. She got out us out of a fix with our vehicle by being a great & insistent translator. I would return in a heartbeat.

A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

We really enjoyed our one week stay at Opuntia, what a beautiful location with amazing views and such friendly people in the local area. The villa itself was as described, with comfortable bedrooms, decent bathrooms, lots of space, a well equipped kitchen, two barbecue areas, several seating areas and a lovely pool that was just the right size. Mike made us feel very welcome and was there to greet us despite our arrival late at night. He always responded quickly and helpfully to any messages and rapidly provided anything we were short of (some more wine glasses were supplied within two of hours of realising we needed some more). Mike gave us lots of suggestions for great local eateries and places to visit. We particularly enjoyed our morning at the Piedmonte Matese Monday market, as well as our drive up into the hills behind the town. Very twisty roads with amazing views, and an unforgettable lunch and vista at Restaurant Rurù in San Gregorio Matese. Definitely recommended!

La maison de Luca est tout simplement incroyable! Nichée dans la montagne, fraîche malgré la chaleur, superbement décorée et accueillante. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux grâce également à la générosité et la sympathie de Luca et de Giuseppina. À recommander sans hésiter.

Lucia and her father, Amedeo, were very welcoming and accommodating and showed us the entire villa and how things worked like the espresso maker and hot tub when we arrived. They checked in with us to make sure everything was ok during our stay as well. They offered a BBQ experience, which was fantastic, with an assortment of grilled meats, cheese and vegetables that Amedeo prepared. Of course there was plenty of delicious wine and even a walnut liquor to try. The patio and garden area are gorgeous and the views spectacular! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing to note is if you have trouble with stairs, there are three floors with the bedrooms on the second and third. We would highly recommend this lovely villa and would definitely stay here again!
