I’m not one for taking a lot of time to write a review, but this place is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Clean, beautiful, peaceful, private, and the attention to details is amazing. More than we ever expected, this place is amazing!

What a beautiful location , rich in history. The grounds are amazing with lots to do including walking trails. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to give us a detailed explanation of where we were staying and where all the amenities were located. The breakfast was very good and the location is central to many attractions. Loved we could visit with our two dogs . I would certainly stay here again.

What a beautiful spot! My siblings and I had an amazing stay and highly recommend checking out this piece of paradise! To be back on Lake Utopia after 15 years has been so memorable! We are so fortunate to stay on the same lake that we grew up on and visited every summer. This incredible space was absolutely stunning. Thank you Catherine! We will definitely be back!

A lovely place to stay when visiting Grand Manan, with a well-equipped kitchen, space if the weather is iffy, and a hottub to enjoy the stars and Grand Harbour bay.

We loved our stay here! It was central to everything but nice to just stay at the cottage if you prefer. Would love to come back again.

As a former teacher, I give Joseph A+ in communication. He answered every question I had, respon\ded very quickly and provided clear directions. The cottege was very clean when I arrived, and the location is absolutely beautiful. If you are an active person, there is so much to do in the Lubec area, and the FDR Bridge to beautiful Campobello Island is just a few miles away, making for an easy and most enjoyable day trip.

We travel to the area with some frequency but this was our first stay at Debra's cottage. The location was quiet and the view out to the water especially at sunrise was beautiful. Our dog felt right at home both inside and outside. Close to town but far enough out to enjoy the peace of your surroundings. We will definitely make this our place to stay when visiting the area!

Beautiful location! It was great falling asleep to the sound of the waves below. There were some cute seals fishing in the cove and we got to watch them from the living room. The place had everything we needed and everything worked great. The neighbours were very close but because of the trees and cliff it still felt very private.

Kate’s property is amazing! It’s on the end of a gravel road, so it’s very private (It’s literally in the woods). The second we walked through the door we were blown away. Huge picture windows showing off the beautiful view of Orange Lake. The cabin itself was spotless. So clean and bright. It has a covered deck and an enclosed porch perfect for sitting and enjoying the views. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Plus the grill outside (we only used it once because it was cold and windy)The heat kept the place toasty warm and the shower was nice and hot. The beds were comfy! The WiFi worked great and there was even a smart tv with all the streaming services. All the comforts of home. We didn’t have any major issues but any small questions we had, Kate was very quick to respond. The dogs loved walking around the area, which consisted of dirt and gravel roads, so no traffic. Definitely an 11/10! We plan on returning!

We had the absolute most relaxing trip! When we arrived we were greeted by Leslie and Chris and man, they couldn't have been more friendlier and accommodating.They gave us a tour of the house as well as the other house on the property. They gave us many recommendations of places to visit and none of them disappointed. The highlight of our trip was spending time on the lobster boat with Chris. Not only did we have a great time but we learned so much. Did you know there was a lobster catching song? Neither did we but we sang it proudly! I can't say enough about Leslie, Chris and Louie. Very kind people who we felt like we knew forever. Now, let's get to the cottage. This place had the most amazing views and such a cozy feel. The towels were soft, the beds were comfy and furnished perfectly. We traveled with our pup who also had the best time of his life. The property was so secluded that we were able to have him off leash so he could explore the beach and property.

Tracy’s Maces Bay home was exactly that! A very comfortable and “feel right at home” home. It was stocked with amenities including all types of coffee and tea, which are often not found. The refurbished bathroom is beautiful as well as the sunroom. The view of the tides going in and out is amazing. Tracy was a great hostess and accommodated a great stay at very short notice. We also enjoyed the deer in the yard. A trip to St John’s to see the reversing falls was interesting, as well as eating lobster and wild blueberries nearby.

We just spent 5 nights at this absolutely gorgeous cottage, and it far exceeded our expectations on EVERY level! We were absolutely blown away by the spotless cottage, beautiful high quality furnishings and bedding, and the most EPIC views we have EVER seen! We were mesmerized the entire time. From the stunning sunsets at the many seating areas, to the gorgeous private beach, there truly are no words to accurately convey how incredible this space is. We had deer visit us many times a day, and had so much fun watching the tide come in and out, looking for sea glass and watching the amazing salmon farms. This is our first trip to the East Coast and know this stay will be the highlight of our whole trip. Jennifer was so kind and accommodating, and we are incredibly grateful to have stayed at this stunning cottage. I can't recommend more highly! Thank you SO much Jennifer. If we are ever in New Brunswick again we will absolutely be back! Wishing you all the very best. ❤️

Thank you Bill and Teresa for a great stay! For a rustic little cabin, this was spotless. Very clean and very well equipped with cooking utensils, clean fridge, etc. I'd suggest getting groceries in Calais or Eastport if planning to utilize the kitchen amenities as the area does not have a grocery store. The bed was super comfortable, the mattress being so comfy. Felt like memory foam. We had a great sleep after attending the Piratefest in Eastport. Cabin#7 is up on a hill and the breeze was nice and cool, and did I say QUIET? Most peaceful. Lots of fun fishing the pond for pickerel, using the complementary rowboat on the pond, and canoe for the river. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes a rustic cabin experience. Once again, the place was very clean.

Jane’s cottage was a perfect place for me to relax, enjoy the ocean, and just catch up with myself for a while. The home is small but tidy and very well thought-out. It is comfortable, has everything you need, and the ocean is so present in every moment—what a gift it was to be able to stay there for a week! And by chance, the northern lights were visible during my stay, so that big, dark sky was amazingly lit up. Jane was also a wonderful host—with great instructions, clear labels in the house, and just the right amount of attention to let me feel well cared for, while also experiencing all the privacy and quiet atmosphere I was looking for. Thank you Jane!

Vince's cabin is the ideal retreat! Nestled in a secluded spot, it's just a short walk down a wooded path to the beach. The backyard features a deck overlooking a fire pit, perfect for evening bonfires; Vince thoughtfully provided kindling and firewood. Inside, the cabin has a warm and inviting feel. My daughter described it as "cozy rustic." The beds were comfortable, and the peaceful surroundings ensured I slept wonderfully both nights. Vince has thought of everything you might need during your stay, even a spare toothbrush in case, like one of my children, you forget yours. Vince also went the extra mile by providing breakfast for the first morning, a lovely touch. The internet connection was reliable, and I appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer. The clawfoot bathtub was perfect for a long, relaxing soak. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would gladly return if it's available. Vince was prompt in responding to texts and a gracious host. I wholeheartedly recommend

Our entire vacation was ruined. We spent a week touring NB and PEI and never again experienced the level of serenity and hospitality that we enjoyed at Debbie & Neil’s. The home was immaculate, and Neil took the time to show us around even though we arrived later than expected. Upon leaving, we instantly regretted not booking the place for the entire week (though it likely wasn’t available). We are already looking for an excuse to come back and spend some quality time in L’Etete and with Debbie and Neil.

Absolutely beautiful, serene, quiet, private location with large windows for the best water view. Cottage is very clean and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the bonfires and board games. This is our second visit and we look forward to the next.

This was a beautiful stay! The description and the photos are highly accurate. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and allow for contemplation and rest for the soul. The fire pit and deck were both greatly enjoyed and the beautiful beach and ocean views never failed to stun. Sunrises were superlative and the indoor swing chair was well loved. Bedding was spotless and the mattress and pillows luxuriously comfortable. The host was responsive and booking and follow up was seamless. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and it is highly recommended. We hope to return.

Everything was satisfying! We wanted peaceful and quiet in the woods with an ocean view and that is exactly what we got!! There were easy day trips to explore Washington County. We chose the Atlantic Puffin Cruise out of Steuben. We also went to see the West Quoddy Head Lighthouse in Lubec. We walked the path towards the cove and I enjoyed taking a few photos. The cottage itself was just right! The wifi worked fine. I honestly had no issues at all!!!!

Nice place. View of the lake is wonderful. Comfortable cabin. Great location, access to Calais and Canada. Enjoyed it!
