Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Zimmeraufteilung und atemberaubendem Meerblick auf schöner Terrasse. Guiseppe hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar für hilfreiche Tips. Gute Ausstattung, Parken problemlos in der Nähe, eigener Eingang und sehr ruhig.

Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

Es ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes, komfortables, privates und entspannendes Anwesen in den Hügeln oberhalb von Sant‘ Ambrogio. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Pool fantastisch. Selbst im November konnten wir den Pool bei 16 Grad täglich kurz genießen. Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man braucht ein Auto. Der Esel auf dem Grundstück daneben freut sich über Möhren oder einen Apfel. Der wunderschöne Ort Cefalù ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vater von Salvatore, Stefano, war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der eine ruhige und private Unterkunft sucht, die trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt liegt. Auch das Hinterland mit seinen schönen Bergdörfern rund um den Pizzo Carbonara hat uns gut gefallen.

Magnificent magnificent! We lived in an oasis near Palermo and enjoyed a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded by olive trees, flowers and a large deck with an outdoor shower. Perfect and totally private. The house has all you need and it’s near to Palermo as well as the ocean and great seafood restaurants. Floriana and Roberto are the most welcoming hosts and they do all they can to make you relax! When you enter this flower villa you never want to leave, just sit on the pool-deck, enjoy the surrounding mountains and breathe Sicily in. We will definitely come back!

Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

We very much enjoyed our week's stay at Citta del Mare-Perla del Golfo. We were met by the hosts who showed us the house and a private swimming spot which was amazing and which we used every day. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Guido was very responsive to our questions and provided restaurant suggestions and other advice. Two great finds from the area are the Maniaci Bakery in Terrasini, and the Latteria Serra Alla Faccia del Cacciocavallo near Terrasini. The only negative was a bar a couple of streets away that played loud music at times, but it fortunately never went very late. We would stay there again.

L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

L’espace extérieur avec la piscine, la douche extérieure et les chaises est incroyable et la vue est magnifique. L’appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos de l’annonce. L’hôte est très gentil et répond très rapidement lorsque nous avons des questions ou besoin de ses recommandations. Merci pour tout!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

We were very pleased with the house close to Campofelice - its location with views to the mountains of the madonie national park and the view to the sea. It is a very cosy house where we instantly felt at home. We were supported by Paolo which was a blessing, too. He helped out and answered quickly to our questions and gave directions to great restaurants and spots to visit. Overall a very pleasant stay - thank you!

Lovely villa with stupendous grounds and gardens. Many artistic, historical and family artifacts made this stay a cultural adventure. We had two cars and enjoyed the leaving the cars there and being able to train into Palermo, avoiding driving into the big city with traffic and ZTL issues. Geri was an absolute joy and one of the nicest, most generous hosts I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful time here!

Great and lovely place. We were 11 people and rented both the units (apartment and penthouse) which worked out perfectly. Note that there are lots of stairs- may not be suitable for everyone. And there is no walkable area - you absolutely need to drive to get anywhere. Thanks Fabio for being a wonderful host!

Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

We had a delightful visit to the villa. 8 adults shared the space and enjoyed the accommodations. It is as advertised in the pictures. A wonderful rustic villa on a large working farm of olive trees and grapes, with a few sheep. Bed rooms and bath room were what we expected. We used the pool several days and it is large with spectacular views. We really had a great dinner with the chef Rosario provided and it was one of our most memorable nights. When we arrived there was a lovely basket with wine and olive oil from the working farm and a host of other goodies we used during the week. Rosario was very responsive and we had no notable issues. We used the washer throughout the week. She met us as we were arriving to help us find the property, as it was accessible in one direction off the main road, and she helped guide us up the narrow road to the villa. She also met us to checkout and it worked out well. I would certainly recommend the villa and Rosario.

One of our most favourite Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Antonio’s place is simply stunning, you can tell the love he has put into every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The view is incredible - so many little spots around the property to take in the view from. The house is so clean and decorated so beautifully. The drive into Cefalu feels quick and easy and it’s nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day and go to a place where no one else is around. And Antonio is the best host ever! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. He is so kind and caring and wants nothing more than to make your stay as good as it can possibly be. Truly a wonderful man. We absolutely loved our stay here. Book this place as soon as possible!

We absolutely loved Lorenzo's guest house. It was perfect for the two of us for several days that we spent exploring Cefalu as well as the surrounding region. The location is excellent and a short walk to a lovely beach as well as a number of restaurants. Cefalu itself is a longer walk, but we enjoyed getting there on foot (Lorenzo also provided instructions for riding the bus). The place itself is adorable. The main room is comfortable with ample seating and a kitchen area, and the bedroom was very pleasant. But it's the outdoor areas that make the place. We took meals on the porch with a table and ample seating, and the pool area is amazing and wonderful. And the views from the guest house are spectacular. (Be prepared for the steep narrow driveway! Not difficult, but notable.) Lorenzo was incredibly warm, generous, and kind. We felt so welcome and very grateful to be there. In all, this guest house is highly recommended for a quiet, happy, small space with great access to Cefalu.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Traumhafter Blick vom Pool. Haus ist gut, klein und niedlich von der Architektur, gute Küche, für einen Sommerurlaub absolut gut. Vielleicht einmal mehr durchwischen vorher, aber wir geben trotzdem volle Sterne. Die Außenanlage und der Blick auf die Bucht und Berge sind wirklich 10 von 10 Punkte. Haus ist mit Auto gut zu erreichen. ca. 10 Min zu Cefalu City und noch nicht einmal 10 Minuten zum Hafen. Uns hat der Urlaub hier wirklich sehr gut gefallen.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis! Het heeft een geweldige tuin, veel ruimte, alle benodigde voorzieningen en meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Riccardo is vriendelijk, geeft duidelijke instructies en is altijd beschikbaar. We hadden een klein probleempje met de elektra en dat was met dank aan onze host in 2 minuten verholpen. Geweldig! In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar als je een auto hebt kun je de mooiste uitjes maken binnen 30 minuten rijden. Heel erg aan te bevelen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Auch an Ausstattung war alles da, was man brauchte. Endlich mal genug Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck! Liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet, da hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Wir waren erst die zweiten Mieter in dem Objekt, also alles neu. Die Nähe zum Meer ist klasse und man kommt auch zu Fuß in den kleinen Ort, wo es alles gibt: Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Eisläden, frischen Fisch… Der Pool wird zweimal pro Woche geprüft und gereinigt, ein Gärtner kam auch. Es gibt zwei kleine Dinge zu beanstanden, aber über die kann man locker hinwegsehen, da der Aufenthalt trotzdem toll war: es gibt keine Spülmaschine, (das ist schon etwas nervig, wenn man zu fünft isst und sich selbst versorgt) und es kläffen sehr viele Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Elektrische Jalousien und Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum haben sich die Wärme gut erträglich gemacht.

Nous avons passer un super séjour dans ce logement, le lieux est calme, la terrasse avec une super vue, la piscine au top ! L'hôte est très gentil, disponible et de super conseil :)

Sehr schönes Anwesen, sehr schöner Außenbereich mit Pool (leider nicht beheizt) und Außenküche, Grillplatz. Toller Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Wohnung ist funktional, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Küche und Wohnbereich in einem Zimmer kombiniert (somit wenig Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in der Wohnung), plus Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer und Dusche/WC. Mein persönlicher Favorit war die Dusche und Toilette im Außenbereich, sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr viel im Freien aufgehalten, und viel unternommen. Giorgio hat uns zu Beginn viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Palermo, Cefalu, Trapani und schöne Strände in ca. 1-2h alle einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auffahrt zum Gelände und Anwesen sehr steil, zu Fuß ist der Aufstieg anstrengend.

This was really the best AirBnB we ever booked in our life. 100% recommendation, its the definition of a hidden gem. The view and the property is just absolutely stunning. But what made it so special was how personal the whole experience was. The lovely owners came by for check-in and check-out to make sure that we had the perfect stay. They even left after check-in to accomodate an extra wish we had and came back shortly with it. Also Enzo showed us his the way olives were produced back in the day, as he has a mini-museum which he takes care of with much passion in the basement of the house. It felt like being the guest to an amazing family. It could not be more authentic. Also when it came to activities during the day we had a perfect communication and they always came up with ideas how we could best use the time around the house. Thank you a lot for these amazing days, we will come back for sure.
