La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

“Der Aufenthalt in Costaborga war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Die Lage ist ideal, in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch nah an allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gefallen hat mir der Kamin Ofen! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, hat uns schon vor der Ankunft hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen – von kleinen Extras wie Willkommenssnacks, Kaffee und Toilettenartikeln bis hin zu praktischen Details wie einem einfachem Check-in/Check-out-Prozess. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Casa pulita ordinata e molto accogliente in una zona molto tranquilla. La casa non mancava proprio di nulla sia come utensili da cucina che come asciugamani e biancheria. Chiara ci ha accolto con allegria e cordialità fornendoci indicazioni sia su dove mangiare che come muoverci. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consiglio senza riserva.

Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve. L acceuil d Enzo et Anateresa et leurs amis etait formidable .Ils ont été attentifs a tout et tellement gentils . C'est une maison ou on se sent comme chez soi et proche de beaucoup de jolies villes a visiter : Carpi Verone Sirmione et le lac de Garde et Mantova . Nous adorons l Italie et depuis notre rencontre avec Enzo et Anateresa on a juste hâte d' y revenir Jean paul e Brigitte

Tres bon logement. Tres bon lit. J ai mieux dormi dans ce logement que chee moi. Tres silencieux. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours de Bologne. La mere de Édouardo est tres gentille et aimable. Je recommande ce logement.

A quick but great stay at Elena’s place. The house is fully furnished, and you immediately get the vibe of Italian hospitality. This is not a 21st century place, the photos do the house justice. But you get a stay in a traditional house with fantastic views. The only issue we had during our stay was a plugged toilet. Easy communication with host throughout. We will pick this place again if we ever drive back through.

Accommodatie is volledig ingericht, inclusief wasmiddel, strijkijzer, kruiden.. et cetera. Een paar uur voor aankomst werd ons gevraagd of we nog een wens hadden waar rekening mee gehouden kon worden. Verder.. communicatie is top! Je voelt de ruimte om met vragen te komen (als ze er zijn). Tot slot: mooie locatie als uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen en bezoek aan Florence en Bologna. Met de auto naar een treinstation, parkeren en kaartje kopen. Openbaar vervoer is goedkoop en heel goed geregeld.

Casa in ottima posizione, era proprio quello che cercavamo, in mezzo alla natura, puro relax, la casa si presenta in ottime condizioni, pulita e molto ampia

Appartamento delizioso e ben fornito con tutti gli accessori e comfort. host molto gentile e proattivo, sempre disponibile e con attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti. Molto apprezzata l'offerta della colazione.

L’appartamento è un gioiellino ben curato e pulitissimo situato in una zona molto carina e tranquilla del paese. Luciana è stata un host incredibile e ci ha spiegato per filo e per segno come procede per il check in. Tornare a casa dopo una giornata fuori era veramente piacevole e confortevole, Inoltre ci sono state lasciate varie cose per poter fare una buona colazione e anche per il pranzo. Do 5 stelle solo perché di più non è possibile darne. Grazie e alla prossima

Questa casa grande è stata la location perfetta per una grigliata indimenticabile. Il vasto giardino ha offerto ampio spazio per cucinare e rilassarsi, mentre il barbecue, in ottime condizioni, ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Gli interni, luminosi e ben organizzati, completano il quadro di un luogo ideale per trascorrere momenti conviviali. Consigliato per gruppi numerosi. Host molto disponbile.

La casa di Primo è un'oasi di pace. Perfetta per rilassarsi in mezzo alla natura e perfetta per le bimbe e i bimbi che possono divertirsi e giocare nel grande giardino. Dalla casa partono anche alcuni sentieri, uno dei quali porta al paese dove c'è un ottimo alimentari, raggiungibile anche in auto in due minuti. In generale è situata in un ottimo punto dal quale raggiungere in breve tempo alcuni rifugi e altri sentieri. Se ce ne sarà modo, ci piacerebbe tornare.

This lived up to every hope of staying in a small cottage in the countryside of Italy. The place was immaculate and very new. The family was so welcoming and warm and gave us great recommendations for our visit. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant next-door for local cuisine. Be advised that it is in the flight path for the local airport, but it never disturbed us at night. I would absolutely stay here again!

Una struttura immersa nella natura e nel silenzio. Unico rumore: il suono notturno dei grilli! Federica ci ha accolti con simpatia, disponibilità, consigli, un pranzo meraviglioso, marroni del castagneto della proprietà e una casa pulita e curata, attrezzata anche per i nostri 3 bambini con giocattoli e spazi dedicati. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere e consigliare, soprattutto per chi ama gli Appennini in autunno e...tantissime castagne!

Tolle Lage, selbst Parken war kein Problem. Viele Räume, gut für eine Familie. Kontakt war einwandfrei und schnell bei Fragen

The house is lovely and has a great view over the surrounding hills. It is well kept and more equipped than a typical Airbnb. There is for example shampoo in the shower and kitchen towels. We liked the privacy and the fact that all windows had mosquito nets. The only thing that maybe could be improved is to have a bit more of an external space, like a veranda or similar. Right now there is a table with two chairs outside, but for us travelling with a child the space for her to move in a safe surrounding was a bit limited. Anyways, we would come here again!

Nous avons passés un super séjour chez Linda , c’est la deuxième fois que nous venons car c’est vraiment un bout de paradis . Je vous recommande d’y aller sans attendre !

Les lieux et la maison sont simplement magnifique! Nous nous sommes senti bien accueilli. La maison nous donne le goût d’y rester pour un long séjour!
