We had an incredible stay in Alphen Constantia! The property looked even better than the photos, was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect for exploring Cape Town, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay in Constantia. The home was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and well-organized—everything we could have hoped for. From the start, Jo was an excellent point of contact, responding quickly, accommodating an early check-in, and providing great recommendations. The pool and garden were absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home and only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this place!

One of the best places we have ever stayed at. Wonderful interior, amazing styling, great hosts, gorgeous secluded garden, location is 10/10. A 2 minute walk to the beach, coffee around the corner, morning runs start right outside your door. Extremely clean, lovely bedrooms, perfect bathrooms and we were super happy having Doreen around to help us clean. We will definitely return to this slice of heaven- thanks so much dear Keira!

I came with a group of workers on a cruise ship docked in Cape Town. We were here for one night, and I have to say this property was the nicest AirBnB I have ever been in! The views alone were absolutely stunning! From the get-go, Brandon helped clarify how many beds were available. Solomon the housekeeper has done an incredible job in keeping this villa so beautiful! Thank you so much! I hope I get to come back here whenever I come back to South Africa!

We can only confirm all the previous comments, this is a remarkable and unforgettable place. Sam is a very friendly and attentive host. Super beautiful house with beautiful terraces and the same goes for the garden. The pool is heated and a good tip is to close the pool with the cover so you can get a warm swim in the early morning. A magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and Hout Bay in the distance filled our senses. We were a family of 11, including 3 children, and each of us had our own private space if necessary. Mestina, the housekeeper, is really infectiously cheerful. We brought two suitcases full of our eldest son's clothes, which we were delighted to give her. In a word, the house certainly contributed to the success of this exceptional family reunion far from our too-often gloomy Belgium Luc, Antwerpen.

We booked this villa for a family trip to Cape Town with the majority of people in our group visiting Cape Town for the first time. The villa is perfect for a big group as it has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. All the rooms had huge beds and lots of storage space for clothes. There’s also a really big, well-equipped kitchen & a gas braai so it’s ideal if you want to cook at home. There are also 3 different tables to dine at. 2 outdoor & 1 indoors and we ended up using them all. In addition there’s a lovely big living area for hanging out or watching movies. Our favourite feature was the pool and sun loungers - February was perfect weather with most days having no wind so we spent loads of afternoons in the pool. I have to also mention the views - unbelievable location with Table Mountain right behind the house. Deer Park is also just down the road and we did a walk there on one of the days. Brilliant area that’s super safe. Our hosts were so responsive and really helpful. Thanks!

Our stay at Nicki’s Villa was much better than expected as this was only my 2nd Airbnb stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated my family which includes 3 children under 3 years old. Everyone had their own space and there were several common spaces for us to gather both indoor and outdoor. The villa was very clean and includes daily housekeeping services. The villa is in a gated community with guard service so we always felt safe. We also used the recommended Chef Mark who came to the villa several days to prepare breakfasts and dinners (including appetizers and home made desserts) for our group. My 13 year old nephew said that was the highlight of his trip. The food was fantastic and the presentation was top notch. The Villa helped to make this one of the best family trips we have experienced to date.

The villa is absolutely remarkable - the space is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed moments on the patio as well as lounging by the fire inside, making for an overall memorable and intimate experience. Bibiana and her team are so lovely, the welcome basket was a sweet touch and their attention to detail is impeccable. They remained accessible and helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with washing and ironing at our request. We never felt more at home in an AirBnB and relished returning to the villa during the day for some much-needed R&R. I highly recommend booking with Bibiana - between her hospitality, the views, amazing location, and value for money, I can’t pinpoint the best part. We had a fantastic stay! The house was even better than the photos! Super cozy with lots of great nooks to relax in and yet still had large spaces for us to gether in comfortably. The views are amazing and the beach is just a short walk. Sian had some great local recommendations too. We didn't want to leave!

As beautiful as it can get. Lorraine’s property does not rely on location only but is a real home. The moment you walk in you get the cozy feel of the apartment. Great layout, various relaxing areas, comfy beds, a kitchen with literally everything you could think of and a view which compares to nothing we’ve enjoyed so far. And Lorraine as the most responsive and kind host. We could not have had a better time. Thank you!

Philippe is a fantastic host! He was waiting for our arrival at midnight to welcome us and show around. And even foresaw a breakfast seen our late arrival. As a family of 5 moving in Hout Bay, we had tons of questions for the relocation. He was happy to help on whatever topic at hand: car renting, groceries, school, etc The house is perfectly well equipped and the view over the bay stunning.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this beautiful property in Cape Town even though our stay was short. The views from two of the bedrooms were breathtaking. The property itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Carol was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood out. The property is located in a quiet and safe area. The property is equipped with am alarm that has a quick response armed security service. We forgot to disarm the alarm a few times and for each time security arrived at the gate within seconds. I couldn’t find any faults with the property—it was perfect for our stay! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice property that can host a large group or family in Cape Town

This was the best AirBnB in which we have stayed. We had the feeling we were staying at friends house. In fact, we consider Annick now a friend. This is what AirBnB should always be like.

Joey & Nic’s place is spacious and located in the beautiful Bakoven, a quick walk to the closest beach and restaurants in camps bay. The terrace is very spacious and perfect for sunset drinks and dinner. It’s also cleverly built to protect from wind. The house was perfect for our 10 person family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Karen’s place was a wonderful stay. But more importantly for me and my group, was that she was patient with our adjustment to a new home / setting, very helpful, and responsive to any questions that arose when operating the home. The house was clean, secure, large, comfortable and walking distance to the small village with restaurants and a coffee shop. Not to mention the beautiful surroundings. House was great for our family especially the kids. Had a few hiccups with things but all worked out ok. Very helpful when needed and quick response. Kayla was great when she came to clean and went above and beyond what was expected. Not all bedrooms had AC so keep that in mind for hot months. Also, there are many levels with lots of stairs. Would be a difficult house for people who aren't able to navigate this. Some updating could be done in the kitchen especially the appliances but I understand that is in the plans. Otherwise, we would stay again. Neighborhood is quiet and close to the grocery, restaurants and beach and easy travels to Table Mountain.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality shown by the host and the amazing housekeeper. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing useful recommendations and keeping me informed about the weather, which really helped me pack appropriately. Throughout my stay, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very reassuring. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated housekeeper who was not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. Very spacious I might add. Their efforts made the house feel like a home away from home. And then there was Sushi, the house cat, who added a special touch to the whole experience. Sushi was friendly and charming, always a joy to come back to after a day out. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place where comfort and care are top priorities.

We spent a really happy week at Markus’ house. It’s really cleverly designed and very attractive. Comfy beds and nice linen. The garden is gorgeous, with a small pool but perfect for a plunge and a very nice place to spend an evening. Molly the housekeeper was lovely and welcoming and able to help with some ironing and do a clean of the house. The house is really well positioned to explore Cape Town- whether you want to go to the coast or the Waterfront or Constantia. There are some great restaurants and nice shops a walk from the house. Markus is very responsive and helpful.

What a Beautiful place to stay. I have stayed here before and will call again for sure. There was a small misunderstanding in communication as I was of the understanding that the house is not shared. However there is a permanent tenant on the property but in a closed off section of the house and we never bumped into one another even once. Jamie who assisted was awesome. Check in was super smooth. The place is extremely homely with everything you require and ample space too. It’s safe , quiet and tranquil. Just perfect really. I’d highly recommend it.

Incredible stay, beautiful house and amazing location. The pictures do not do it justice! The house is tastefully decorated and filled with beautiful art. It worked perfectly for our needs and it felt homely whilst we stayed with family over Christmas, with even a small tree and decorations. Despite it being the Christmas period, we were always able to contact Denise when we needed anything and she was always happy to help. We would 100% stay again as the view is one of the best in Cape Town and right at the end of Chapmans Peak, it’s very central to everything that we wanted to do and visit whilst in Cape Town. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
