Camucia : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

La casa è assolutamente stupenda, con una splendida vista sui colli circostanti. Ben arredata e spaziosa, è davvero molto accogliente! In cucina c’era tutto il necessario (pentole, stoviglie, canovacci, detersivi). In salotto c’è la possibilità di accendere il camino. Uno dei bagni è dotato di vasca idromassaggio! La posizione è perfetta per alternare giornate di pace assoluta a giretti a Firenze, Arezzo e Siena, o 1000 altri splendidi borghi toscani. Il giardino esterno è una vera chicca: essendo inverno non l’abbiamo sfruttato molto, ma è stato perfetto per ammirare i fuochi di Capodanno. Giulio, che ci ha accolto, è stato davvero molto gentile! I gattoni Umberto e Pierino ci hanno tenuto compagnia. Come chiaramente indicato su AirBnb e specificato al momento della prenotazione, il riscaldamento non è incluso e va pagato al momento del check-out: per 3 giorni abbiamo speso 60 euro.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits chez Paolo (appartement pour 4 personnes). Un havre de paix : une immense piscine parfaitement entretenue, une vaste pelouse et de multiples endroits pour se reposer, lire (à l'ombre ou au soleil), etc. Une table de ping - pong à l'écart. Une literie très confortable. Un équipement très complet. Un endroit majestueux, à l'écart du voisinage et pourtant très près de Monte San Savino (avec ce qu'il faut de magasins, de restaurants, etc) et pas loin de l'autoroute (ce qui permet une grande mobilité dans la région). Bref, un excellent séjour.

Super séjour, emplacement idéal proche du centre de Sienne ! Duccio nous a parfaitement accueilli et donné de nombreuses recommandations. Toujours attentif à ce que le séjour se passe bien. Je recommande fortement !

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

房子干净卫生，交通便利，到老城的大教堂、田野广场以及附近的超市都非常方便，边上还有一个喷泉。Davide很热情，这使得我们能够很方便的入住。他还留下了很详细的入住说明，对我们这两天的出行和生活都很有帮助。厨房有很多的食物和调味料，这对于中国的游客来说，真是太棒了。总之，住在Davide家的两天，感觉真是太棒了！

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Soggiorno fantastico presso le Antiche Dimore. L'host Jacopo molto gentile e disponibile per fornire indicazioni e consigli utili per itinerari turistici e gastronomici.

Miriana è stata super attenta e disponibile, ha organizzato l'intero appartamento per accogliermi per una prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto. Check-in flessibile. Tutto era pulito e carino. La vista dalla finestra della camera da letto è spettacolare! Posizione eccellente.

un superbe accueil. le logement était vraiment très propre.nous qui sommes très regardant le dessus c'était vraiment top. il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( lave vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, machine à café... avec le café offert en plus 👍. un superbe panier avec des fruits et légumes du jardin. possible pour kes enfants de faire du poney. la piscine pour finir se rafraîchir était très bien aussi même si il manque quelque transat quand les logements sont tous plein.

Tutto perfetto, un posto meraviglioso immerso nel verde con vista a 360 gradi sulla Val d'orcia! Roberto è molto cordiale e simpatico, ci ha dato la possibilità di accendere il caminetto che per il nostro weekend romantico è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Assolutamente consigliata la degustazione dei vini dell'azienda!

È un bel posto facile da trovare con tutte le comodità possibili e molto ordinato. Da rifare di nuovo 😁

io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati meravigliosamente,un posto tranquillo dove riposare dalla nostra routine cittadina,un paesaggio fantastico data dalla posizione dell'alloggio. Appartamento super confortevole e Paolo come host è eccezionale.... disponibile simpatico e amichevole. Ringraziamenti vengono anche dalla nostra cagnetta Kyra. Per concludere sicuramente vorrò tornare qui e spero di riuscire il prima possibile

Parfait séjour dans un cadre très agréable et une maison telle que décrite dans l’annonce avec une superbe piscine dominant un paysage enchanteur. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et prévenants, très à l’écoute et de bon conseil sur les environs à voir et les adresses utiles. Commerces à proximité a pian di sco , Reggello et carrefour express bien pratique à Cascia. Autoroute à moins de 15 mn pour Arezzo/Sienne ou Florence Cela fait le cinquième voyage dans cette région magnifique (la moitié de nos voyages en Italie) et inoubliable et c’est sûrement l’une de nos meilleures adresses en terme de rapport qualité/prix pour la Toscane.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Anwesen. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das kleine Willkommensgeschenk in der Küche bei Ankunft und der kleine Geburtstagskuchen an meinem Geburtstag sind nur ein paar Beispiele, die die umfassende Gastfreundschaft beschreiben. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Carla is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive. She welcomed us in person, gave us recommendations for restaurants, and left us with a bottle of Prosecco and supplies for breakfast as everything was closed on Jan 1st! Her apartment is charming and very well located. We had a very nice stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was just as described and better. We can’t wait to return!

La villa es muy cómoda, espaciosa, temperada y con todas las comodidades, rodeada de una hermosa naturaleza! Muy cerca de Pienza y Montepulciano. El personal muy amigable y colaborador!Lorenzo, Cecilia, Serena y Alessia nos ayudaron a organizar y reservar puntos de intereses. Siempre tuvieron la mejor actitud para gestionar cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Pasamos unos días hermosos de descanso y conociendo la bella Toscana. Los desayunos no estaban incluidos, pero el precio fue muy accesible y barra libre 😋.

Eccellente posizione ad una manciata di minuti dalle attrazioni principali. Appartamento grande, pulito e ben accessoriato (cucina completa di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, smart TV, connessione WiFi), doppi servizi. Check-in agevole senza intoppi. Host disponibile e rapido nelle risposte.

We loved our stay here. It took us a couple of attempts to find it - but we were driving in pouring rain and fog (which was actually very picturesque!). Liza’s instructions were very clear and she was patient and helpful with me as I navigated our way there. The space was lovely - my daughter slept on the pull out sofa bed and the configuration of the living room meant that it became a separate bedroom for her which she loved. Nearby Castellina in Chianti is an absolute delight of a town - just a few minutes away - and another 30 or so minutes further and you have all the jewels of the Tuscan region within easy reach. La casa è bellissima, nuova e pulitissima corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione, le foto sono veritiere e precise. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort ( incluso un posto auto nel Box molto comodo) ed è situata in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al centro cittadino pedonale che si può raggiungere facilmente a piedi, inclusa Piazza del Campo. Alessandro si è rivelato molto gentile e disponibile e anche molto flessibile per ogni necessità. A breve distanza ci sono sia supermercati che ottimi ristoranti per ogni esigenza. Il posto è perfetto per visitare Siena e tutti i meravigliosi dintorni.
