Camucia : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

L'alloggio di Dario si trova in una via pedonale di Perugia, in un palazzo antico che conserva nella stanza il fascino del tempo: soffitti alti e ampio salone con camino che donano all'ambiente un' atmosfera accogliente e senza tempo. La zona è frequentata da giovani e i pub sotto casa ospitano la movida perugina: se ne respira il ritmo. Come tutte le zone frequentate da giovani è rumorosa durante la sera ma questo non è stato fattore di disturbo. L'appartamento è pulito. Molto bello il bagno: grande e dotato di ogni comfort. La cucina è piccola ma vi è presente tutto il necessario. Super consigliato.

Ho faticato solo a trovare la strada giusta perché si trova nel centro storico e, nonostante le indicazioni precise, ho avuto difficoltà a trovare la traversa giusta. Dopodiché una telefonata a Giulia ha risolto tutto. Trovata la casa e il parcheggio, subito ci siamo sistemati col self check-in. Ci ha fatto trovare ordine, pulizia e asciugamani così che non abbiamo dovuto fare nulla per "ambientarci". Anche se si trova in un vecchio stabile, la casa è molto calda in inverno e moderna viste le ristrutturazioni ben visibili. Poi ci ha dato indicazioni su ciò che avremmo potuto fare la sera nei dintorni. La cosa che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la tranquillità e la relativa vicinanza al centro. In questo modo abbiamo massimizzato i nostri spostamenti riuscendo a visitare la splendida Perugia....e la festa del cioccolato!

Luogo mozzafiato, zona tranquilla inmerso nel bel messo delle colline , con dei paesaggi splendidi. Raccomando al 100%. Mery è stata gentilissima e ci a raccomandato dove è come muoverci in zona . Grazie ✨🙏😁

This is our second stay at Casa Malichi. The apartment is exceptionally well decorated, clean and bright. We stayed during Winter and the apartment was cozy and warm. It feels just like home! The apartment is well located and easy walking distance to the local station, the centre of Perugia, tourist attractions and great restaurants and wine bars. Chiara is an incredible host, always welcoming and responsive. Our favorite place to stay in Perugia - we will definitely be back!

Alessandro's place was a great location that was accessible to the square and lots of option. He was also one of the most responsive hosts I've ever stayed with. I loved his suggestions of where to go in the area each morning! The apartment was also just as shown on the site. I would definitely stay here if I come to Perugia again. Excellent value!

Great apartment. Clean and basic amenities. Larger than it seems by the photos. Central location making everything walkable. Would recommend.

We loved this place! It was very comfortable for 2 couples. We loved the outdoor patio and the amazing view of Tuscany hillsides from there. The location was perfect to get pastries in the morning and dinner at night nearby. And Montepulciano is a perfect base to explore Tuscany and Umbria. Our host was great and very friendly with lots of info on the area. The washer and dryer were a real plus! Our only difficulty was the stairs due to our being older and having some knee issues.

Fabrizio's place is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the center of Perugia. It's close enough to walk to the university and the central piazza, but far enough away that you get a great night's sleep. Right across the street is an amazing pizza place - I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again. Fabrizio was a great communicator and gave clear instructions on finding his place and getting inside. The only slight downside was the towels were old and mismatched and there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. I'd still recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, modern space convenient to the central areas of Perugia. We had a great time! Thanks Fabrizio!

Riccardo’s place was lovely and exactly as described. He gave us a huge list of recommendations to do in the area, which was super helpful. Very peaceful area. Florence is a 30 min drive and very easy to get to. Note that there is no TV in this property, which was nice because it meant we were able to spend more time off screens. Would recommend Riccardo’s place for a couple.

Bell'appartamento in un bellissimo borgo. Molto pulito, siamo stati benissimo. Marco è un host molto simpatico e disponibile. Anche il tempo era pessimo la casa e il posto meritano comunque i soldi spesi. ALTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!

Place was nice, 2 good sized rooms. TV & other amentities in smaller bedroom were unplugged. The space is easy to access & host was nice. However, there were ants on a bed, on floors & in bathroom area.

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Carolina provided my family and I an incredible escape in the hills of Tuscany during our stay. Everything was well-provided, as listed, and the location also provided us the opportunity to get around more easily within the area. Thank you for making my Mother’s retirement trip so memorable, would love to come back here again in the near future!

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

Ce lieu était ce à quoi nous aspirions dès le départ dans ce séjour toscan : une vue imprenable, de la verdure, du calme. L'accueil a été formidable, une bouteille de Proseco pour le nouvel an, des animaux tranquilles, câlins sans être envahissant. La maison est grande, lumineuse, meublée avec beaucoup de goût. Nous avons pu profiter de la cheminée. Florence se trouve à 23mn en voiture. C'est tout simplement un petit paradis sur terre.

Prachtige omgeving, zeer goede uitvalsbasis om de chianti streek te ontdekken of een mooie hike te maken. Klein dorpje met supermarkt in de buurt. Heerlijk privé terras met prachtig uitzicht. Zeer groot en comfortabel zwembad aanwezig. Daarnaast is massimo ontzettend aardig en biedt hij veel diensten aan. Wij zouden deze airbnb absoluut aanraden!

I came to Siena for Siena Photo Awards and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. That 360 view is extraordinary, truly sublime; the apartment is very comfortable, it’s also convenient to have a washer. One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, thank you Donato E Rita🌠

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very clean, modern, very well equipped and comfortable. It's better than in the pictures I'd say. The location is excellent as you're a short walk into town and shops and supermarkets are within minutes. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped so it was easy for me to cook. Giacomo is a nice host who greeted me and took time to explain the apartment and make sure I was set for my stay. I'd happily stay here again.

Where do I begin? This place is just lovely. My husband, two young kids and I stayed here for a week and we loved it so much. We felt right at home. Andrea and Antonella hosted us with so much care and love. We felt like family, and they were so kind and thoughtful with our young children. They allowed us for a flexible check in and check out and provided baby gear needed. Antonella helped us with a tricky parking situation and dedicated time to helping us move our car and bring out suitcases. Our kids loved her so much and she even gave them cute gifts. The location is perfect, right by the restaurants and main plaza. The view is incredible. We felt so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!! ❤️

Sptless clean, easy instructions with both photos and videos, two level apartment, that has all! Don't hesitate if you are a couple of even 4 friends, the apartment was impeccable!
