Superb Stay. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and extra bed provided. All amenities were given. Clean Drinking water available in the vicinity. Pool facilities were great. Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning 3BHK Airbnb in South Goa, and it was an absolutely magical experience! The property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean! Each of the three bedrooms is spacious and airy with well kept bathrooms. Not to forget the amazing kitchen - fully equipped with modern appliances. The riverfront location is what truly sets this Airbnb apart. Sitting on the deck and watching the sunset over the river was one of the most peaceful experiences I’ve had in Goa. The best part? A private boat ride right from the house! A special mention to the amazing hosts! They were incredibly responsive, warm, and always ready to help. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in South Goa, away from the crowded beaches but still close to nature, this Airbnb is perfect. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend this Airbnb! From start to finish, the hosts were super communicative, ensuring everything went smooth. The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

Clean place and very well maintained. Great recommendations on things to do in South Goa and places to eat. Approx. 10-minute drive to Fatrade beach (closest beach). Reponsive staff. Some issues with hot water availablity, but overall good experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb property in Goa! The apartment was not only clean and well-maintained but also very comfortable. The view of the Zuari Bridge from every room was absolutely stunning—it made for a perfect backdrop throughout my stay. The amenities provided were excellent, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The grocery shop right outside was super convenient, and I loved that Swiggy and Zomato delivered to the property. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my future visits to Goa! Highly recommend!

i felt a brother giving his house to stay. took the keys from watchman went into the home like its our own and everything was intact with all the amenities mentioned in the room as well as house exactly as shown in the photo. looking forward to book another trip in upcoming month

It was a peaceful stay in this beautiful listing. It had everything to do work from home as well. Had all the listing mentioned, this is near to Dabolim Airport and near to beaches like Bogmalo and Hollant. Caretaker was very helpful always checked if need anything.
