The villa was super gorgeous! The river right behind it added to the beauty. Rooms and bathrooms were squeaky clean and comfy. The Jacuzzi? Oh, that was a blast! The caretaker couple were always on the ball. Kitchen and dining areas had tons of space. Trees all around the villa were a nice touch. Had a blast! But, remember, it's a bit out of the way, so plan your ride and essentials. Valor Beach is a skip - fishing boats and a funky smell, ew. Go 1.7 km to Velsao Beach instead. It's a winner for serene morning walks and sunset hangs. Peaceful and private, perfect if you're dodging crowds!

A nice place to stay for vacation. Rooms are with balcony and good storage space. Kitchen essentials and appliances are ready to use. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks Host.

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa during my visit to Goa, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa boasts good, clean, and well-maintained rooms with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The washrooms are spotless and hygienic , which added to the overall comfort of the stay. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a modular kitchen, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The spacious sitting area is a great spot to relax and unwind with family or friends. What sets this villa apart is its lucarative location . It’s conveniently located, providing easy access to all the exotic places in Goa, making sightseeing and exploring a breeze. A special mention to the wonderful hosts, Juwel and Diviya, and the house in-charge Surekha ji, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend.

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

Really great place. Unfortunately the short cut to the beach seems to have been closed so best to hire bikes or scooters from the places up the road to get to the beach and local restaurants. Quiet peaceful place. Would recommend

The place is as described and as shown in the pictures. Clean place and easy to reach with lots of good restaurants around. Only con is there are a lot of lizards and mosquitoes due to the plants around. But overall the place is good. Surely would visit again if I come down to South Goa again.

Had a lovely stay, house was situated in private neighborhood in gated community and the architecture of the house was modern and very tastefully furnished , I don’t think pictures do justice to the property , caretaker was very responsive and available quickly and host was most gracious for late checkout , loved the pool view ans pool and big rooms and big showers

Loved our stay here! It was sparkling clean with all essentials in order. The modern interiors and 2 pools were the highlight of the villa. Highly recommended it!

Highly recommend this place! It’s just 5 minutes away by scooty to Colva Beach, and they even allowed us an early check-in, which was a big plus. The rooms were clean, had natural light, and the bathrooms were clean too. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect stay for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed with some friends for a wedding nearby. Lovely place, lovely area. Would definitely recommend

one of the best property's to stay in south Goa, photos put up here don't do justice to the property. it's very clean and actually had a lift inside the villa, which is very helpful for females and kids. Carmona beach which is a must visit is right next to it. would definitely recommend this property 10/10
