Our stay at the cozy cottage was great for a long weekend away with the family (including our golden). The cottage was cute, clean and just what we needed for some family time at the lake. The dock access was great and even though we were there in October it would be amazing to have dock access in the summer months too! Kelsey, Olivia and their parents were super friendly and it was nice to know someone was on the property in case anything came up. Hoping to come back again in the summer!

This was our second time staying at Claire's House in Bemus Point, NY. There are eight in our party with a dog. All the instructions and communications were clear and helpful. The layout of the house is great for our group. We can spread out in different rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms and baths are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We are hoping to schedule soon for Thanksgiving 2025, Two families are from the Berkshires in Western MA and one from Indianapolis. Claire' s home is conveniently in the middle. Bemus Point is very walkable. Bustling in the summer and quiet in winter. There are several places to eat even in winter. No driving necessary.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The layout of the house and accommodations were perfect for our family. I hope to stay again in the future!

What a beautiful home, very clean, well laid out and plenty of room for all of us to stay and relax for a long weekend to attend our daughters wedding. Host was VERY responsive and very friendly. Could not have asked for a better place to stay during this wonderful event. Loved seeing the rabbits playing in the yard at night and the chipmunks playing on the patio every morning.

My stay at Kathy’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic. The space was spotless, decorated nicely and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect.. Chautauqua Lake is in the back yard with public boat launches near by, close to several chain and local restaurants, grocery stores and things to do. Kathy was incredibly welcoming and responsive. I truly felt at home and appreciated the quiet, cozy atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Chautauqua Lake area.

This cabin is completely adorable. Inside it all looks fresh, outback there is a nice small yard on the water, the dock is very new looking with a nice outdoor rug at the end and two chairs next to it to watch the sun rise and set from. I brought my own paddle boards and set out easily from the ladder on the deck into the water. There was wood for campfires, an upscale fire pit with cute tables and chairs out back on the porch. Having an overhang means you can be out even in a sprinkle and I choose to leave my bikes on the back porch. The neighbors were very nice and said hellos and goodbyes when I would take off paddling and chatted me up a bit one day. Amanda checked in with us on the app but I never had any problems. I showed the pace to a few people I attend the lake with who were very jealous and may take it next year

We had such a great time at the River House. Derek and Phyllis were amazing hosts with an amazing home. It truly felt like a home away from home. You can tell they put a lot of thought and care into making the place feel homey. We will have to come back to enjoy the river when the weather is nice.

David the host was incredibly responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless and so cozy. The location was perfect, within walking distances to boutiques and restaurants. If the weather was nicer we would have taken advantage of outside activities with the lake being right there. We loved the added touch of the host providing a welcome basket with snacks. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a gem! JoAnn’s place is even better than the photos. It’s spotless and decorated so cutely. The kitchen is amazing and I just love the vibe of the space. It’s in the best location in the heart of Chautauqua. If you’re looking for a relaxing nice weekend in the cutest town ever, stay at JoAnn’s place. It has everything you need. Plus, JoAnn was so friendly and easy communicate with. She even offered lots of great recommendations of food and things to do in the area.

Justin was very responsive. The apartment was immaculate. Instructions were very clear. Peaceful location. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Search NO FURTHER!!!! This place has everything from amazing & friendly hosts, to a beautiful view of the lake, and to the small details such as umbrellas, scotch tape, and scissors! The bathroom medicine cabinet had first aid things, Motrin, bacterial wipes, simply all those small things that are easy to forget from home. This Airbnb is definitely worth every penny and we will keep it on the top of our list for when we travel to NY next time.

We had an excellent stay in Bemus Point. The lake view is really special and the location is perfect. Tom was a great host and responded quickly to questions about the coffee maker, internet, etc. It is a nice little unit. It seems to be an older unit that was partially refurbished. It was clean and cozy, but still shows its age in some spots. It was a great value and the 3 of us were very comfortable for the 4 nights we stayed. We had a great time visiting for the Eclipse. Highly Recommend!!

Leanne’s place was so cozy and a great stay for a weekend spent skiing at Peek n peak resort! She was so kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She was flexible for our check in and check out times which is really appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Home was clean and cozy and the fire pit was a great spot to relax at the end of the day :)

The Sunrise Inn provided a cozy and comfortable stay where great memories were made. Due to the weather, we unfortunately did not get to make a bonfire or enjoy the beautiful front porch with views of the lake, but we did see a rainbow over the lake! The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking / entertaining. We made breakfast at the cottage and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants (The Anchor, Frog Pond, and Happi Jax). Valerie was a very friendly and responsive host, and we would definitely recommend her place to future guests visiting the lake!

The perfect little lake side getaway! Cute location, nice decor, beautiful views, very clean, and amazing hosts. If you’re looking for a weekend trip or a vacation on Edinboro lake this is the spot! A hidden gem.

WOW! That’s what we said when we opened the front door. The view of the lake was awesome and Barbara’s house was perfect for the 4 of us celebrating our 70th birthdays. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s before but this house had every amenity you could ask for. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked including paper products, shampoos, spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the morning sunrise from the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We visited the National Comedy Museum in Jamestown and walked the beautiful grounds of the Chautauqua Institute ! Barbara was the perfect hostess and even offered to mail the clothes we left in the dryer back to us. As one ages, we tend to remember the “moments” and forget the “things”🥴. Thank you, Barbara, for transforming your shack into a spectacular cottage and sharing it with us.

I stayed at many airbnbs and this one easily takes a spot in the top 3. Kelly's place was everything you could wish for. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The cottage was clean and way better than its description. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need and even included snacks and water. Kelly also provided us with firewood for the fire pit! The beds and linen were comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spotless. Kelly proactively reached out to us and even suggested nearby places we should visit. The place is within an hour drive of multiple attractions and if you don't feel like driving far, the lake has everything you need. This is one of those places where after just day the first thought is "I need to book here again"

Their little pocket of Conneaut is perfect. It’s so private and yet close to pier, beach, paths, etc better than we actually walked around and saw all the other rental properties and this one’s space and location are the tops!

This was my second time staying in the studio, and it was as cozy as I remembered. Lovely lake view (with seating), convenient location, friendly area. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay here, and experience was just as great as the 1st! Ideal cottage for relaxing at the lake! Exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed.
