La casa está genial. Tiene varias terrazas para poder disfrutar al aire libre. Está equipada con todo lo necesario, además la decoración cuidada con detalles muy bonitos. Estaba todo muy limpio. La ubicación está muy bien ya que está cerca de la playa y en un lugar muy tranquilo. Sin duda, para repetir.

Paz, tranquilidad, un fin de semana perfecto. Solo por el exterior ya merece la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir!!! Sin duda repetiremos. La anfitriona muy amable, responde a cualquier duda con rapidez. Gracias por acogernos en tu casa, espero vernos pronto

Nice little finca, quiet location, great outside space, walkable to a few local bars and restaurants, very close to the beach, bus stop right outside, regular service to Denia. plenty of secure parking, well furnished inside and out , very secure for our small dog

Sergio super amable y la casa genial. Tenía de todo y de calidad, incluyendo chimenea, barbacoa, piscina... Perfecto para ir con perro, ya que está todo vallado (incluso la piscina, no hay peligro) y hay muchísimo espacio. Además tienen gallinas, y nos dieron muchos huevos que estaban buenísimos. La zona muy tranquila, rodeado de campos y solo algunos chalets bastante apartados. Y a menos de 5 min de Ayora.

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Just returned from a 5 week stay at this fabulous clean apartment. It looked exactly like the photographs. The apartment is in a peaceful setting with a lovely outlook, but only 10 minutes walk to the tram station which takes you all the way up to Denia or down to Alicante, so is very convenient. The bars and restaurants were just a few minutes past the tram station. We loved exploring all the towns along the tram line. We brought our golf clubs and played at numerous golf courses within 30 minutes of the apartment. Great communication from the host after booking the apartment until after checking out. We loved our stay and would love to return sometime in the future. Don't have any negative comments. Thanks very much.

Vi nød de 4 overnatninger i Lucies lejlighed, som lå med gåafstand til det meste. Fint med soveværelse uden direkte lys, men med lysindfald fra gang og badeværelse, ingen gadestøj overhovedet. Alt var som beskrevet. Hyggeligt med lidt snak osv fra gaden i dagtimer. Dejligt for os, at vi kunne tjekke ind før beregnet, tak for det. Meget hurtig respons før, under og efter ophold. Vi anbefaler gerne lejligheden. Kan anbefale cykeltur gennem Turia til havnen og stranden. Der er cykelstier overalt i byen.

Really enjoyed the stay in Maria Appartment. Great views from her balcony, close old town and local train stations. Maria was readily available when had a logistically prob near the end. Maria thanks for that. If you are going to Altea you won’t get much better than this.

Lovely apartment on a central location in the Rufaza neighbourhood. The city center was at 15 minutes walking distance. In the neighbourhood are many nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops so you don’t have to go far for your breakfast, coffee break or dinner. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bathroom and a really nice terrace with afternoon sun. The bed was big and comfortable. The kitchen was complete, although we didn’t use it besides to make some tea. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sofa/bed in the living room. That wasn’t very comfortable to sit on, even less to maybe sleep in. At best suitable for a child to sleep in. Overall I would definitely recommend staying in Kristin’s apartment!

El alojamiento de Bautista es excelente, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy buena, tuvimos un inconveniente con la luz debido a la lluvia y lo resolvieron rapidísimo. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is very spacious and centrally located. Anthony was a great host, very proactive in terms of communication and flexible regarding the later check-out.

We voelden ons direct thuis in het appartement van Joelle. Mooie ligging, overal dichtbij, winkels en restaurants. Je hebt eigenlijk geen auto nodig, alles kan te voet, mercadona was aan overkant van het appartement, geweldig. Dit verblijf is zeker een aanrader.

Perfekt gelegen. Morgens frühstücken auf dem großen Balkon mit Meerblick, nachmittags auf der Promenade bummeln und die Altstadt genießen. Abend in den Trubel von Benidorm eintauchen. Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Wohnung ist einfach aber perfekt. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Unser Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und die Ankunft wurde perfekt durchgeführt. Obwohl mitten im Trubel konnten wir gut schlafen. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Preis Leistung hervorragend 👍 Es ist einfach gehalten aber sauber und die zweite Toilette mit Waschbecken ist sehr nützlich. Großer Kühlschrank Kaffeemaschine (Tassimo) Ofen Mikrowelle Handtücher.. Alles da. Vielen Dank

Estuvimos cinco noches en este apartamento luminoso en la planta 11, y no podríamos estar más satisfechos con nuestra elección. Nos impresionaron las vistas espectaculares al mar y al skyline. Por las mañanas nos tomábamos el café y té en la terraza al sol, ¡una pasada! ¡Altamente recomendado para quienes buscan relax y vistas impresionantes!

Had a fantastic month in the apartment. It was very well presented and exactly as described. A great view of Cala Finestrat and Benidorm from the terrace. The apartment was very quiet and had everything you'd need for your stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Miałem przyjemność spędzić kilka dni w tym apartamencie i jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Mieszkanie jest przestronne, nowoczesne i w pełni wyposażone – znajdziemy tu wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego wypoczynku. Salon połączony z kuchnią to świetne miejsce do relaksu, a osobny pokój zapewnia prywatność. Duży taras to zdecydowany atut – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę czy wieczorny odpoczynek. Dodatkowym plusem jest pralka oraz wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty, co sprawia, że można poczuć się jak w domu. Lokalizacja również na plus – cicho, spokojnie, a jednocześnie blisko do najważniejszych miejsc. Gospodarze bardzo pomocni i dbający o detale. Zdecydowanie wróciłbym tutaj ponownie i polecam wszystkim szukającym komfortowego miejsca na pobyt!
