Cancún : locations de villas de vacances

Juan Carlos es un excelente anfitrión muy al pendiente de lo que sus huéspedes puedan requerir. Nos quedamos con mi familia en una de las habitaciones para 8 personas de la Azcapri Villa de Juan Carlos y tuvimos una gran estadia. La habitación es muy cómoda y esta muy bien distribuida, cuenta con cocina donde se pueden preparar alimentos. Muy buen Wifi. La Villa esta pensada como un lugar para relajarse, y todo ahi te invita a ello; desde la musica ambiental, hasta el Spa, tiene un cenote privado! Recomendamos 100% alojarse en Azcapri Villa si lo que buscas es un lugar para relajarte y conectar otra vez contigo mismo, nosotros en un próximo viaje a Cancun planeamos volver a hospedarnos aqui.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren zum Springbreak dort und hatten in der ruhigen und sicheren Gegend rund um die Unterkunft einen wunderbaren Ausgleich.

Our stay at Sergio’s place was incredible. The location was great - very close to restaurants, the beautiful beach, and shopping. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pool area was beautiful. Sergio was incredibly responsive. It was quite noisy due to the location off the main street. Also, there is an entrance to the downstairs apartment in the kitchen/dining room. It was locked and we always felt safe, but it could get noisy at times as well.

Carmen and her team were so responsive to my questions at the beginning of our villa search which really made her stand out. the villa was exactly as described if not better it had all amenities and some great local information shared by Carmen. You 100% need a car here but they make that clear and we always have a car. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a regular pool clean and also house and linen change. All bedrooms have AC and then fans throughout the main communial areas. we found it be to very hot in the evenings and struggled to use these areas. but I guess everyone's tolerances to heat is different. check out was straight forward and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again should be return to Mexico. thanks again!

Es una excelente Casa y Ubicación, se requiere auto para poder trasladarse, pero muy cerca de Aeropuerto, Zona Hotelera y Restaurantes. Así como súper mercados y plazas. Algún puntos de mejora pero menores

Fantastic house and facilities, very friendly and accommodating

Arturo was a great host and very responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. The location is good being right in the hotel zone close to many resorts. The bus was a good way to get around from this location. The pool was also closest to this apt which was great. One room is accessible through another room which you cannot tell in photos but was fine for us.

Bill and Laura were excellent hosts. Clear and timely communication. The house was exactly as described and amazing. Roof top was our favorite place especially in the evenings for sunset. Do not hesitate to book with Bill and Laura at Casa Elegante

Fam triana house was AMAZING..... Amazingly awesome. I celebrated my 24th birthday at her house . Her husband cooked for me and my friends , his food was great ! Also she helped me get a mirachi band to sing which made my day even more special . Me and my friends ended up getting locked out the house and she got to us in 5 minutes which was super convenient. She always got me a little Mexican present and a beautiful cake . My favorite thing about my stay here was that she has coconut trees in the backyard and she had someone personally get them off the tree for us . I will be definitely saying here again !!!!

This is hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in and our family travels the world frequently. The home is so beautiful and well equipped with everything you’d need. The property grounds are breathtaking. You’re gated for complete privacy, a fantastic floor plan for families, comfy beds with wonderful linens, super comfy couches, the kitchen has every utensil needed, blackout curtains, and the home was incredibly clean. I don’t have one negative thing to say. Location is fabulous to Punta Sur, walking to the beach and great restaurants. The design of the home is flawless as well as complimentary interior finishes. I want to live here!!! We’ve stayed at several places on the island and nothing compares to this place. This will be the only home we stay at in Isla from now on. Thank you April and team who make this the perfect vacation oasis. A++++

Beautiful home, very spacious for our big group. Communication was amazing. Great location, close to Walmart/Sam’s/Liquor Store and some local restaurants that were in walking distance (Smashing Burgers was my favorite). The cleaning assistant was very helpful and nice..The chef recommendation was also great, we were very appreciative. I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone with a large group!

Very pristine and dope location! About a 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to Punta Sur and Kin-Ha ! (Highly recommend trying that place out) and overall the stay was pleasant and I don’t have any complaints, the host was responsive to any problems I had and the having the pool was a real treat ! Would definitely stay again !

I stayed here with my boyfriend and best friends for my birthday trip and we had so much fun!! I believe the main host was on a trip so she had another nice lady communicate with me and she was very responsive. She let us check in early and was there waiting for us to give us a tour. There were a few cockroaches around the house but they were somehow already dead. We also had one of the toilets overflow with water but again- she was very responsive and came in as soon as she could to resolve the issue. Other than that, area was very peaceful- the house was so nice and clean when we arrived. The community pool was so beautiful with a nice view. There was a GoMart and other restaurants that were a 8-10 minute walk. Definitely recommend!!

The location is amazing! Steps to the beach and pool. Beautiful views and peaceful setting. Karina was very helpful and responsive. The staff on site were courteous and friendly. The condo is nice and the rooms were large with working AC unit in each one. All the bedrooms are on the second and third floor. There is a large refrigerator and freezer and there were plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay.

Contrary to the last review, the condo did not feel dirty or dusty. The window tints are darker, but this is likely to prevent the sun facing condo from becoming hot during the day. Also, the owner has added a new ceiling tile, which is why it looks a bit different from the pictures. Otherwise, the condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our group of 5 people. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishware, and cutlery. The check-in process went smoothly, and the owner was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay. If you’ve done your research about the area, you should be fine. Remember, this condo complex was built in the mid 1980s and shows its age, so you can’t expect 5-star luxury amenities. The pool areas were great, and the condo complex staff were friendly. You’re literally right on the beach, and there are also several restaurants, shops, and a grocery store adjacent to the complex.

super recomendada la estadia aca!se encuentra un poquito alejado del centro, lo cual nos agrado mucho!porque a pesar de esto cuenta con restaurantes cerca, playa y rapudo acceso a ambas partes de la isla. recomendado el alquiler de carrito de golf!el staff excelente, mitch sobre todo nos ayudo desde el momento que llegamos hasta el ultimo dia!un placer quedarme aqui!quiero volver!

Great Location, would definitely stay again. Very responsive host who sorted out all of our transfers to and from the airport and to Xel Ha too.
