1. There are several rules and we agree to it 100%, if you are staying at someone's place people should respect it. 2. Jennelyn is excellent in replying to messages in a timely fashion. 3. Neneng, the caretaker looked after us well. I enjoyed having conversation with locals like her. We get to know what is happening around town. 4. Rooms were spacious, tidy & equipment all in working condition 5. We loved the place that we ended up extending for another night. 6. Fresh new water being pumped when we arrive. It turns on automatically, if it doesn't Neneng is made aware and she dealt with it. 7. Water temp - I would prefer if its hotter a little bit. During the night, water temp goes down, it gets a bit cool to dip in the morning even with the top up. 8. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place. I just couldn't sleep as neighbouring guests are on their Karaoke in wee hours & are so loud that is beyond control. Have a fabulous time everyone! Thank you Jennelyn & Neneng

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The caretaker (ate Lhen) was warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. The ambiance of the property was just perfect, it had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel at home right away. Our entire family loved it, the kids had plenty of space to play, and we enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable common areas. One highlight was the water pool it has no chlorine, just refreshing, clean water that made swimming a completely different experience. The bedroom was spacious and had everything we needed for a restful stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, they have lots of high quality pillows. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return or recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to stay. Highly recommend!

We booked to celebrate my dad’s and my birthday, and our family had a fantastic time! What We Loved: • Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, with pillows and blankets provided. Unlike other resorts we’ve been to, we didn’t have to worry about accommodating everyone overnight, which is always a challenge for our big family. • The pool was huge, allowing us to enjoy without feeling cramped. • There were enough tables for everyone to use during mealtime, making dining together easy and enjoyable. -The location is great—plenty of nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance, which is convenient for those who prefer to buy food instead of ordering deliveries. -The place is pet-friendly, which is a big plus for us. -We also noticed a senior-friendly room on the ground floor, which we didn’t need this time, but it’s good to know for future trips if our elders join us. -The host and on-site staff were very accommodating ❤️ Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and this resort!

I am a foreigner from USA, I stayed 5 nights here. This was my first time in the area and also first time ever using airbnb. My overall experience was 5 stars easily. I came about 90 minutes before check in the care taker let me in. I had great communication throughout the whole process. The area is so quiet even though being about 500 meters from the main road. There is also a store 2 houses away from the airbnb. The pool was clean everything was clean. Has 3 showers 2 bathrooms. 1 shower is outside which is nice. Also has remote and parking for vehicles. AC is only in the master bedroom but they have 3 fans that you can strategically put around the house. I'm from California so the heat wasn't even close to as hot as it is back home so it was fine for me. They have Netflix and ps5 and a great sound bar also. You can watch TV and listen to music while in the pool. I want to make this clear. The owner has two wonderful care takers. Seriously great friendly people.

Oliver's place is a must place to book.The first thing I texted him with was "your place is beautiful".His place is clean, there were ants but not a big deal.The layout & design of his place gives you that at home vibe.Not the typical private resort that I've seen in the Philippines before.His place is one of those places that you want to come back again.The place is not big but not small either just enough for 15 guest.The area is quiet though you can hear the karaoke in neighbor resort but once you're in the bedroom,you wont hear noises anymore plus theres only certain time at night that you're allowed to make loud noises.The pool was clean and warm.Yes the beds are not as comfy as hotels but the room was clean and I did sleep well anyways.Overall, our stay was comfortable & indeed relaxing. Best decision that we book Oliver's place & definetly recommend it.I saved this in my favorites already & will for sure book again in our next visit in the Philippines.Thanks Oliver!

the place is wonderful. clean, comfortable and chic. everything is provided except for blankets and towels that you need to ask from the caretaker but it is being indicated in the place description. the jacuzzi and arcade which my family enjoyed are all unlimited together with the smart tvs and videoke. wifi connection is great. clean bathrooms. spacious rooms. the design of the place and landscape is remarkable. everything is secured. no stray animals. parking is safe. the hosts and caretakers are both accommodating and generous. suggestions: -bbq grill - its quite awkward to do the bbq outside the house. 😁 -please provide blankets and towels -flies -the neighboring resort conducts a loud sunday worship, with all respect, i hope they find an enclosed hall, not all people share their religion. sorry✌️ all in all, the host and the place is great! will definitely book again and refer. thank you sooo much🙏😊❤️

Everything was perfect. The only challenge that we had was there was no wifi so we ended up using our personal hotspot. Other than that, we enjoyed the privacy and there were lots of rooms and beds. Definitely worth it!!!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

We had a wonderful time at Tirta Spring Villas! The place was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked—more than we expected! There were plenty of fun activities to enjoy, from board games and karaoke to mahjong, which was definitely a plus. It turned out to be the perfect spot for our mini family reunion. Big thanks to Ms. Kate for being so accommodating and making our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

Our mini reunion was one for the books primarily because of this Airbnb! Everybody commented on how nice the place is. The accommodation is big enough to fit 17 pax, with each family having their own rooms. The heated pool was the star of the event, and the caretakers were really kind, helpful, and proactive. Just a few comments for improvement. The host is friendly and accommodating however response time could still improve. Place is pet-friendly, but it would have been more nice if there is no pet fee anymore. We also think plates should be included as well, and it was a bit bummer to see the rice pot unwashed and with old rice debris inside. But other than that, we highly recommend the place and would book again in the future :)

Had an amazing stay at the villa. The team was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive. They communicated very well and made time to make sure everything was smooth and taken care of.

We did book for 2 nights but we just stayed one night only because there is an emergency. I am hesitant to ask the host for a refund but I tried to but the hosted reponded politely and He is easy to talk to, then I got the refund. We are looking forward to Stay in His place again soon. Ang SOSYAL ng lugar! AFFORDABLE PERO SOBRANG GANDA!!!!

We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again. My nephews had a lot of fun using their inside pool. We also recommend this place to our relatives in case they visit Tagaytay. Ms. Dan is a great host and very responsive therefore it’s an easy 5 star from me. Thank you again Ms. Dan!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb for our family gathering on December 25th. The place itself is fantastic for groups, and we especially appreciated that the towels were provided after a slight miscommunication. The caretaker was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Had an amazing stay, everyone from my company said they love the place! Will definitely book this again on our next company outing. Highly recommended! Caretaker is also accommodating. And lots of shop outside and walking distance from the resort. Overall Experience 10/10!

When we first stumbled upon this house on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Aireen is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The place is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.

Overall a great property, more spacious than what I had expected. Very clean, even the outdoor dirty kitchen. The house was fully equipped like it’s your own home. Thank you to the host and the care takers!

Great staycation for a family of 10 and two children. Caretaker is always available for any queries and things that you need. Place is clean and pool was just newly filled making it very warm. Pool size is massive as well as the activity area, kitchen and parking. Fresh towels and blankets were provided. We spent an amazing Christmas. This is home away from home! Few minor mishaps, fridge not cooling, drainage in the bathroom not flowing well.
