We loved this condo in palmas Del Mar! The pool was unfortunately closed for some reason and I reached out to host and even asked worker there but no one seemed to know how long or why. It reopened a day or so later. Couch was super comfortable- my teenage son slept there almost every night instead of the bed! Steps to the beach - but obstructed view due to bushes. Beach was rough when we’re there could not swim. A few minor things needed tweaking (loose kitchen faucet, towel rack and upstairs shower faucet, etc) nothing was a deal breaker. Appreciated the beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and left behind spices!! The pots and pans situation was pretty bad. I bought a cheap stock pot to Atleast be able to boil noodles. They had 2 small skillets and one medium deep pan. We made do. Super nice condo - felt very comfortable & safe - would 100% come back and rent here again! We loved it so much!!!

My family and I loved the place! The beach view is fantastic. Wanda was very communicative, and this place is well situated within Palmas to enjoy all the resort has to offer.

The house was beautiful, and the location was perfect. The beach was a quick walk away with stunning sunsets,no turtle sightings this time, but maybe next visit! The WiFi was solid for remote work for two, and we loved the hidden path leading to a plaza with great restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfy!Honestly, the best place to be a beach bum in luxury. We’ll definitely be back!

The space was as described, It was peaceful, quiet and clean. Our group of 7 enjoyed the space especially the pool. A bit of inconvenience at check in, but it was all cleared up the next morning and we continued as if nothing happened. We enjoyed a ride in the golf cart had a few drinks and ate at the Pesacaderia, it was delicious and everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We are hoping to visit again. Thank you!

A great place to stay with easy access. This quaint studio apartment has a patio showing amazing sunsets. A modern kitchenette and full bathroom. Diana is a helpful, courteous, professional with great communication. That made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you.

Amazing views from the apartment that the pictures do not do justice. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Exclusive area and from the apartment you feel like you are the only one there. It is well stocked with all you could possibly need for your stay. Well maintained place and a place we will gladly return. Roberto was a great host and highly responsive when we had questions about assess and the amenities. We did not wanted to leave!

We only stayed for two nights but the place was very nice and clean. Rooms with good sizes and good AC. Bathrooms for everybody and very clean and good hot water. Very peaceful, we didn’t see a lot of people around our place. It seems to be more a vacation or weekend place than residential. We stayed during the week. The general area is very busy around with a lot of residential clusters and facilities like a little town. Good choice to stay in the east side of the Island.

Hiram's Villa is excellent, beautiful, very clean, organized, steps from the pool and the beach, with everything you need to spend a first class vacation. The area is very safe, with 24 hour security, and very quiet, allowing you to relax and enjoy to the fullest. Hiram is an excellent host. He contacted us days before we arrived and was kind enough to leave us water, coffee and other things. He was always available, he is a great person, very friendly and helpful. We definitely hope to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful villa. We congratulate Hiram for a first class service. We recommend him 100%.

Great condo in Palmas with really nice bedrooms. Would stay here again. Hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Great ground floor unit with all the amenidies needed for a wonderful stay. My only complaint is that the original photo made me think that the unit is just off the pool when in actuallity the unit is a corner unit with a patio and grass lawn that is a building away from the pool. It is a very short walk to the pool and ocean and great location but the unit is not pool side. Other than that this is a great unit and would stay here again!

Such a peaceful and lovely getaway spot. Nestled in a massive golf/tennis/marina/residential community, there were miles of multi use trails for walking, biking and golf cart use. The back porch overlooks ponds and palm trees, and the neighborhood was beyond quiet. Access to the pool was fantastic and although we did not rent a golf cart we were fine walking to the public beach access for our days by the water. The place is quite large as well, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a small kitchenette in addition to the full kitchen. The restaurants in the area were delicious, and there were a ton of modern amenities and stores maybe 10 minutes from the house. There were gates and security throughout the neighborhoods, and it was the perfect quick getaway from work and home!
