It was amazing the house was very well maintained with a private yard. Very clean and the beds where very comfortable. Pool was nice. Felt just like home and very safe. There is so much to do around the area and it was close to all the beaches. My family had a wonderful time. I would rent again thank you so much for a great experience.

This place is amazing and Jay was a wonderful host! Getting there was tricky because we arrived while it was pouring rain in the dark, but Jay’s directions were very helpful. We ended up having an issue with a broken pipe and a flipped breaker and Jay was quick to get his handyman there to fix both. He also sent us recommendations for a beautiful drive to beaches, restaurants and the lighthouse. Everything was very clean and the view is beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice! It wasn’t clear to us in the description that one of the bedrooms and one of the 2 bathrooms was downstairs on the outside of the house which was a little challenging with our group of girls and moms getting ready. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Our group had a wonderful time and made amazing memories!

The house was perfect for my family, the view from the primary room was spectacular. Everything was very clean. The a/c in the family room was licking , I emailed Andrew and the problem was fixed asap. the only issue that I had was that the stove was not working properly it was a little hard to cook but we managed. I highly recommend this house to a large family.

The property we stayed at consist of three nice sized villas overlooking an amazing view and pool. Very exotic location, with a little river in the back and beautiful lighting. The villas were immaculately designed, and the interiors were impeccable very classy taste was put into this setting. My wife loved the color schemes. The hosts were incredible as well. We will be staying here again in the future! Thank you so much for the great recommendations.

We felt safe in the gated community and the house exceeded our expectations. If we are ever on that side of the island again, we will definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful private home (one of 3 on the property) with a pool in the middle of the hills of Humacao/Mariana. The location was surrounded by natural beauty, private, and peaceful, and felt very safe. The final road can feel a bit narrow and windy, but it is essential to have a car (Uber will not come to the location, and most things are at least an hour walk away - other than a delightful grocery store that is a 10 min walk.) We had trouble finding a rental car, which made the first day of the trip stressful, but Ada and her husband Marvin were incredibly helpful! Once we had a car secured, the trip was fantastic and we travelled around without worry. The house was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated, with a modern kitchen and bathroom and everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, the shower was warm. Our kids loved it here, and we found it very restful. Excellent place and excellent hosts - gracious and very responsive! I wish we could have stayed longer.

I booked this home because the pictures looked beautiful, but once I arrived, I realized they didn't do it justice. The house is gorgeous both inside and out. The landscaping is stunning, and the views from every angle are breathtaking. Everything was perfect. The interior of the home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor area downstairs was also lovely, offering plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view. I fell in love with it all. The pool was beautiful, surrounded by exquisite landscaping, making it a perfect spot for photos. The property is filled with trees that bear fruit, which is an added bonus. We also had the pleasure of meeting David and his wife, who were incredibly kind and attentive. We sat and chatted for a while, which is a rare and enjoyable experience when renting a vacation home. They truly are wonderful people! This has become my go-to rental in the mountains. Thank you,David, for sharing your home with us. I loved it

Maria's place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, the place was well stocked and super clean, and the views are fantastic and get better and better the higher you go in the townhome (6 floors). As others have stated, there are a lot of stairs, but they are worth the effort. There's also an elevator if you prefer that route. Host was very responsive with minor questions during the stay, I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning, with a spacious layout and all the comforts we needed. The yard and pool were absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The surrounding beach community was welcoming and made our trip even more special. We can't wait for our next visit—highly recommend!

Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

Jay and Ashley are great hosts and communicated frequently with us. Jay immediately helped with some things upon our arrival and we really appreciated that. The location is wonderful. Palmas Del Mar is a safe and beautiful place to stay with your family and you will never get tired of the direct beach view out of the windows.

Jays place is absolutely gorgeous! The views and the location are unbeatable!! You can see the ocean and pool area from two different decks and it’s a short walk to the water. The community is quiet and private and we had a great stay. There were a few small issues (sink clogged / fridge wasn’t staying that cold) but jay was extremely communicative and had someone out to fix it right away! We would definitely stay here again.
