Our family loved our time at Luis & Ivette's place during our family vacation. Luis reached out to us on day one to ensure we had a smooth check-in, offer suggestions for local restaurants and activities and introduce us to the neighborhood. The home was lovely and well-equipped. The outdoor space is fantastic for relaxing, grilling, and playing with children. Our granddaughter swam in the pool every day and we really appreciated all the games and pool toys that were available for her use. A wonderful place to stay with plenty of room for families.

Where to begin? First and foremost, the communication with the hosts is above and beyond in all aspects since the get go! They provided detailed information beforehand as to directions, check-in (which was extremely easy). Upon arrival, we were amazed! This is a special, lovely, peaceful oasis! ❤️ Brenda and Javier have thought of every detail you could imagine! The house and surroundings have positive messages throughout, a spectacular vibe we had never felt at any other Airbnb's we had been to! ✨ The purpose of this stay was for me to have family-quality time, conversations, creating new memories with my 22 year old son, 17 year old daughter and Pug, and I must say, mission was accomplished and exceeded! 🥰 Thank you Javier and Brenda, for sharing such a beautiful, peaceful and positive oasis!! We shall return, gracias!! ☺️

Luis has a beautiful home ! The view from the second floor is amazing for sunrises and sunsets 🌅! My kids loved the space and the backyard pool it was perfect for sun bathing and fun in the sun !! Very quiet and private which we loved ! We will definitely back this summer for another stay !

We loved the accommodations of the house and the facilities (bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bbq areas, pool, in short, the whole place). We really liked the spot downstairs, spectacular, 200/10; excellent for a coffee in the quiet of the morning and for a bonfire in the evening. We all loved the experience of making s'mores at night and the pool lights are super cool. The place is big enough for all 12 people to be in their own space. The house is very cozy for a family or for a group that wants to have a good time. The host was very responsive and courteous. Highly recommended.

The house is absolutely wonderful! The view was stunning and all of the rooms were spacious. A sweet neighborhood with even sweeter dogs to boot! The location is relatively close (45 mins- hour) to PRs must sees such as El Yunque, Ceiba Ferry and Old San Juan. I highly recommend!

Great stay, enjoyed the privacy and pool in the back. Home was very clean and had no problems while we were staying there.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location, just steps from an amazing beach. The host provided everything needed for beach days—chairs, toys, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, and plenty of towels. The beach was ideal, calm some days and great waves on others. The unit was modern and updated with excellent A/C, a fully-equipped kitchen, and plenty of linens. We loved having two balconies to enjoy the beautiful weather. The Palmas del Mar area felt safe, conveniently close to the main plaza and Wyndham resort for easy meals. The pool was also wonderful—warm, spacious, and relaxing. Overall, it was perfect for our family of six (two adults, four kids). The host was very responsive and accommodating, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. We'd definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

The apartment has an excellent location and A/C, walking distance to the beach & ideal place for tranquility. The apartment complex is private and close to a nearby hotel for restaurants & rental of golf carts. The host provided plenty information, extra goodies & amazed us with all the information provided related to vet care, etc as we had brought our dog with us!

This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Blanca’s Surfside villa. We brought our little dog again and she loves it as much as we do. The view is breathtaking, Blanca is such an attentive and gracious host. She makes you feel right at home. She provides everything you can possibly think of and more. It truly is a home away from home experience. We will definitely be staying again. Leaving is the hardest part.

Excelente lugar para tomar un tiempo en familia, con facilidades para niños y “pet friendly”. La seguridad del complejo esta muy bien organizada y son muy amables. Rita responde rápido y su “estudio” muy acogedor, limpio y tiene todo lo básico que necesitas. Definitivamente mi familia y yo, volvemos.

This is an amazing hidden gem! Very spacious unit, very well updated and clean, we loved it and enjoyed the balcony seating overlooking the pool and sea! Kristen is an amazing host, easy going and great customer service!
