Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

Great apartment for me and my friends, filled with new adventures. The place was clean, spacious, and perfectly located near the beach and restaurants in Palmas Del Mar. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Located in a very large gated community, feeling safe and off the beaten road is what this place is all about. Walk to a beach, short drive inside the community for a plaza with many restaurant choices. Small apartment unit, but we were in PR to be outside, so it was perfect for us.

David & Deborah’s unit at Beach Village in Palmas Del Mar was great. Location is super!! It’s so close to the beautiful beach. And it’s right on the Palmas Golf Course!! You’re surrounded by manicured greens and fairways and a beautiful beach at your doorstep for swimming, surfing, fishing or just enjoying a sunset walk. It is very safe . Swimming pool is close too. You can eat and shop nearby at Palmanova Square or take a short trip in to Humacao where you’ll find plenty of stores and dining options. Smart TV’s in every room with all the Apps you need for entertainment. A great kitchen with all your mod’ cons’, huge fridge, etc. The en-suite bathroom for the main bedroom is brand new and very tastefully finished. The owner has spared no expense making their guests comfortable. The unit has excellent air conditioning and air circulation with ceiling fans in every room. There’s a new washer and dryer that are very efficient if you need any laundry done. Fabulous! We will return.

Nicole's place was perfect for our family getaway. Spacious, clean, very well equipped and the surroundings looked very nice. We felt at home right away. The pool and the beach just steps away was very convenient. We would love to go back. Thanks again Nicole!

Cancel whatever you have booked and stay here. It was better than we could have imagined. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, the plaza below was so fun, and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. Captain Dave was delightful and so responsive -we felt like we'd made a new friend. I can't say enough good things about this place. What a wonderful vacation spot.

great location, easy to spill out into the lawn and to the beach, 5 min walk from a great pool. kitchen was well prepped with appliances and dishes. there were 5 of us and the outside table better for 4 (only 4 seats) but we fit inside. nice comfy couches, plenty of room for us 5 to sprawl beach has big waves but a sandbar, we are comfortable swimmers and our kids still liked having life jackets. there were enough chairs to carry down easily it should be noted the 3rd bedroom is attached to the main bedroom, and has the windows to outside, so if you use it as a bedroom the master suite becomes a windowless box. we had 2 kids in it so no privacy but ok, would not work well for 3 couples.

We had a wonderful time with family at this beautiful property. The house was lovely and modern with expectational sea views from most rooms, a comfortable shaded outdoor seating area, and a fabulous pool (also with sea views.) The home felt private and safe and had plenty of room for 6 of us. The location was superb with easy access to the shore for sitting and beachcombing (so much sea glass!!) We easily found nearby restaurants, shops, and places to explore (Punta Tuna Beach and Charco Azul were two favorites). The property manager Hector was friendly and responsive and very helpful. We recommend this place and would absolutely come back.

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

Our stay at this beautiful home in Luquillo was nothing short of perfect. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and the pictures do not do it justice. The location is fantastic, just minutes from the beach, great local restaurants, and the Rainforest. The outdoor space was a highlight, offering a peaceful retreat with breathtaking views and a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in Puerto Rico, this is the place to be! We can’t wait to come back.

The house was very clean and spacious. The views are also excellent. My group of 14 fit comfortably and had room to cook meals, keep groceries, and relax. Christophe is also super responsive and offered great recommendations. The only downside is that if you want an Uber from the house to an area within 5-10 minutes (e.g., going to the Wyndham) you may have to schedule a ride in advance.

Let me just start by saying the house was in a private dead end road, private setting, beautiful backyard with a PERFECT pool for children and adults. The house was extremely clean. Spacious house for everyone to have privacy when needed. The ping pong table and little kids space was a great added bonus. I just want to thank the hosts Jose and Norimar again for an outstanding experience. We will definitely come back to this property when on the east side of the island again.

A beautiful home with everything you could ever need. Minutes from the rainforest and the beach. Plenty of space for me and my family to reconnect in paradise.

We had a wonderful stay! The views are even better than the pictures show and we greatly enjoyed the pool as well. The host is proactive and responsive and provided a presentation with clear instructions as well as helpful local recommendations. It was a perfect vacation home!

The place had a great view, super conviene to the beach and golf as well as many restaurants. Overall a great place to stay.

Great Villa very comfortable, great sorroundings, good variety of restaurants near, responsive host. The only thing is a noisy pipeline.
