My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I booked this place because it was ideal for entertaining a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool while the adults were able to closely watch them from the balcony and outdoor sitting areas. The guys enjoyed the pool table and bar area which is also located near the swimming pool. The layout of this home was definitely well designed. Everything was just beautiful. We will definitely book again.

FABULOUS stay at Lisa Marie's home. We have stayed at multiple AirBnBs and this home is hands-down one of the best. Lisa Marie's home is spacious and elegantly decorated--feeling elevated and luxurious while still comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the tranquil backyard--it feels extremely private and is truly an oasis with all of the separate outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved the hot tub! The kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate and clean, and the master bedroom is truly a treat. The home is also quiet and spacious and was perfect for our group for each person to have their own space and privacy. The biggest treat was the extra playroom nook for our young children, they loved it and all of the toys thoughtfully placed for them to play! Lisa Marie stocked each room and bathroom with plenty of soaps, conditioners, shampoos, and the kitchen was well-stocked with every item you could need for cooking/coffee making. If we come back to Atlanta, we'd absolutely love to stay here again!

Amazing! Like a hidden paradise in the middle of the city with value well worth every penny. The location was phenomenal in proximity to our event and it could not have been a better neighborhood to stay in within arms reach of everything available. I had to contact the host and their hospitality and response was not only extremely quick but also helpful in every way and absolutely seamless. The house was very clean and provided everything as described and more. I would 100% recommend to family, friends, and anyone who travels looking for a secure, comfortable place that feels like home. I had the pleasure of staying at Jay’s beautiful home for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was warm and inviting. Jay was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. The location is near several gas stations, food places, and the airport. Check-in and check-out were super easy and seamless. Overall, we had an amazing experience, and I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

We rented the house with 6 couples, so each bedroom having it's own bathroom was great. The kitchen was well stocked & the 6 burner gas stove worked well for our meals. The pantry had plenty of room. It wasn't the ideal season to get in the pool, but we were able to relax poolside listening to the waterfalls & even got some views of the area from the rooftop access. The driveway was a bit steep and narrow (normal for the area) but we were able to park all 7 of our vehicles on it with space left. It was near 4 grocery stores, more restaurants than you can count, Piedmont Park, and so many of Atlanta's main attractions. We were even able to walk to the Botanical Gardens in just under 15 minutes. The house was clean and had plenty of room for us to gather or break into smaller groups. It had a luxury feel, was well decorated, & the wallpaper and tile throughout were beautifully unique, lending itself to photo ops. Jason stayed in touch throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

Extremely nice home in a great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Meticulously clean and had everything to be like home away from home. The outdoor space is great and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus at the end of a long day. Would definitely stay again.

The stay is great. The home is beautiful. clean & has everything you need & more. Precious responds immediately to your messages. Precious also checks on you to make sure everything is going ok & that there is enough household items especially with my long stay. She gives you your privacy. This is the best stay I ever had & things didn't finish when planned. I was overwhelmed to make sure I booked her home for longer. She made the process so easy on me. If you in town or like me just getting work done to your home ...try Precious Paradise. I promise you will not be disappointed. From the host kindness to the beautiful home they provide was a great experience.

The willow house was an awesome Airbnb! Great for kids as Well. Clean, safe, and quiet,huge backyard! Definitely worth the experience.

First and foremost, Kirk responded to any questions that I had leading up to our stay. Upon arrival, it was easy accessing the property and the freshness that hit you once you walk into the house was a plus for my family and me. The house was exactly in order as it's listed on the Airbnb platform. It was spacious, a home away from home great experience! The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The game room was definitely a hit! The entire house was very well groomed and kept well. Cleanliness was superb!!! Charlotte

Great stay, place was as described, could use some upgrades, but it looks like that is in the works, along with the area being gentrified, so property will appraise etc. Very spacious and organized, and clean with adequate amenities and supply's. We appreciated the warm hospitality of our hosts! We felt right at home. The location is conveniently located to everything. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and immaculately clean. All the features my husband and I thoroughly appreciate. Especially, when away from home. We absolutely look forward to returning sooner than later.

Evelynn's house is a beautiful and large house located in a quiet neighborhood The house looks exactly like in the pictures, with a fully equipped kitchen.

We had 6 adults and a young child. Plenty of room for us to spread out. We probably could have had another 4 people and had room. Bathrooms were good. Bedrooms were good. We enjoyed every aspect of the home. I would 100% return for a second visit if in Atlanta area.

Lamarr is a great host. He communicated very well and gave clear instructions on how to check in. The house was easy to find. It is so cute inside and very clean. Plenty of restaurants and stores within a 2 mile drive. The area around the house was safe and calm. Driving to downtown Atlanta was about 30 minutes during rush hour but we didn’t mind. I feel it’s a great value for what you get. Overall a great experience and we would book again.

Gina’s property is always so clean, thoughtfully decorated, and offers so many amenities. My husband and I enjoy having coffee outside on the patio and cooking meals in the well-appointed kitchen. Gina is a 5⭐️host and is always responsive.
