felt right at home. location was great, just a minute walk to the beach. plenty of awesome restaurants nearby. Alfred is such a great host.

A very tastefully and aesthetically set up apartment, very comfortable stay, as every amenity was so thoughtfully provided, nothing one wants was missing, hygienic and the staff who cleaned the apartment as well as the attendants of villa very accomodating and well behaved, a lovely pool and not to miss the lovely, warm and caring hosts who were always ready to help. Daily provisions like veggies and groceries available at 100 mts, good restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there .

We stayed there for almost a week. It was quite comfortable. There's a cafe right opposite to the building, a wine shop etc. Check-in was smooth. Only thing was - cleaning was not included in the pricing. But that's fine. Overall the place is great. Felt right at home.

*Pros:* 1. Vipin is a wonderful host. 2. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and an additional queen bed. 3. Well-equipped big kitchen. 4. Convenient location: 4th-floor property with lift access. 5. Extra mattress provided. 6. Walkable distance to Candolim beach. 7. Nearby amenities: supermarket, Swiggy delivery, KFC, Domino's, and many restaurants. 8. Vipin offers helpful assistance with details. 9. We are total of 9 pax with kids & we loved the house. 10. The house has everything jst walk in with ur clothes. *Cons:* 1. AC in one room didn't work during the stay though the electrician has been sent immediately but still its not solved. 2. Curtains in bedrooms could be thicker and better. 3. Some pillows needs replacement.

Very beautiful place. Located right in the centre.. easy access to most of the tourist spots.. room was clean and spacious.. The host was incredibly nice and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place

I HAVE STAYED IN MANY AIRBNB PROPERTIES IN THE AREA AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY RAJITS APARTMENT IS FAR BY THE BEST. RAJATS HOSTING SKILLS ARE FAR BEYOND THE EXPERIENCE OF STAYING IN HIS PLACE. ALTHOUGH HE IS NOT IN THE AREA HE IS CONSTANTLY ON HAND FOR ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AND HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING THERE AGAIN FIVE STAR FOR RAJITS HOSTING

The first ever stay I booked on Airbnb and the standards have been set high now! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Very artistic, peaceful, clean and spacious apartment. It had everything to make you feel at home! Sakil was very helpful. The stove had some problem but Sakil made sure that it was fixed, even though we told him it’s alright as it is. The society, the apartment, the entire experience was on point! Definitely recommending this place!!

It was a lovely and homely stay. We stayed for 2 nights and Babaji was always responsive and helped us with late checkin. The place was neat and clean and best part was it was amidst the nature with beautiful view from the drawing room window. There was power backup due to which we were able to work from there and did not observed any wifi issues. There is car parking right outside the place. There is also a small grocery and wine shop in front of the place and quick food items like bread omelette was prepared by the didi ji of the grocery store. The place is little bit far away from beach but one will like the total greenery of the area. We liked our stay in there.

The space was beautifull, clean, and well-equipped. The amenities were top-notch, and the host (Mr. Sonu) was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed a lot at Arcadia Villa. The host were super responsive and helpful, provided us contacts for car rentals. The best highlight is the proximity to the beach just a 5 min stroll away.

We were a group of four friends visiting Goa for the 2nd time. Staying at this house was a pleasure. Living in this property is like living with the nature. The home was cozy and clean. The hidden trek to the hill, located adjacent to the house from where the sea view is ultimate. Coming to the host, the best part of our trip is meeting Paras. Paras, is a very warm and gracious person and we were amazed to know about his skills and achievements. This is for Paras, "The Techno music you showed us is amazing and the last night of our stay where we chilled was memorable and you made our trip a complete one." Special thanks to Manish, our caretaker who made us comfortable with all the things we required for and for preparing the delicious lunch on our last day. Next time we don't have to worry to find a place as we got one forever as a second home for us in Goa. Thank you Paras, for hosting us and its a great stay and trip for us. Shubhada and her husband has been really sweet and kind host. Loved the peace and host making sure that we have a good time staying at the place. Thanks to both of them and its definitely one of the coziest space.

Roberts place is an Amazing place to stay with family or with friends. It's at a walkable distance to Ashwem beach with a couple of good restaurants and cafes near to the property. The property is exactly as seen in the pictures with a cute balcony in one the bedrooms. Robert the host was very responsive and helpful as well. In all totally worth the price I paid for the property.

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja tilava sekä tarpeellisesti varusteltu. Ulos oli kauniit näkymät, luontoa. Melvin oli upea isäntä ja auttoi tarpeen vaatiessa. Lapset viihtyivät älytv:n ääressä sekä rauhallisella pihalla leikkien. Rannalle oli todella lyhyt matka. Loistava majoituspaikka!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house right at Arpora Junction! The location was perfect, with easy walking access to multiple restaurants, bars, and stores. The house itself exceeded our expectations—much bigger and more stunning than the pictures suggest. The rooms were spacious, though we would have loved king-size beds in each room for extra comfort. The living room and balcony offered plenty of seating, making it ideal for our large group. A special shoutout to our caretaker, Abhishek, who truly made our stay memorable. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From delicious breakfasts to evening pakodas, everything was fantastic. The unlimited chai we requested was a delightful bonus! Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for big families with kids and older folks. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented out the grandmothers villa in the start however the villa pool isn’t functional at the spot, so the host very humbly moved us to Dak Ghar in siolim, that place was very clean, AC’s were working great, the pool is right outside when you step out , the helper Akash is very sweet, the society is very safe . I loved my two days of stay and the rooms are very vibrant . Overall , great host and great place .

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

I liked it very much. Meenu ji is very nice and explained it very well, gave us information one by one and Anupa who takes care of us is also helped us a lot. We found everything very easily and quickly here. Thank you Meenu ❤️

Great place to stay very peaceful and hospitality was next level

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.
