Cannaregio, Venise : locations de vacances avec cheminée

I enjoyed staying at this place. Really-really friendly host, always ready to help and support if anything is needed. I wish I knew more Italian to catch up in some off-topic conversations) I would rate host 10 out of 10) Clean room, great bathroom, and free parking space. Moreover, it's not far away from the train station, which brings easy access to Venice or Verona.

L'appartement est neuf tout est bien pensé et moderne . Cuisine salle de bain et chambre d'une très grande propreté. Il y avait toute la place nécessaire pour deux personnes. Il ne manquait absolument rien en terme de matériel. Certes en dehors de Venise même, mais cependant très accessible en transports en commun (nombreux trajets possibles) et selon le transport pris, nous y sommes en 30min. L'arrêt de bus se trouve à 80m (bus 7-7E et 6) pour Venise. Appartement très soigné dans les détails .....je recommande

Our stay was great and I would highly recommend. Location was perfect and area was quiet. The stairs are a big steep so if you have mobility issues, then this would not be ideal for you. We would definately stay again.

La casa di Eleonora si trova in un'ottima posizione per visitare la città. In un quartiere tranquillo e pacifico, ci si può spostare a piedi ovunque. La fermata del vaporetto è a 20 metri dalla porta di casa e ci sono numerosi bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Il supermercato dista 10 minuti a piedi ed è ben fornito. La casa offre tutto per una famiglia di 4 persone e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I letti sono super comodi e l'ambiente è ben riscaldato. Consiglio!

La casa di Roberta e' arredata con grande gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, con oggetti straordinari che denotano passione per il brocantage e grande buon gusto. Roberta e' ospite cordiale e sempre disponibile. Non potevo trovarmi meglio. Grazie

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very quiet and comfortable place in the country, with easy access to lots of great places to visit. Marziano was an excellent host with lots of very good recommendations and we very much enjoyed the tour he had designed of the Prosecco hills. The house is tastefully furnished with a comprehensively equipped kitchen, the garden is a peaceful place to spend time.

Stupendi entrambi gli host, davvero carini. Emanuele ci ha fatto trovare 2 ciotole d'acqua per i cani e due palline per giocare. L'alloggio è bellissimo, curato e tenuto davvero bene. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato. Premurosi e sempre disponibili, sono piaciuti un sacco anche a Spritz e Tabata che si sono infilati addirittura in casa loro per pochi attimi. Diciamo che sono stata da dio, và, tornerò sicuramente ❣️

Apartamento céntrico y muy acogedor. Está decorado con mucho gusto. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones relajadas. Nos dejaron la calefacción puesta para nuestra llegada y como fué tardía, la llave en el buzón. Todo estaba muy nuevo y bien cuidado. No faltaba vajilla, menaje ni equipación alguna. El baño, muy moderno con la ducha espectacular, aunque le faltaba presión al agua para alcanzar una sensación óptima. El salón cocina, muy espacioso, presidido por una chimenea electrica a los pies de un gran televisor. El anfitrión nos mandó indicaciones precisas para llegar, así como restaurantes y sitios que ver. Por añadir algo a mejorar, se podrían instalar mosquiteras en las ventanas, matamos una docena de mosquitos la primera noche y hay una baldosa suelta a la entrada del baño, con la que te puedes tropezar, dolorosamente, si vas descalzo. Por lo demás, nuestra estancia fue perfecta.

Every detail of this home was curated with elegance and comfort in mind. The decor was stunning, blending classic Venetian charm with modern amenities. The space was spotless and well-appointed and designed to provide a truly luxurious experience. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to San Marco Square, with shopping, dining, and iconic Venetian sights at our doorstep. The hosts were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering fantastic dining & activity recommendations. This was, without a doubt, one of the best stays we’ve had. If you’re looking for a place that exceeds expectations in every way, this is it!

Notre séjour à Venise pour le Carnaval chez Francesca a été idyllique. Paolo nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L’appartement est facile d’accès, propre, fonctionnel, très charmant, décoré et entretenu avec soin, confortable … Dans un quartier très agréable, proche de restaurants et d’un supermarché. Je vous invite sans hésiter à profiter de ce lieu adorable en couple ou en famille … nous, nous y retournerons avec grande joie très vite j’espère !

La casa di Raffaella ed Armando, è perfetta per chi vuole soggiornare a Venezia, senza essere travolto dalla confusione. È possibile raggiungere Venezia in autobus ed in treno. I consigli di Raffaella e suo marito, sono stati preziosi per visitare Venezia, oltre i luoghi turistici.

Eloisa was the one to help us with our stay and she was really responsive and helpful. I was ill during our stay and decided to stay on another day, and Eloisa made that choice easy to achieve as well as being really sympathetic! We came to see the Biennale and really enjoyed that, it was easy to get to from where we were. The street and flat were both very quiet and we had good sleep and were very comfortable in the very nice large flat. The views were brilliant and the top balcony a bonus. The heating was effective in very cold weather. The area was also great for cafes, bars and restaurants and easy for the main boat connections to the airport and the Grand Canal. All in all we were very happy with our choice. We would definitely stay again on our next visit. Thank-you so much to our hosts, much appreciated. Emma

Definitely the location was great. The room was clean and tidy. Also, even if you check out, it is very thoughtful that they reserve a place where you can put your luggage until late. We had a comfortable, peaceful and safe stay. I highly recommend it to everyone. My husband and I thank you.

It’s very easy to reach Ursula. She is very responsive and prompt in answering any question. She even recommended useful tips and suggestions that made our stay worthwhile. The location is safe, accessible to transportation, and reasonable accommodation. I would rate her place as the top from among the 3 places we have stayed. The description of the property on the website is close to our expectation. We are satisfied customers.

Très beau logement, beaucoup de charme. Les quatre étages ne sont pas un handicap. Logement parfait pour se sentir vénitien pendant quelques jours. Le propriétaire est très réactif et l'accueil d'anna parfait. Nous reviendrons.

We had an amazing 7 day stay at Piera’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped and spotless, we cooked our breakfasts and dinners every day. Piera supplied us with plenty of firewood so we could make fires in the evening to keep us cozy and warm. The view from the garden was stunning. We enjoyed our evening cocktails outside, admiring the beautiful view. The yard was all fenced in—a huge bonus for our Labrador dog. There are many nice trails for hiking and biking. And there are many towns and cities within a short drive/train ride away for nice day trips. We would definitely come back and recommend Piera’s house to our friends and family. Thank you, Piera!

This was a fantastic home base for my daughter and I to make day trips from. Very quiet and serene environment. The views from the patio were incredible. We hope to be back again. Nicola is so nice and helpful in recommending places to go.

Alloggio perfetto per un gruppo numeroso, dotato di spazio e bagni per tutti. Avevamo dei bambini e si sono divertiti un mondo. Il casale e' rustico ma arredato e completo di tutto il necessario. La posizione e' tranquilla e perfetta per andare in visita con il treno a Venezia. Dario e' stato super cortese e disponibile. Davvero perfetto, consigliatissimo!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

La casa está muy bien, las estancias son ligeramente mejorables, 2 de las 5 "habitaciones" no son habitaciones ya que son salas con sofacama, entra mucha luz y cuesta un poco dormir, el piano está desafinado y es uno de los encantos de la casa, como la cafetera que no funcionaba por desgracia, también he hechado en falta un microondas, a pesar de ello, la casa está muy bien, las camas son bastante cómodas y las zonas comunes tienen mucho espacio, además el dueño es súper agradable en todo momento y responde rápido. Sería bueno colocar trampas para insectos para evitar ciertas sorpresas desagradables.

Casa ampia e ben curata, con uno splendido spazio esterno. Inoltre gli host si sono dimostrati sempre molto disponibili nei nostri confronti.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful villa, 6 adults and 4 children. Everything worked out perfectly fine, Jutarmas and Stefano are great hosts - friendly, well-informed, helpful. They even prepared the villa for the kids, with practical covers for the couch, toys and plush animals. Thank you very much, it was a great week at the Lido and in Venice.
