Cannes : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Aude’s villa is a fantastic place to stay for any family. We have a 2 year old daughter and it had everything she could possibly need! The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool is large enough to do a proper swim and the table tennis kept us busy all night long! Being able to have a bbq outside each night whilst taking in the spectacular views was also particularly special! The villa is set in a beautiful location. It is quiet and peaceful in the hills of Tourette’s Sur Loup. However, you are only a 7 minute drive from the town where you can find lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Agnes was extremely communicative and if we needed any questions answering she was always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back next year! Thank you Aude for allowing us to stay in your incredible villa.

Villa parfaite pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille, la piscine est de bonne taille . La maison est très pratique. La communication avec le gardien s est très bien passé. Je recommande vivement.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

The beautiful views and central location is complimented by the equally comfortable and well stocked house. This was our first visit to Antibes and will definitely be visiting again and will stay here! Super close to all things around and a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation.

The villa was incredible and made my birthday extra special. The view was worth the money alone! We had so much space to relax, and the additional kitchen beside the pool was excellent - we made some delicious pizzas! Jesper was always on hand, and when we asked if there were any kitchen scales for us to use, he hand-delivered them within 20 minutes! We cannot wait to come back!

We spent over a week at Babou’s spacious apartment as a family, which looks exactly like the photos. The sea view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment is good - easy access to the beach and train station (about a 15 minute walk). Fred (Babou’s sister) welcomed us on our arrival - she was friendly and easy to contact if we had any questions. We would recommend staying at Babou’s apartment.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Badou la Maman d’Aurelie. L’appartement est magnifique et tout confort, un vrai cocon. Nous avons pu allumer un feu de cheminée dans un beau poêle à bois. Nos enfants ont adoré. Ce logement est adapté pour eux (4 ans), il faut juste limiter les allées et venues dans l’escalier. Merci pour ce pied à terre. Il y a de belles randonnées à faire aux alentours. Il faudra revenir :)

Awesome apartment just as pictures depict. Duome was a great communicator with great local recommendations and happy to help where he could. Kitchen has everything you need, as well as the rest of the apartment for a comfortable stay. Building and apartment safe and secure, however would recommend being aware of surroundings on the street of an evening. Otherwise great central location. Thanks for a great stay!

On a profite de la region, le village et les sites, les curiosites et les villes autour de Saint Paul de Vence. Très interessant tout ca, et un peu fatiguant aussi, malgre tout. A recommender.

Wonderful spacious apartment, really well located.. we enjoyed a wonderful week together in Charlotte’s apartment.

Simon's place is in a perfect location. It is in the center of the old town and in close proximity to everything. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, movie theatre, and last but not least it is walking distance to all public transportation including the train station to the airport. Simon is one of the best hosts ever! He is very responsive, helpful and kind. He went out of his way to make my long stay comfortable. He even helped me with my suitcase up the stairs when I arrived, showed me the apartment and explained everything that I needed to know. My flight back was early in the morning and I had to leave the house at 6:00am. I very touched when he helped me take my suitcase down the stairs and walked me to the station. He loves Nice and his passion for the city comes through by helping his guests feel right at home! Thank you Simon for everything!

Logement idéal pour visiter le centre ville car se trouve a 10 minutes a pied. Magnifique environment, maison conviviale, jardin cocon, hôte réactif et très accueillant. Petits commerces a proximité, non négligeables et surtout votre voiture garée dans la cour, protégée sinon impossible de se garer. Je recommande

J’ai réservé la villa pour des vacances avec 11 amis. Nous avons été pleinement surpris en arrivant sur place car la villa est extraordinaire et est 1000 fois au dessus de ce que les photos montrent. L’intérieur est confortable, moderne et très optimisé (TOUT le nécessaire pour être comme chez soi se trouve dans la villa !). Il n’y a pas de photos des deux salles de bain sur Airbnb or ces deux salles de bain sont modernes (douche italienne + douche italienne et baignoire dans la 2eme) ce qui est très confortable. Les chambres sont grandes et avec beaucoup de rangements. La villa est très espacée ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. Les balcons et terrasses présents à tous les étages sont un énorme avantage. La piscine et l’espace extérieur sont simplement parfaits ! Le bar extérieur nous a totalement séduit et le jardin est très grand ce qui nous a permis de jouer au spike ball, badminton, volley, ping pong… Un tout grand merci pour ce magnifique séjour ! Justine’s house was perfect for our two families of younger and older children. Extremely well appointed with everything needed and immaculately clean. The pool with a fence was a big plus with younger children. We would stay again!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft gebucht, um meinen 60sten Geburtstag mit meiner Familie zu feiern. Das Haus hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage mit einem sensationellen Blick in die Bucht von Saint Maxime. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Ca, 10 min zu Meer. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Einfach zu finden, unkomplizierter check in. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. ( Babybett + Hochstuhl ) Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es genügend Platz im offenen Wohn/Küchenbereich mit 8 Personen zu kochen und zu essen. Für kalte Tage gibt es sogar einen Kamin. Auch der Außenbereich ist genial. Mehrere Ebenen zum Verweilen. Toller Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, sogar ein Boule Bereich am unteren Ende des Grundstücks ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank lieber Stephane für die wunderbare Urlaubswoche. Frank & Familie

Great location for a family getaway. Host was wonderfully accommodating. Will definitely consider for future travels.

Vi takker for oppholdet. Vi tilbrakte 9 dager i boligen. Hele huset og område var helt fantastisk. Stor eiendom og et utrolig flott område. Vi var 10 personer og ferien var helt perfekt for oss. 4 voksne og 6 tenåringer. Basseng, grill og sene middager gjorde at vi ofte ble ved huset istedenfor å spise ute. Området er stille og rolig men gangavstand inn til byen og besøk til nærliggende landsbyer, Cannes og Italia gjorde ferien perfekt. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit. Kommunikasjonen med Christopher var alltid enkel og rask og vi fikk god hjelp av den lokale verten hvis vi hadde spørsmål. Håper vi kommer tilbake til dette stedet på senere turer.

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!
